This episode feels a little bit special because this month marks 10 years in business for Maple & Wren. We’re celebrating, we’re reflecting, I’m getting a bit nostalgic. So, this episode isn’t going to be another 10-year recap. Instead, I started asking myself a different questions when I was putting this episode together.
What actually changed my business?
When I look back over the last decade, it wasn't one huge moment. It wasn't an award, or a viral Instagram Reel, or one dream wedding.
It was decisions.
Some of them felt exciting.
Some of them felt terrifying.
Some of them were all knowing game changers.
Some of them didn't even seem like that big of a deal at the time.
But looking back now, I can see each one of the key decisions I’m going to share with you in this episode quietly changed the direction of the business and changed me as a creative and a business owner.
So in this episode I want to share the 10 decisions that, in hindsight, built Maple & Wren and built me as a business owner.
