This week, we’re sitting down with the CEO and Board Chair of Teen Court Sarasota, Heather Todd and Megan Leaf. While most think Teen Court Sarasota is some sort of juvenile rehabilitation program, we learned that it is actually a non-profit organization that offers first time offenders of a misdemeanor offense, who are under 18, a chance to wipe that offense off of their record. We ended up learning a ton about this organization and how much they do for teens in the community, and how much they save the city of Sarasota each year because of their work.
As always, we bring the conversation back to Sarasota, getting their thoughts on the roundabouts popping up across town. And, like we always do, we put them through the Rapid Fire Gauntlet.
