A dream starts with penguins in a parking lot, then flips into owls the moment you get closer and months later an intuitive massage therapist describes the exact same penguin-to-owl vision without any context. We sit with that mind-blowing “how could she know that?” moment and unpack what it reveals about intuition, healing, and the kind of connection that doesn’t fit inside a neat logical box. If you love dream interpretation, symbolism, and personal growth stories that feel real, this one hits.

We also keep it grounded in everyday life: summer entrepreneur schedules that ignore routine, swapping margaritas for water, and the truth that showing up messy still counts. Birthday week brings its own identity questions, like wondering if your spark disappeared and realizing it might just need an everything shower, a little self-care, and permission to celebrate again. We talk authenticity, Leo energy, and why confidence can be a mirror that helps other people feel safer being themselves.

Then we go deeper into meaning making: tattoos as intentional milestones, not random decisions, and how honoring past versions of yourself builds a stronger foundation for who you’re becoming. We land on a clear intention for the year, choosing joy and releasing anger and sadness without waiting for life to fall apart again. If you’re navigating healing, aging, community, and mindset work, you’ll leave with language for what you’re feeling and a push to claim what you want next.

Water Cups And Summer Chaos

Barb

Episode 145. This one's gonna be fun. I'm gonna start. What's in your cup?

Lyssa

I knew you were gonna stick it there.

Barb

Water. We are the water and mindset podcast today. And I low-key, I'm not mad at it. No. Um, it just be like that sometimes, as they say. As they say.

Lyssa

Honestly, I am really proud of how long we went. Like that was a good marg run. And I was not in any way, shape, or form expecting us to really run as long as we did without the marks. Like I recently listened to an older episode, and it was water, right? Because like we were literally the water and mindset podcast for like the first hundred episodes. Like we late in the game really got on it and made ourselves stick to having margaritas because that was literally the whole point of this podcast. And I don't know. I was just like kind of not, like you said, I wasn't mad that we uh had to break it, that we didn't have marks today. So we got our waters and our cups.

Barb

I think this is the true uh visual of what summer entrepreneurial life is because in the summer, do schedules really matter? What's a routine? Routine, do destructure, right? Like none of that stuff is real anymore. You you almost break time in summer, yeah. At least we do with the kids and and all the things. So water because we have to record. And this is it. Like this is our moment. This is this is it. But that's okay.

Lyssa

I it is okay. Like I said, I'm not mad. I expected us to break a lot sooner, and I think we broke again for a very good reason. Like you said, we're in summer and we're living life, and the margs just didn't make the checklist this week.

Barb

And that's okay. A-oka. We take a deep breath and we move on because that's what badass entrepreneurs do.

Lyssa

You know it. All that matters is that you show up. That's what's important. And all the details don't have to be perfect, and it doesn't have to look exactly the way that you want it to look. Sometimes it just matters

Birthday Week And Finding The Spark

Lyssa

that you took action. So here we are. Action.

Barb

Look at you, you little coach, giving yourself a little peptide because your birthday is coming. Somebody feeling themselves.

Lyssa

I mean, I may or may not have done my hair this morning. It is my birthday week. So naturally, hair flip, toss, toss. I had to be cute. Um, it's funny because I do feel it, right? Like these last few weeks, the questions of like, what do you want to do for your birthday? What do you want to do for your birthday? And I'm like, nah, I don't know. I don't know. And just not really feeling it, which is obviously not me. Um, it's not the energy that I normally bring to my birthday, but I've found that it's, I don't want to say like weaning in my old age, but I've I'm learned to tame it, I think, is is how I I kind of see it. I'm just more controlled. I'm a more controlled lioness. Um, and so I I have, I've just kind of been more reserved. But over the weekend is really when it kind of hit me because my birthday is on Friday. So I was like, oh, next Friday, like is your birthday? And I'm like, wait a second, next Friday is your birthday. And all weekend, uh, I've just been ingesting more Leo energy. And I did. I kind of woke up this morning. I'm like, bitch, your birthday is right. I was like, you go take that everything shower because you need it. You need it badly. Uh, and then like just kind of like, you know, pour into yourself a little bit because like this is your birthday week, and it's never, it's never been just a week before, right? It's always been the birthday month, and sometimes it's like a birthday 11 months, you know. I really like my birthday. So it was kind of that moment where I was like, oh, look at you. Like, look at who you've become. Look at this version of you. Um, and I almost thought this version of me didn't care about her birthday, if I'm being honest. Like, because all the questions and everything, and I I had no answers. Like, I genuinely was just like, I don't know. And I'm like, oh my God, did I lose my spark?

Barb

Did I lose me?

Lyssa

Did I lose it? Like, what is happening? Um and I didn't. I I found it. She's there. She just needed a shower. You were there. Who knew, you know? I guess you did. I did in the end. I figured it out afterwards. Um, but yeah, a long-winded way of saying that I uh I am very excited. I'm very excited for for my birthday. I'm very excited for this week and just to kind of celebrate me.

Barb

Yeah, you know. And that's always my favorite. So I'm also very excited. I love how our birthdays have also turned into like each other's, right? Absolutely. You got to go on a really cool I sure did.

Lyssa

Got to see Jalen for my big birthday. It was amazing. Birthday's birthday.

Barb

Our half birthday. Um, so yeah, I'm excited. I'm excited that you took uh everything shower. I did notice the pep in your step when you came out. I was like, okay, look at this one. Um, but yeah, to celebrate you and to live in the energy that comes off of a Leo when it is

Owning Leo Energy And Authenticity

Barb

their time, when it is their moments, um, because it's glorious energy.

Lyssa

It's it's just a lot of fun to be me. Like, and I I'm learning to own that. I actually posted a reel recently because I really resonated with it, resignated with it. And it was, she was essentially saying that, you know, Leos think that they're so special. And we do, but the reason is that we think that everyone is special, and everyone has special in them. Everyone has this uniqueness. Everyone to to a Leo, to me, I believe that everyone has a fire in them. And that's what I want to do is I want to bring that out in you. I want you to see your best self because when I look at you, I see your best self every single time. And my goal is to literally just be myself so that way you can feel comfortable enough to be yourself. And I think over these last few years of our healing journey, I'm learning how to own my authenticity a little bit more and just like truly ground into who I am because I think that is helping other people and it's allowing them to let their guard down and be more of who they want to be, whether they're a Leo or not. It's totally fine. Um, but I do feel like that is a little bit of my purpose here. Like, I do think I'm special and I love to share that because I think everyone is special, and I want everyone to feel that because when I'm around you, I feel it. And really, I think of myself in that way of like, I'm just a mirror. Like I'm just here to show you who you are. And if you feel special around me, it's not me doing that, that's you doing that. Um, and I do that through feeling special about myself because I know that I have a gift in helping other people see themselves. And I think I'm just learning how to own that now. That everything shower hit, girl.

SPEAKER_01

I'm telling you.

Lyssa

Also came with a tattoo. Oh, so many tattoos in our future. No, which I feel like for my birthday should be on the list

The Penguin Owl Vision Explained

Lyssa

because I think I need to get at least one of them out. Um, but I have been grounding, um, I don't even know. Did I tell the owl? I don't think I told the penguin owl store on the mics. No. Um, so I'm gonna tell the penguin owl story because it is birthing itself into a tattoo. I think I need this on my body. So over this amazing retreat that we had a couple of weeks ago, um, our our goddess gathering, um, I had a massage um by Lisa Turtle, and she is an amazing intuitive, you know, uh a healer. There's no doubts about that. And as I was receiving this amazing massage, um, she mentioned that she may get some uh visions or thoughts or you know, downloads anything, and if I would want to hear them, and I'm like, yeah, of course I want to hear all of it. Always check it open and receiving. Um and she at one point during the massage goes on to tell me that she had a vision. She was like, you know, do you want to hear it? I'm like, yeah, absolutely. She's like, so it's actually kind of funny because she's like, it was it was kind of confusing. I wasn't sure what I was looking at because it it was like a penguin at first, um, but then it turned into an owl. And in that moment on that table, I lost my shit. I lost my shit because I actually went and looked it up last night, and it was February 12th, is when I sent the message to you, which means it happened on the night of February 11th, and that was right after our last goddess gathering. So we got home from our first goddess gathering that was very transformative, blew our minds as to this just connection with other women. And at that point, I was still in my corporate job, so I genuinely wasn't sleeping. That's like another thing that is crazy to me. Like, I feel like that's an important detail because I didn't sleep well for a long time, obviously. Um, and I did not dream very often because I know I just wasn't hitting the sleep, the sleep cycles in order to do so, and I wasn't remembering it, whatever. So the night of February 11th, I went to bed and I had the craziest dream. It was so random. And I woke up in the morning, I texted my best friend, and I said, Girl, I just had this dream where it was like a parking lot. I was like, I didn't know what it was, but I just like turned into this parking lot because I thought I saw some penguins. I was like, and it was just so weird because I knew in the dream it felt like it was here in Rochester. Like it felt like I was at home. So what the fuck am I saying penguins for as I'm driving, you know, in my home. And I was like, it was so weird. So I, you know, I pull in and I got out of the car, and like these penguins are like letting me come up to them. This is, you know, kind of crazy, but I'm just like creeping and I'm going closer and closer. And as I get very up close with these penguins, they are no longer penguins. They are not owls. These penguins in my dream just turned into owls all of a sudden, and they still carried that same like black and white motif, you know. So like it was almost like I could see why you would think that like from afar, why it would look like a penguin, but up close it became an owl. And then I remember kind of like being bent down in that manner, and I stood up and I was surrounded by owls, and that was it. That was the whole dream, and I did not know what any of that meant. And then five months later, I'm on a massage table, and this person tells me that they just saw a penguin that turned into an owl. Yeah, I'm gonna leave you in silence for a little bit to process that because I still a few weeks removed, I still am not fully processed on that. It still just is one of those things that is blowing my mind because you can't make that up. There's no way that she could have gotten into our phone to see the one message back in February. Back in February. Like it's there is no possible way. So that was extremely eye-opening and really just kind of helped me really sink into the weekend more. Um, and then another beautiful goddess that was there with us this weekend um also is a therapist, and she was like, Let me therapise the dream for you because I came out and I had to, you know, obviously immediately talk about it. And she was like, you know, let me therapise it for you. And she essentially said that, you know, penguins are here to kind of like represent community and joy and just like love, right? Like they love each other, they're always together, um, they're always having fun, they're very playful and nothing too crazy. Um, and then she said that owls, you know, they represent maturity and and wisdom. And she equated it, which now, right, being able to know when I had the dream was right off of the last goddess gathering. Um, she equated it to the goddess gathering. She was like, maybe from afar you saw this group of women that just looked fun and playful, and that, you know, you just saw community and joy, and you just wanted to be a part of that. And then as you got closer, you were able to see that all of these women were actually owls. All of these women are just there to show you their wisdom and to share their wisdom and to be surrounded by just so many amazing women that are here to support you, right? To like literally be surrounded by that, by all this wisdom and knowledge and truth seeking almost. Um, and then that was just like blown away again, you know? I'm like, holy shit, you just like making all of these things that I just thought was some weird ass fucking dream that I randomly had. And now it's coming into my life with so much meaning. It's holding so much for this version of me and who I want to become. And throughout the weekend, right? That was like the first day, second day. So like, yeah, first full day. Yeah. So then we had, you know, two more days around, you know, this container and just being in this energy. And I really walked away being like, I am I'm surrounded by owls. Like I'm just surrounded by so many amazing women who are so wise and leading and guiding into this next version of ourselves, into this next phase of life, right? Like we we're maturing. I get older every single year. I never get younger. It hasn't happened once, you know? And there is such a societal construct around aging and women. And I think that this is coming at the perfect time to just allow me to not carry that into my aging journey, into how it feels for me to get older. I want to be a wise owl, you know, and I can't do that if I'm young, you know. So just really owning that. Um, and so long-winded way of saying that I need a design. I need a some sort of silhouette of a penguin. I'm thinking fine line because I just see it being very like dainty and this penguin silhouette that just kind of flows. Maybe there's a little wave, and then it becomes an owl. And like

No Coincidences And Personal Growth

Lyssa

I need that on my body. ASAP. I love that.

Barb

I I love you. I love you. I love you so much. It has been an honor to watch you grow into something that you are very resistant to. Um, something that was like very, this is not real, right? The the books, the science, the logic, and uh hold your hand through a lot of it and you know, it's it's gonna be okay, and you're gonna be okay. And it is the perfect time because you have surrendered, or because you uh you are willing to look back through a journal that you've been consistent or a text message or any just just to look back and find these points of connection, right? Some might say, oh, that's just coincidence, but it it isn't actually. I don't believe in coincidences, it's not a coincidence that I was chosen to be your best friend, it's not a coincidence that however many years later I sat in your seat and you were late to class and we met each other again. None of these things in our lives have been coincidences. And to watch you lean into it and grow from it and embrace it and say, no, this is who I want to be. It doesn't matter where I grew up, and it doesn't matter what people think. This is me authentically whole, loud, bright, vibrant, all the things, and it's okay for me to be me. Yeah, but it has nothing to do with anybody else, right? Like your shirt says, it's just it's happy and bright and fun, and it's an honor to share you with the world because you've helped so many people already. And now that you are stepping into this next version, how many more people do you get to connect and touch in ways that if you didn't do the hard work, right?

SPEAKER_01

You you could never do. But yeah. Thank you. I'm gonna receive that. I appreciate you.

Barb

That's

Tattoos As A Living Storybook

Barb

really cool. I I love that. Yeah, I love that tattoo. I love the meaning, I love the symbolism. We're huge. I don't think anyone, I don't think many people get tattoos just for like the willy-nilliness of it. Um, and we take our very our tattoos very seriously.

Lyssa

Um, they're very like tribal in that in that manner for us. Like, I while I love people who have made their bodies a canvas, like the really fun ones where they're like, Yeah, no, I just thought of that, so I did it, or like it was just like on a whim, right? Like, there's almost a theme to that type of art, and I can appreciate it. But for me, it it's very like there needs to be a reason that I'm going to permanently alter myself.

Barb

So we took the kids to watch Moana, uh live action, and it hit. Go watch it. It's amazing, it's gonna make you laugh, make win. And cry. And cry every time. It does get me every time. And uh, if you haven't watched it, Maui he gets his tattoos only after he experiences the thing. Yeah, the thing that changes him, the thing that has impact, the thing that has meaning. And then his tribal tattoos are added to his work of art. And that's what it is for us. Yeah. It's never just, oh, I want to get a tattoo, boom, let's do it. And I'm no way knocking anybody for it. This is just our journey, our process. We uh go through things, yeah, and those really big pivotal things are they get to become a part of our body, yeah, and we get to look at them and remember and go back and feel because uh it was a part of the story.

Lyssa

Yeah, but it's one of the things that I am, you know, learning to own, right? Is that it's not linear and you can't, in a way, it's a disservice to not look back, to not pay homage and to not honor the previous versions of yourself because you can never be who you are in the moment, in the present, without who you used to be. And you also can't be this person without knowing who you want to be, and I think that's the part that we were definitely missing. I never thought about my future before, I just didn't, and aging makes you think about it, aging forces you to think about it, and you know, again, it it can go a multitude of ways, but I I love being able to know that I have experienced a life, I have experienced a lot of things, and I'm only 37. That's it. That's it, I've gone through it, and you know, and knowing that I have, you know, this like group of women who've also been through it. I think that's like one of the most powerful things about the goddess gathering is no one goes there and says, Here's my perfect life and how I deal with it, so that way you can have a perfect life too. That is non-existent, that is not what it is. It's almost this place for all of us women to actually bring the struggles. What's what's holding you back? What's in your backpack that I can help take out for you, right? Like, what is something that I can give you today that you can take into tomorrow? And like, in order to do that, you have to own who you used to be, you have to be able to see it and know it. And I do. I think that the tattoos are such a representation of all these moments in our lives, and it's almost like I can now use my tattoos as as this storybook to show you who I am, what I've been through, and how can I help you on your journey with the things that I've experienced. At the end of the day, I am truly just learning. That I need to share my story more because I know that, like you said earlier, like I I am going to help so many people by opening up and sharing all of my tattoos and letting them know where each one came from and why it's there, what it did for me, and how it got me to today. And hopefully that's gonna help someone, you know, get to there tomorrow. And I think that's really beautiful.

Barb

Okay. Well, now we have to get tattoos. It's no longer I wonder where we're gonna do it. Uh it's a must. It's a must. So we know what we're doing after we get the wise. Um and all of that and it's just Monday. I know. I have so many more days. So many more days to really integrate what this 37

A Nostalgic Seabreeze Birthday Plan

Barb

year is gonna be. And as I can remember, right? When I was turning 37 back in March, I remember. So I'm just really excited. I am excited to celebrate you. We are uh gonna take it 90s style, which is just like so on brand because that's where I feel like I'm at.

Lyssa

I need to regress, I need to go back to living in the 90s. Yes.

Barb

So I hear my girl when she talks. Um, and we have a very fun celebration birthday. We're gonna go to Seabreeze. If you are not from here, it is a local amusement park. Um, don't think Disney. No, don't no, don't think Universal, don't think Darien Lake. Think of like a mom and pop amusement park. And that's what we have here in Rochester. Um, so yeah, uh, I'm sure you've spent many birthdays there, yeah, or at least been taken. Yeah, for sure.

Lyssa

It's your birthday, we're going to be able to do it. We're gonna go here. Okay, sure. Um, no, I actually love the idea. One, it is very nostalgic. Seabreeze is very nostalgic for us. Um, it is, like you said, it's a local place here in Rochester. So not many people do know about it, but it has like one of the oldest amusement parks or amusement rides in the roller coasters. I can say, I can speak. It has one of the oldest roller coasters, like literally in the world. Um, and so there is, there's a lot of nostalgia, especially because I remember being a kid and you go through like phases with seabreeze. So when you're like little, you love that shit. Seabreeze is the shit. And then you get a little bit older and you're like, this is whack, take me to Six Flags. Like, I need a real, quote unquote, real amusement park. And then you get older and you're like, ew, get me out of Six Flags. I love Seabreeze. I'm like, I can just like literally walk from one side of the park to the other and and not be like tired or dead. Yeah. Um it's a small town, it's just little and it gives it's perfect. It's just it has a low amount of rides. Go, especially if you've had kids, you can't be doing all them roller coasters. So Six Flex is kind of unrealistic after you've had children because one roller coaster and I'm done. Yeah. Um, so I just like to go on the oldest one, you know, and then be done. I did my thing. Uh so yeah, no, I loved it. And then again, on top of it, is like while Leos love to be celebrated and the attention to be on them, right? Like, I don't want it to just be about me. I never want it to be about me. And I love that sea breeze is something that is literally for all of us. The kids are gonna have a good time, we're gonna have a good time. It's just gonna be a day to just have fun. I wanted fun in the sun, and my girl delivered as always.

Barb

So, yeah, we're gonna go do that. Uh, there are some surprises. T B well not, they have been determined. They will not be announced until said day. Um, and yeah, we're gonna go have a wholesome family fun day. Come get your summer. Yeah, that's their tagline. It worked. Marketing. Good job. It did, it did. And yeah, we're just gonna go have fun together and celebrate you.

Lyssa

That was another reason why I said that I needed like the everything shower and do my hair this week because now my hair is done

The Hard No On Body Slides

Lyssa

for the week and I don't have to do it on Friday because we're gonna get in the water. Hashtag facts.

Barb

I did tell your daughter that I'm getting in the water. Yes, I'm gonna do it, right? This is a special occasion. It is a celebration. One must do things they don't normally do for celebrational purposes. So fluby. I'm gonna put the bathing suit on and I'm gonna dip my toe in chlorine water and have a smile on my face the whole time. So I did, I also washed and I was like, well, this is gonna get me to Friday. Exactly.

Lyssa

This is gonna grow me through the week. That's how you do it. Um, Oliver's similar reaction. Um, always surprised when we say we're getting in the water. They really you're gonna go in too? Really? Oh, okay. You know, so that's how they know it's gonna be a good day because we're actually willing to get in the water. That's so true. They're so lucky to have us. And then at the same time, pay zero attention to us in the water. Correct. So, like, you just want me to stand in there anyways, another podcast for another day.

Barb

We were gonna, she was like, even the toilet bowl. And I was like, first of all, I have no idea what that is. It sounds so dangerous. Zero desire for that one now. Two, I guess that's part of the water. I guess I'm such a fun mom.

Lyssa

Such a fun mom. I do have like a hard rule. I want to know if you have a hard. I have a hard rule on body slides. And so I won't do it, but if it has a tube, I'll do the tube. That's fine. If I have to go on my ass, no. Follow-up question. No. So that would be what is it that you're exactly afraid of? Um, all of it. I'm just so exposed. First of all, it's straight wedged, you know, every time it's unavoidable wedged. So it doesn't matter what kind of bathing suit you have on, you're walking out with a thong. And I can just never appreciate that. I the amount of times you have to dig up your ass at a fucking water park is beyond me. I don't understand why people like it. Number one. I really don't. Number two, I feel like it hurts. Like, you know, there's ridges and shit. And like when you're going over each one, it's like and it's just like ass back, ass back, ass back. Like sometimes your head, if you don't keep it up. Like that, that is unfun. Then then it can go one of two ways. Then you can go super extreme, too much water. Now I'm drumming. You know, and then I'm like, fuck, I can't see anything. I don't know where it's ending, I don't know where I'm going, all of the things. And then there's the opposite, which is not enough water. Now I'm burning myself and I'm, you know, squeaking and pushing, and then I gotta like pull myself. If I have to scoop myself off the slide, I'm I'm not okay. Just know that I'm not gonna be okay. So, for that reason, something in my older age that I have allowed myself is that I don't do body slides. You're lucky I'm here in the water and I'm touching it. If it has a tube, I'm here for you. We can go in the tube together. I'm always down for a lazy river because I don't have to do anything. That's definitely my favorite. Um, but don't ask for a body slide. I'm not gonna be naked touching a slide and being so uncomfortable. And that's like, again, it's not even fun. It's just not even fun for me.

Barb

Well, I love how many reasons you have. And they were like ready. You were like, bam, here's another one, bam, bam. I just had those blocked and loaded, you know? I'm ready. Um, I don't think seabreeze, well, maybe they do. The slide that's coming to mind that is an open slide has that mat, but it also has the most insane incline I've ever seen.

Lyssa

No, I'm also off of those. Yes, I'm not into roller coaster water slides. That's psychotic.

Barb

No, that's what it is. It's very steep and very fast, and obviously, all the wedges, all of the things that you said, but you do have to go down on a mat. On a map. Because could you imagine getting stuck on a, you know? So, like, there's that. Um, and no, I went on it once, and I am in fact too old for that. I can I can be in my older age, I a hundred percent agree because I turned 37 first. Yeah, no, I'm gonna say I'm too old for that. And you're gonna say, Oh, the kid, oh no, it's fine. And I'm gonna say, I don't care, young'un. Yep, you can go go on game. I'm 37. And I said, no, I'm a grown-up, okay? There's no question in my mind anymore. I'm a whole ass grown up and no is a whole sentence, it's a complete sentence. No. Somebody put her on a mic. So so for that reason, no, we will not be doing that one. No, not at all. Um, but thank you for sharing. You're welcome. Thank you. We're learning so much about your life.

Lyssa

And just trying to own myself and who I am. Well done. And so, there we go. Oh, goodness, but I am. I I'm very, I'm very excited. Again, I I wasn't I wasn't there before. The energy like genuinely wasn't there, and there was a little bit of a question of like, holy shit, is she not a Leo anymore? Do we have to change her birthday? What's happening? Um, but no, it's there. I'm feeling it. There's a a pep in my step, as you said.

Setting The Yearly Intention Of Joy

Lyssa

Um, and I'm excited. I'm excited for for this week. I love that.

Barb

So I guess we have made it a tradition to set an intention for the year and no pressure. If you're not ready today, we will have after birthday recordings. But if you are, I want to give you the time and the space to let us know what this next year of life is for you.

Lyssa

I am ready because I think I've been ready for a long time. And again, I'm gonna bring it up. This goddess gathering and gave it to me. Um, it gave it to me so good. And my word is joy. This is my year of joy. Um, another little tidbit that Lisa shared during my massage was that she felt that the cells in my body were ready to release anger and sadness. They didn't they don't want to be angry and sad anymore. And that's something that I feel like I've been saying a lot of. I don't I don't want to be this person, I don't feel like I'm connected with the anger and sadness the way that I used to be, and I'm trying to grow my capacity for joy. And I think that I'm ready for that. I'm ready to live a very joyous life and not worry about when it's all gonna go to shit. Because I think that's the the hardest part, right? That's that's my pattern. Life gets really good and then and then it doesn't, and then things happen and my world is pulled out from under me, and I gotta start all over again. And this is the first year where I don't feel that I really I don't have to start all over. I actually have the best life, the best foundation. Nothing is going anywhere, and that's so beautiful to say and to feel. And so this is gonna be the year where I allow myself to release the anger and sadness and fill myself up with a joyful life. So joy.
