Episode 71 - Up with Creativity, Down with Guilt
We just had a long weekend in Perth and I spent the long weekend doing absolutely nothing - no plans, literally none, we were just at home… doing nothing.
Usually, I would use long weekends to do all the things, you know the drill right, when you’ve got an extra day and everyone just migrates to bunnings and runs extra errands and drinks more because you’ve got 3 weekend nights, and you’re seeing this person and that person and and and and and. We ‘Use’ the time productively or socially. Because we’ve been taught that being busy, and being productive is our purpose.
But doing nothing... something really surprising happened. It unlocked my creativity and in this episode I'm sharing all about the power of doing nothing to reset and redirect creativity.
