I was born the eldest of eleven children in a large, loving family in Bakersfield, California. Raised with a strong work ethic and instilled with a belief in the power of education, I learned early on the importance of teamwork and collaboration, lessons gleaned from the organized chaos of a large family.
Inspired by the unwavering dedication of my mechanic father and the ambitious spirit of my schoolteacher mother, I developed a deep-seated desire to achieve financial success and create a different life. This drive, combined with my parents’ contrasting yet complementary influences, laid the groundwork for my future ambitions and eventual success. This book explores the journey of how those early foundational experiences shaped my path to entrepreneurship, profit sharing, financial freedom.
