As a delayed reaction to a breakup from years prior, I wrote this album while suffering panic + anxiety attacks under the summer sun in upstate NY. With college ending and no friends around to find comfort in, I was forced to learn to be better and get over my issues, because I couldn't talk to the girl and I couldn't go back and time to fix anything. This album is an erratic exhale of that time period. Enjoy.
