Ruby pioneered the movement towards inclusivity in beauty and was awarded an MBE in 2007 for her long-standing contribution to the cosmetics industry. Her work has graced the pages of magazines worldwide, including Vogue, ELLE and Marie Claire. She co-founded Ruby & Millie make up in 1998 and it rapidly became the hottest beauty launch in the industry for decades.

Ruby launched her new and inspiring make-up brand Rubyhammer.com in 2019, where she has distilled her knowledge and expertise into a succinct line of routine enhancing releases designed to simplify make up routines, embracing and enhancing natural, unique beauty.

Wife, mother nani, Ruby tries to meditate daily to relax and de-stress, loves to travel and openly talks about her experience of grief and the menopause. ‘Life is a blessing, be grateful for all that it offers’.
