This week, we sit down with the owner of Jefferson Fit, Jefferson Charles. We hear Jefferson’s story about how he moved from the Caribbean to the U.S. to initially become a pilot, but instead landed in the fitness industry. His travels have taken him from California to Saudi Arabia, and back to the states, where he is in the process of relocating his gym to the new location at 1800 2nd Street in downtown Sarasota. This all-inclusive gym has all the amenities for those looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
As always, we bring the conversation back to Sarasota, getting Jefferson’s thoughts on roundabouts, and we send him through the Rapid Fire Guantlet.
