74. Present-Tensing: The Manifestation Trick That Silences Doubt Instantly
Oh heyyyy, welcome back to The Universe Is Your Friend Podcast!
Tell me, do you ever feel like the more you try to manifest something, the more your brain reminds you it hasn’t happened yet? Like every time you visualise your dream life or repeat affirmations, that little voice in the back of your head chimes in with “but it’s not real though”?

This is the same grounding practice I’ve used for years to stay calm in anxious moments—but when paired with a manifestation tool I call “present-tensing,” it becomes an absolute game-changer.
