The Gush Ghoul Club
Welcome to the Gush Ghoul Club!! We're two unhinged horror besties who love watching horror movies together. We're always in search of new ghoul friends to talk horror movies with, hence the Gush Ghoul Club was born! Each month we will dive into a different genre of horror as we explore four different films that will leave you scared stiff, grossed out or wildly amused! The good, the bad, the so bad it's good and the so bad, we're yelling at the tv and trying to recover once it's over. Spoilers are a part of our podcast experience, so if you're not interested in "unmasking the monsters" so to speak, please take caution and be mindful. Also all views and opinions in this podcast are those of our own and have no association with anyone involved in these films. We're just here to sit down with some horror besties and talk about movies! So what are you waiting for? Pull up a seat, grab a snack and let's Gush!

Join your hosts, Ally Mayhem and Sweet Ass Patterson as they step out from beyond the shadows to witness a single widowed mother fight her inner demons while battling grief in it's most raw and cynical form in THE BABADOOK! Spoilers are a part of our podcast experience, so if you're not interested in having anything spoiled before joining us, please be mindful. Also, all views and opinions in this podcast are those of our own and have no association with anyone involved in these movies. We're just here to sit down with our horror besties and have a spooky good time! So what are you waiting for? It's three sharp knocks?? Come on, let's gush!
We would like to mention triggering topics for this weeks episode as we continue grief/trauma month. Horror in general has a lot of disturbing imagery, violence and so on, it comes with the territory but this month being a heavier month, it hits differently. These movies are directly dealing with personal grief and loss which heightens the fear within the movie. This movie incorporates grief, sudden loss, parental loss and fear of motherhood. Proceed accordingly.
Wanna join the club? Continuously gush with your favorite cackling witches? Or maybe you just got something to say or ask! WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU, GUSHIES!! <3
