Hi everyone, I want to welcome you back to another episode of Life Your Business Podcast. I'm Tammy Hirschberger. And it's been a minute. Um, it's been a few months since I've recorded. I've kind of just been really busy. Um, I had some changes in my office. I had to do a bunch of hiring and training, and then I just got kind of busy doing other stuff and coaching, and I kind of needed a minute to just reset. And so I'm thinking um we're gonna start to kind of change directions a little bit. I still am praying over this. I'm not exactly sure. I kind of want to work business, but I want to bring God into it more, just the stuff I've been through the last couple of years and the transformation that I've had with um God in Bible school and coaching, and anyway, it's just kind of shifted my perspective a little. And so today um we're gonna talk about clarity and how to find it. Because I think sometimes when you start your business, you just think like, oh, I'm I'm gonna sell shoes or I'm gonna clean windows or I'm gonna build sheds or whatever it is that your business is. And I think you get so overwhelmed with so much stuff, right? Because you have advertising, you have marketing, you have budgeting, you have to find employees, you have to sell the service, you have to do the service, like or build the product, or whatever it is, and so it can be very overwhelming. And so I was reading um an article, I'm trying to remember the guys, it was Courtney Carver who wrote this article, 10 Strategies for Absolute Clarity. And so I'm gonna use some of her stuff out of this article and then throw my stuff in. So um, I want this to kind of think about this as like, well, these are strategies of how to get clarity in your business, in your life, in whatever you're doing. So I'm sure if you're like me, you've experienced overwhelm, and it's basically just from having way too many things on your plate. So you can have constant distractions, right? All the way down to decision fatigue. So constant distractions can be obviously your family is driving you crazy at home, your wife's needing stuff, your kids need stuff, your workers need stuff, you need stuff, um, customers need stuff. Like it's just constant bombardment of stuff that needs done, right? Or questions answered, people need help. And then it's all the way out to like, I need to make a decision on something. And I know people who are like, they need every little detail of every little possibility that could go wrong, and then they can't make a decision because they're like stuck. So we don't ever want analysis paralysis, right? Like, we don't want that. So if you could get something clear, get that mental clutter out of the way, create more space, and really zero in on what matters, that's what I want to dive into today. So we have obviously the legit side of it, and then we have the spiritual side. So I'm gonna try to kind of cover both. Um, the first thing this guy talked about, or actually this sorry, this lady, um, was one she talked about creating space, right? So, creating space, what does that mean? So it could be just literally clearing out your physical environment, your mental landscape, having space for just to think, right? So I know people who have complete disasters on their desks. Their office is a complete disaster, their home is a complete disaster, their studio is a complete disaster. And some people think, well, if it's filled high with papers, the inbox is overflowing, and your office is chaotic, it's like, oh, we're just busy and it looks good. It doesn't. I'm telling you, it doesn't look good. Okay, so when you have all this stuff everywhere, you can't concentrate. Especially me, I'm a I'm a bit ADHD, right? I'm type A personality. And I have to sometimes just like, even this podcast, I have stuff on the sides right now that you can't see, but I've put it away because if it's all over the desk, it's distracting. It keeps my focus pulled to something else, right? And so I limit to like just what am I working on. So in this case, I have my notes, I have my computer in case I want to chat GPT something. And so you want to make sure your space is conducive to what you're trying to do. So, artists, right? They're gonna be people that are gonna have their paint organized or paint somewhere in some kind of container so they can find it, their canvas. Some people are really creative and they want creativity around them. Um, if you're very organized, that's like me, I need it just very organized, so I'm not searching all day for stuff. And when I have had that happen where I've lost something and I put it, I refiled it or I filed it in the wrong folder, it drives me nuts. I can't find it. And then it wastes so much time. So think about that. So think about okay, what does what does my space look like? Can I reorganize my office? Can I organize my workspace? Can I organize my home? You know, whatever, whatever you need to do for you. Because it helps you focus. So for entrepreneurs, that might mean setting a time each week to clear the clutter, right? It might be organizing your desk, it might be going into the digital files. So I we've done that. My I call my computer a black hole because it's like we just have years of stuff in there. And we create files and we create procedures and pictures. And and every now and then I have my office people go through and like figure out and organize those pictures, figure out you know what systems are have we've changed, or maybe we've um changed documents and there's duplicates in there, and it gets just to be like a mess of stuff. And once it's saved in there, if we don't use it all the time, a lot of times we forget that we even have it. And so we try to kind of keep that cleaned up. Um, maybe you just need to schedule a mental reset, right? So people always talk about, even with your business partner, if you're gonna have a meeting, sometimes it's good to get out of the office, you know, have a retreat, or go to a coffee shop, or go somewhere to get away from it where you can just kind of focus and talk about the things you guys need to talk about or go over the next year plan or whatever that is. Um I don't believe that you can work effectively in chaos. I've seen people try it, and they may think they're productive, but I've seen it, they're not, right? So things get forgotten, things get lost, things get messed up. Um I think appointments, you know, you miss a bid, you miss meeting with a customer, you miss meeting something with your wife or a kid's thing or whatever. If you're not organized, if you don't have your calendar figured out, if you don't have your day planned, it can get to be very messy. Okay, so I think it's good to kind of reset once once a week, just be like, reset, let's start fresh. Um, I like to do that in the afternoon, so like before I go home or in the morning. Typically, I like it in the morning, but um, I will go through and be like, my top three for today are this, right? What do I what do I have to do today? Because there's so much to do. I mean, that's something without getting off topic. It's like there's the podcast, there's coaching, there's my business, there's being a wife, there's being a friend, there's all these things. And that's part of why I burned out because there were too many things happening, especially when I was running multiple businesses, and I didn't prioritize myself. I didn't prioritize really anything because I just made it all important. And I had someone that used to tell me, if everything's important, nothing's important. So you have to get serious about that. And so for me, I picked for today, you know, these are the three personal things I have to get done, these are the three business things I have to get done. And some days it's payroll, some days that could be one. Um, one could be like I have to get this bid out today, or I need to order materials because that has to happen to keep the sheds being built. Whatever it is, pick three. And now, if you can get through more, three, more than three, great, do that. But it has to, you know, it keeps me organized, it keeps me feeling like, man, I got those three things done. I'm winning today, right? Um, some days I get more, some days I get less. It's not often I get less, but it happens sometimes. My day goes awry. This morning was that way, it was very, very busy at work, and so the things I thought I'd start with, I didn't get to start with because I right away was dealing with sales, so which is a great problem to have, but it does change my day sometimes. Okay, number two, identify what matters. So we could get into this all day. Um basically, obviously, if you're talking about business, it's really easy to lose sight of why you started it in the first place. So I think it's good to take time to write down your passion statement for both you and your your life, basically, um, and just write down what really matters to you. And so a real brief description says a passion statement is a conscience, conscious, concise and personal declaration that expresses what excites, motivates, or inspires you. It typically reflects your core values, your interests, and the things that drive you on a deep level. Passion statements are often used to articulate personal or professional goals, help you align with them goals, um, and then having actions that kind of keep you moving towards your goals, right? And it's for things that you care about the most. These statements can also guide decision making, career choices, or personal growth. So talking about this, um losing passion is it's a hard thing to talk about for me a little bit because uh I've always been a very passionate person. You can always tell when I'm really passionate about something, my hands are flying, I'm speaking 100 miles a minute, my voice raises, right? Because I get very excited about it. For me, when I got too much stuff to do, when I get too many, too many irons on the fire, if you will, my passion starts to drop. And that is one thing that I can attest to on the one business the head with in my window cleaning business. Between trying to keep all the employees, the financials, my business partner going, the selling, or like, you know, keeping the phones answered, running the barnyard, being a wife, being a friend, all these things. I got so overwhelmed and wasn't taking care of me. And so then my passion, I just man, I didn't, I didn't want to do it anymore. And it made it so I ended up leaving because I couldn't, and you know, I have other podcasts about that, but it's like at the end of the day, 50% of that was my responsibility. And even though I feel like I did a fantastic job in the business, up till the very end, I was still scheduling jobs, I was booking that calendar out, I was making sure there was plenty of money, all that stuff. I just internally I didn't, man, I hated it, I didn't enjoy it anymore. I didn't want to do it, I couldn't do it, I couldn't put a smile on my face anymore. I couldn't face another thing. It was like there's just too much stuff. I didn't, I mean, it got to a point where I was like, I don't even want to be here anymore. I don't want to do this life anymore. It's just exhausting to me. And I lost my passion. And it's, you know, been a couple, well, almost three years, and I'm finding my passion is coming back. It's still interesting to watch. Um, I'm still trying to limit how much I do because it gets to be very exhausting to me sometimes. And um, you know, it's like it's kind of like when you rehab a muscle, right? Like you've injured it, kind of like my burnout, and so it's never full strength when you come back. It takes time to, you know, work it out and train it and um make it better. And so you you don't just stop doing it, but you don't just go balls to the walls right off the bat, right? So I think it's important that you just kind of find that passion because you're gonna need it, especially the more you take on. So keep in mind when you're writing that passion statement, um, they're not maybes, they're not nice to have's, they are must, right? They're your why. And it will help guide you. It'll be principles that will guide you to keep you on track, to help you know if you're doing the right thing, help you make decisions. Um, because when you have clarity on what matters most, it's easier to say no to distractions and keep focused. And it'll help your business move forward. Excuse me. Um, I found this kind of interesting. Um, I'm gonna butcher this guy's name, I'm sure. Patrick Pichetz, I think is how you say his name. He wrote a resignation letter as Google's CFO in 2015. And it's a powerful example of the importance of getting clear on what matters most in your life. So he served as CFO for over seven years. He stepped down kind of unexpectedly because he wanted to prioritize his personal life, specifically to spend more time with his family. His letter, which was both heartfelt and candid, shed light on his decision-making process and emphasized the need to balance career ambitions with the things that truly mattered. In this letter, he described a moment where he was hiking in Africa with his wife and had an epiphany about the importance of being fully present with his loved ones. The moment of clarity led him to step away from the demanding role at Google, despite the immense professional satisfaction it brought. His resignation underscores the concept of getting clear on what matters in life, an idea that goes beyond professional achievements and focuses on personal values, on relationships, on well-being. His decision serves as a reminder that success is not just about climbing the corporate ladder or accumulating more accolades. It's also about finding fulfillment and making conscious choices to live a balanced life. Pichette's ability to recognize what truly mattered to him and take bold action to realign his life demonstrates the power of self-reflection and the courage to make changes in pursuit of personal happiness and purpose. So you might be saying, well, uh, he had a great job, probably made good money, right? Had a pension, who knows what he had. But at the end of the day, if you're not happy, if your family's falling apart, if your friends' relationships are falling apart, if you're, you know, facing every day with a frown on your face and you just don't want to get out of bed, something is wrong, right? You need to change that. That's not how God made us. God made us to rule and reign as children of Christ, right? We're supposed to love what we do. And, you know, I don't believe being miserable every day is that. I don't believe that's what God made us for. And so if that is you today, I hope you make a change. I hope you say, you know what, I'm not doing it anymore. You know, do it before you get as far gone as I did. Because unfortunately for me, I had to walk away from a business that I I did love the business. It's just the day-to-day got to me, got to be a little too much. And I didn't have, I guess, the structure and I didn't have the safety that I, or at least I didn't feel safe to go to my business partner and say, you know what, I can't, I need a break, I can't do this. Um, I need I need help. Um, one, my ego didn't like that. And two, in the past, when I had done that, it didn't quite go well. Um, I always felt like I can't do it. And so I just was like, I'll take on more, I'll take on more, blah, blah, blah. So I just don't want you to be me. I want you to learn because I wished I didn't have to leave that business. I think we could have done great things with it. Um, but for me, that's not how it worked out. Okay, number three, do one thing at a time. That's not me, folks. Uh that's not been my life. I think I always have to do a million things at once, and I can never just step into one thing at a time. Like, how crazy is that? I see it, but I still do it. And I'm trying to be better about it. And if you're like me, it's not it's not easy to do that. Um, I want to do everything for everyone, be everything for everyone. That's not realistic, right? That's not gonna work, and that's how I get myself in trouble. And so I'm telling you to try to stop you from doing it. And hopefully, if you see that you're doing it, make a change, right? Because multitasking, I don't know. I don't really. I mean, people say you can do it, I do it, but I'm like, I don't really know that it really is multitasking, because honestly, I'm not writing talking to you and doing this over here. I'm I'm talking to you. When I stop talking to you, I go over here and I find my answer to whatever question, right? You put something down to start something else, even if it's for a hot second, you come back. So true multitasking probably isn't really real. Um, but that's not the point of this discussion today. So I kind of just want you to be present in that. So, like if you're writing an email, just write the email. If you're talking to your friend, talk to your friend, right? Don't get your phone out and be scrolling through. I mean, I catch that with me and my husband. We're we're at home and we're on our phones, and I'm like, well, we're not really even talking, right? And so that's why I like to go for a walk with him because I'm like, it makes us leave the phones alone. They're at home, and we go for a walk for 20 minutes and we talk about our day and how you know, whatever we want to do or whatever we want to talk about. Um, it's like this podcast. I'm not trying to do this podcast and write an email and pay bills. Like, that's not real, it's not gonna work. So focus on one thing at a time. Um, I think it's easy to fall into the trap of trying to do multiple things, especially as a business owner. I'm sure parents, mothers experience that, right? Like you're doing the dishes, and then the kids fall, and then they're like, mommy, I want food, and mommy, I gotta go potty or whatever. And so it's like 18 things to do. Obviously, you can only do one at a time, but it's a lot. And so I feel like the devil uses distractions, especially in your business and in your life. Um, and so don't let him constantly be pulling your attention. Make what you're doing important, make it matter. It's like me when I'm doing Bible school. I don't, I put the phone away, I don't so scroll social media, I'm just got my notes, I got my computer, I'm watching the less, and I have my Bible, right? Versus if I'm just I've done that in the evening where I'll turn a God thing on, a broadcast, and I'm like not fully listening, and I'm you know, scrolling my phone, and then I like 30 minutes goes by and I'm like, I don't even know what they said, I have no idea, right? And so what you're doing needs to be worth it. So if if you pick these things that you want to be doing and they're valuable to you, then you want to pay attention to what you're doing, okay? Um, and you'll be more productive. Okay, eliminate distractions. We talked about a little bit, but it's basically easy to get sucked into the beeping of the phone, right? Every time your phone beeps, it's like, what what's that? Well, that's not good. That's an addiction. Um, email, social media, right? Every time you switch tasks, it can take up to 15 minutes to fully refocus your attention back to what you were prior doing. 15 minutes is a long time. You lose a lot of time in a day doing that. So if you're consistently checking notifications, if you're losing chunks of your mental energy and time, you gotta stop that. You gotta turn off those notifications, right? You can set it on Google to not alert you. Uh, you can set your computer up, you can set your phone on personal time or I don't even know, sleep or whatever the heck it is, like where it won't ding at all, it doesn't distract you. Um, maybe you have a home office, maybe you have an office in a in a shed building that you've turned into an office. We've done that, where it gives you a time to get away from the house, get away from the kids, and get out and work so they're not constantly bugging you. Um maybe that's locking your door at the office or telling your employees, like, I need 40 minutes, don't talk to me, don't come find me unless something really crazy is going on, right? So be really intentional with your time, be really intentional with um what you're doing and try to eliminate the distractions. Um another thing I want to mention that I should have probably focused mentioned earlier was I've been listening to this teacher and she was talking about time and time management, basically. Her name's Carrie Pickett, and she was saying how we need to manage our time better. And one thing we should be doing every morning is asking God, what do you want me to do today? And I'm still working on trying to do that. I think it's hard for me to wrap my mind around that. But honestly, if God's for you and he wants the best for you and he knows what you need, why wouldn't you come to him in the morning and say, Okay, Lord, yeah, sure I have, I mean, these things on my schedule, but what do you want me to do today? What do you want me to do in my free time? What do you want me to do first? What's most important, right? Because if he knows all things, he's gonna be able to get you into the things that you need to do first. And you'll be most productive when you follow him. So keep that in mind. Uh, strategy five is eat well, right? So you gotta feel your brain. Our bodies need the right kind of nutrition to function at their best. But what about your brain? We can't just rely on caffeine and sugar to keep us going because there's always that crash at the end, right? So it may be great for a minute and then it's down. Um, so I challenge you to try to eliminate stimulating substances for a week. Maybe cut out coffee, maybe maybe cut out those Red Bulls, right? I'm not a huge fan of energy drinks, but I think they're terrible for you. Um, but how many are you taking? Maybe look at that. Like, am I drinking three a day? That's a bad sign. You need to cut back on that. You should try to get more greens and fruits and healthy fats into your diet. Because it you'll feel cleaner, healthier, clearer mind, your focus will be better, your energy will be better. And you'll you notice like if you eat a donut at work, you're good, and then all of a sudden you have that slump and you don't feel good anymore, and then you don't want to work, so that takes away from your time. Um, getting quiet, that's something I want to talk about. Um in the hustle of running your business, silence is really hard to find, right? The phone's ringing, the co-workers are talking. In my business, the sheds are being built, and there's nail guns pounding and hammers and all this noise all the time. But I find that if you get quiet, it's very powerful, right? And when I say get quiet, get quiet with your thoughts, and most importantly, get quiet with God. Set aside time to read his word, you know, listen to God things, talk to God. And at Bible school, they talk about um, I think it's called a two-way radio, like the remote radio things when you're a kid and you would talk to each other, and you know, you hold the button down to talk and you're blah, blah, blah, saying what you got to say. But they said, Do you ever release the button and let the other person, God, talk to you? Or do you just constantly be talking into it? Because God will talk to you, He'll tell you what you need to do in your business, He'll tell you what to do, you know, in your tough moments. And I've had some of those. Um, we've Had experiences not too long ago where our business was kind of slow, and we've been talking about it. And God had dealt with us a year and a half before of some uh a person in the business we needed to let go of. And we, I mean, this person's amazing, great worker. We just didn't want to do it, and we ignored it and ignored it, and we noticed our business kind of just slowly selling less and less. And so finally, me and my husband got really quiet and we started praying and talking and reading the Bible. And my husband was like, What are we supposed to do here, Lord? And the Lord told him, I already told what I already told you what to do, and so we were being disobedient. And disobedience, when you know better, it becomes sin, right? And so we weren't doing it. And so we finally, man, as hard as it was, we pulled the trigger and laid the person off. And man, life's it's not that like he was bad for our business, but it was us being obedient, letting him go into what God had for him. And since then things have picked up, and it's like it's a relief knowing that like we're doing what we're supposed to do. And so get that quiet time with the Lord. Um, and then you know, listen and journal. What is he saying to you? And they were talking about that in Bible school. Journaling is great because you get quiet, you write down your thoughts, and it's like sometimes when you see what you write, it's like, wow, I didn't realize how much I was struggling there, or or the crazy thoughts the devil's putting in my head, or the things that I, you know, thought I thought I knew, but I didn't, you know, and and that's why it's good to get in God's word, because like if you know God's word, you can fight against the enemy's lies. You can see when he's telling you untruths, right? Because you don't want to believe them. Because I talked about when the devil lies to you and you start to believe him, those lies become truth to you. And that is such a dangerous place to be. And I don't want you there. Um, write to get clear. So, like, that's the journaling. So every morning spend a few minutes writing, write down your thoughts, your to-do lists, what's bothering you, what's exciting you. Um, you know, write down your fears and your hopes and your dreams and all that stuff and get clarity on it, right? When you write it, you get clear. Sometimes the active writing can help you process through the noise to get clear. It's kind of like when you sit down with a really trusted friend and you start saying stuff to them. And it's like you've had all these thoughts. I've had this before where I'm like, I've had a million thoughts, I've processed it, processed it, rethought it, rethought it. And then I talk to someone that I really can trust, and I'm like, I say it, and then I start to think like, wow, I didn't realize that's what I was thinking, or that's I didn't realize that's how bad it was. Or this is like a crazy thought. That's not from God, right? And so you can start to recognize the crazy stuff and the stuff that's really good, right? The stuff from God and the stuff that's lies from the enemy. And so I think it's really good to write that stuff down. Um number eight's experiment, experimentation. Um, you don't always uh you don't know what you don't know, right? So when you try something new, you get to try something new, you get to explore something different, you get to see how things work from a different perspective. So it could be changing your routine in the morning, trying a new habit, shifting the way you run your business, get really curious, right? Maybe you work wake up earlier every day, 30 minutes, an hour for a week, three weeks, four weeks, you keep trying. Um, maybe you cut caffeine, maybe you cut out alcohol for 30 days, try a different workout and experiment and see what it does to you. For me, um I when I had my window business for I don't even know, year and a half, maybe I was working out with my business partner, and then we had a trainer, and then he quit, and then I had someone else I was working out with, and then eventually I was so exhausted I couldn't do it. So I I quit. And then I think like two years went by, I stopped working out totally. Man, that was bad for my body. And as I'm getting older, you know, I'm 42, almost 43, I put on weight, I was miserable. I was like, I could barely, you know, I'd get winded walking and all this stuff, and like skiing wasn't fun for me because I was like, man, I'm just so tired, and I'm tired all the time. And so I decided in October, it's been I think 29 weeks now that I'm gonna start working out. And then I found this lady, Mackenzie Wells, and she has an app, and so I follow her app. She does the workout with you at their 30 on average 30 minutes, and but it's consistent, like there's not long breaks in between. So I was 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off, 30 seconds on, 15 seconds. I mean, it's consistent. And so I've done that, and I tell you what, the first week or two, well, honestly, the first three days I couldn't move. I mean, I did a leg exercise and I could not move. My legs were so locked up, I look like a crazy person trying to walk. I couldn't hardly walk, I couldn't hardly sit. But I consistently kept at it. And you know, now I'm like I've moved up from almost, you know, three pound weights, four pounds, five pounds. I'm up to 15 pound weights. I mean, I'm gonna keep improving that. But I find that like I can do more reps. I get way less tired. And and now after 29 weeks of it, I'm I enjoy it. Like, I'm not saying it's like, oh yeah, I don't want to the gym, which I actually work out in my garage. I have gym mats and a TV and a treadmill and boxing bag. And I just, you don't need tons of equipment. I use a lot of free weights, but I enjoy it because I'm starting to see my body change. Now, weight hasn't shifted a ton, but I see muscle developing, and muscle weighs more than fat. And so I can feel like I can I can do things without getting winded so much. I have more energy. Uh, I'm starting to feel better about my body again, like all these things that are struggles. And so if that's you and you haven't worked out in a long time, I say, go for it, man. What are you waiting for? Life is so short. I'm looking at 42, almost 43, and I'm thinking, man, I know 50 is not old, but it feels kind of old when you get closer to it. My mom passed away at 62, and so I'm thinking, man, if I even made it to her age, that's not a lot of time left. And so I don't, I guess I'm kind of the stage where I don't want to waste a minute. I don't want to waste time with people. I want to love on the people I want to love on. I want to spend time with people I care about. I want to grow my business. I want to love on my employees. I want to, you know, take care of me and do the things that fill me up because this life is fleeting, man. And this stuff, you know, this thing is great, this mic's great, this computer's great, this building's great, but I'm gonna die someday, and this stuff isn't gonna be here. It's like gonna just either burn up when Jesus comes back, or someone's gonna sell it and take the money, or my stuff in my home, no one's gonna really want it. They're gonna sell it off. No one's like, oh my god, it's the best thing ever, right? Like they don't care. And so my legacy that I want to leave is taking care of people, changing people, right? Helping people, and it's not acquiring more stuff. And so I hope maybe that ministers you, maybe it doesn't, but I hope you think about it. Um number nine is put your ass where your heart wants to be. So it says this next one is a brilliant piece of advice from Stephen Pressfield, who I love Stephen Pressfield's books. Um, put your ass where your heart wants to be. So, what does that mean? Well, it means to take action, even when you don't feel ready, even when the path isn't clear. If you want to write, sit down and start typing. If you want to create, show up and start creating. When you physically show up to do the work, your mind and heart will follow. You don't have to have everything figured out right now. Just show up and start. Number 10, always change your never. So what does that mean? Well, it says we all have things that we need to change, and there's things that we could never do, or you know, could never go without. Maybe it's saying you could never go without coffee, or maybe you're saying I could never quit my full-time job to start a business. Here's the thing sometimes what you think you could never do, it's when you gain clarity. Challenge those nevers in your life. What would happen if you did that thing? What would it do? What would it change in you? Who would it make you? And I think about that stuff. I'm like, I have said stuff. I'm like, I am never doing that again. I am never blah, blah, blah. It's like, man, I have multiple times in my life redone those things, did it again, and I've learned to not say never because you just don't know, right? You don't know where life's gonna take you. And sometimes, yeah, maybe you failed the first time. Okay, well, do it again. Maybe it's gonna go better this time because you've learned something. Oftentimes pushing past these mental barriers, you find clarity and places that you need to just kind of move forward. Um, so these were 10 strategies. I hope that you can try them, give them a go. You know, put them into practice in your business, in your life. When you create space and identify what matters, eliminate those distractions, take action. You can begin to focus on what really matters, what really drives your business and your life forward. I challenge you to pick up just one of these strategies. Start with it today. What could it hurt? I know you got it in you. You can do it. It's like I this lady, when I'm some of the exercises on like a swimmer's press, which my back actually hurts today because I did those because I don't think my form is very good. But there's times she's like, ready to go? And I'm like, no, I'm not ready. But I do it anyway. And then I realize, like, okay, I managed it. I did it. Some of these workouts, I'm like, it's gonna kill me. I can't do it. And then I just start doing it, and then I get through round one, round two, round three, and I'm like, whoa, I'm at round four. This is the last one. I can do it. And then I finish it and I freaking feel great because I'm like, man, I actually did it. And then I'm proud of myself and I feel better. And so I challenge you, man. You guys can do great things. I know you can.
