Welcome to The Recruiter of Steel podcast, with your host, Tyler Rossi! As one of the top headhunters in the Steel Industry, Tyler has a spoken with hundreds of professionals across this incredible, vital, and often overlooked sector of the American economy. Now, he’s looking to bring those conversations to you.

This podcast will give you a rare inside look into the people who make up the world of Steel. Guests will range from individual sellers to Presidents of major companies and everything in between. You’ll hear their story and gain valuable industry insight you won’t find anywhere else.

In addition to shining light on the Steel Industry, Tyler will also continue to share his knowledge of how to recruit, retain, and develop top talent. This will be done via 1:1 episodes or the occasional recruitment guest.
