Unsanctified Mercy: How MERCY CULTURE Misled Members Regarding Dr Michael Brown
In this episode, we examine how Mercy Culture Church responded to the shocking findings in the Firefly Report on Dr. Michael Brown — a report that documented clergy sexual misconduct and a years-long cover-up. Instead of addressing the truth with sobriety and repentance, Mercy Culture appeared to double down, spiritualizing their support for Dr. Brown and framing whistleblowers as enemies of revival.
Did Mercy Culture elders misrepresent the report to protect their narrative?
Did Landon Schott tell members to either submit to his view of Dr. Brown or leave the church?
