This week, the Sarasota SpeaX crew sits down with the man who has embodied downtown Sarasota to the max, Perry Corneau…or as most know him, Sarasota Perry.  He has spent his career in the luxury end of the real estate, and now hones his craft on representing the downtown Sarasota lifestyle as an advisor for Ritz-Carlton, selling condos.  While the beaches in our area are the primary draw, Perry showcases the other side of our town which embodies the arts, the food, and the unique experiences that cannot be seen from Siesta Key.

As we learn more about his background, we also get his opinions on the roundabouts, put him through the rapid fire gauntlet, along with several other conversations that can only be heard on Sarasota SpeaX!
