Dimensions: The Power of Mentorship Monday, August 11 - 2025
I have a question for you. Do you feel like you're stuck? Do you feel like there's prophecies that haven't come to fruition yet? Speaker 1:You're going to be able to is a wave of coldness. There is a wave watch this of deception that has hit the earth. When we saw the magnitude of that earthquake that came out I believe it was out of Russia, and then there was a tsunami that came and crashed onto Hawaii, and it was small, but it still landed there, right on the West Coast. God said that marked the beginning of this wave that I'm talking about. There's a wave and a current of darkness and blindness and deception that is coming, that if you are not rooted and grounded in Christ Jesus and what does that mean? If you do not keep oil in your lamps, love in your heart and sin and leaven out of your life, you could be swept away by the current that is coming. The Bible says that even the very elect could be swept away in the last times. My goodness, think about that for a moment. How much deception must there be in the earth that the elect could be swept away? But that's not going to be you, my brother or sister. God has got you positioned and what I'm about to share is getting ready to help you. I'm going to show you how you can get rooted and grounded in a deeper dimension right now, as we jump into the word of God.
Speaker 1:Now I want you to go with me, if you would, over to Matthew, chapter 28, verse number 19 and 20. Matthew 28, verse 19 and 20. Verse number 18. Let's actually go back to the 18. I didn't plan on this. Let's go to 18.
Speaker 1:And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying all authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Now, why did he mention that? Real, simple? Look at verse 19. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you, and, lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
Speaker 1:It's amazing how many people want authority but they don't want to follow the command. Authority is only as good in your life as the commands that you are under and that you follow. People that have authority are people that are under authority. Position does not necessarily mean that you have been authorized. You can have a title, you can have a position and still not have been authorized or have authority. Jesus said all authority has been given unto me, so, therefore, go. And so that means, if you want to tap into his authority, follow what he's saying next. And then what does he say? Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations.
Speaker 1:Now, this is very, very important, because disciples do not make themselves. Disciples do not grow themselves. Babies do not grow themselves. They die on their own. They will not make it on their own, and that is why many believers today are not striving, are not becoming all that God's called to be, and they're not thriving in life. It's because they never had discipleship in their life.
Speaker 1:Ladies and gentlemen, let me help you. Discipleship is not a class. Discipleship is not something you do on a Saturday for a few hours. It can be part of it, but that is not like. Well, I was discipled because I took one class. But that is not like well, I was discipled because I took one class. Discipleship is a relationship that you develop with a mentor that sees the greatness of God within you and you respect the greatness of God in them. And that person has been given authority by you to pull out of you the greatness that is within you, to mold you, to shape you, to speak over you, to impart into you, to lay hands upon you, to encourage you, to even chase in you if needed. To be done whatever it is, to shape you, to speak over you, to impart into you, to lay hands upon you, to encourage you, to even chasten you if needed. To be done, whatever it is to help you get to the next level and dimension in God.
Speaker 1:Most believers have not had that we have fallen into what is known as temple ministry. Temple ministry is when we gather together on a Sunday morning. Temple ministry is when we get together on a Wednesday night or we get together for small groups. And even in small groups, we have to be very, very careful that we don't make that just a small temple ministry. Temple ministry is different from cell ministry, and what do I mean by that? By individual, one-on-one discipleship. And we have turned temple ministry. This is where you're going to grow, this is where you're going to develop. Temple ministry, watch. This is where you hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying to you in that current time concerning your growth, development, outlook, prophetic insight. That is what you get in temple ministry.
Speaker 1:Now, what happens when you get discipled and mentored? You take what you feel God is saying and doing and you bring that to somebody that you submit to, that you believe in, and then you allow them to begin to invest into your life. And, ladies and gentlemen, let me say this it does not have to be your pastor, it does not have to be the first lady, it doesn't have to be the co pastor. It can be anybody that is recognized as a strong leader that has the ability to pour into your life. Because what happens is when two are gathered together, jesus said I'll be in the midst. He said one can put a thousand, but two can put what? 10,000 to fly. So if you bring your thousand, I bring my thousand. That's only two. Where does the other eight come from? Jesus is so attracted to discipleship and unity and togetherness that he'll add 8,000. Think about that for a minute. He will add 8,000 to what it is that you're doing. He will. That's over 400% of a difference. 400% difference just by simply coming together. So many people. Are you ready?
Speaker 1:This is why, all week, I'm gonna be talking to you about the power of coaching and mentorship, unless the Holy Ghost says otherwise. I want you to understand this. A lot of people are stagnant in their development. They are not growing. They are not developing. They have prophecies that have not been processed because they've never had somebody growing them, speaking into them, injecting grace into their life. Do you know how important it is to have a grace injection in your life? Maybe that's something I'll talk about later on, but, my goodness, to have a grace injection is huge, because you don't grow without grace.
Speaker 1:I always say it like this that grace is to your spirit man what protein is to your natural man. Hallelujah, you got to realize how important that is. So if you don't have somebody investing into you and pouring into you, you don't have any grace. Grace is the building blocks of your spiritual man. Just like amino acids, protein, are the building blocks for your muscles. Well, grace is the building blocks for your spiritual man or spiritual woman. And if you don't have that in your life, you can be working out, working out, working out, but there's no development.
Speaker 1:And I believe grace comes when people get together. There's something that happens to people they begin to grow, they begin to develop and they begin to become all that God has called them to be. But he said go, therefore, and what he said make disciples of all nations. You can't grow on your own, you can't develop on your own, and I believe that many of you are listening right now. You're listening right now because the spirit of the Lord now hear me the spirit of the Lord desires to grow you and to develop you. The spirit of the Lord desires to change you and to take you from one level of glory to the next. As a matter of fact, there are prophecies I'm going to prophesy over you right now there's somebody listening right now that there are prophecies that are literally overdue. They were meant to be realized and to materialize a while ago, but because you have not been prepared, because you have not been discipled, they have been on delay. But I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying that he's allowed you to hear this because he does not want you to miss the next level, and he sent me to you to share this with you. Whether you're watching by video, listening by podcast, however, it is that you're getting this. God sent me to you because he's tired of you going in cycles. He's tired of you going around the same mountain. He's ready for you to go from one level of glory to the next level of glory, and the way that you're going to get that is to have somebody disciple you, to grow you and to develop you.
Speaker 1:Now listen, here is a major point that I need to mention. Discipleship is not for those that are not elite, discipleship is not just for those that are in trouble. I think that's the mistake we make in the body of Christ. We have made our discipleship ready, crisis discipleship. So that means this I don't call anybody until I'm in a crisis. I don't call for help until my back is up against the wall.
Speaker 1:And what the Lord spoke? He said Jay, many of my people need discipleship crisis in discipleship because they were never developed in the first place. And there are a lot of people that are in crisis. There's some of you right now. You're in the middle of a crisis right now, not because God has left you, not because the devil is bigger and badder and better than you and you ain't got enough, but simply because you have not been mentored and discipled, and so, therefore, there are things that attach themselves to you because you have not had discipleship.
Speaker 1:Discipleship is the process of maturation that causes your spirit man to go from one level of glory to the next level of glory. I want to know if there's anybody listening right now that's ready to go to the next level. Come on, type that in the chat, right where you are, I'm ready for my next level. The problem with temple ministry is this type that in the chat, right where you are, I'm ready for my next level. The problem with temple ministry is this is that people have turned temple ministry into discipleship. Come to church, you'll grow. Come to church, you'll grow.
Speaker 1:I don't believe that. I believe that you can get to a certain level, but there are some places you don't get to until you get your hands dirty in discipleship and you learn how to do that, and that's what the devil wants to do. And what's happened is that we have fallen in love with the crowd, but we have not enjoyed the people, and that is very, very important. Now they're telling me there's some technical difficulties. Did we get that cleared up? Are we good? Give me one second everyone. I want to make sure that we're good here. I'm good on my end. Are you good on your end? Text me back, let me know if we're good or not. Can we continue to go, brad? They're telling me I lost my audio, but I've got clear and everything's clear here. Well, we are going to continue to keep moving and if it doesn't work out, then I'll. I guess y'all will never know, because we'll end up redoing it anyway.
Speaker 1:So so this is the reality, though. The devil doesn't want you to develop. He doesn't want you to grow, and many people are struggling in discipleship because of this reason, are in their life because of discipleship, and God wants you to begin to be a disciple. Now I want you to go with me to Matthew, chapter number 9 and verse number 35. Matthew, chapter number 9, we are going to look at verse number 35 through 38. I want to read this to you because I want you to catch this and I believe this is really going to begin to speak to you. Matthew, chapter nine, verse 35 through 38. Now watch this.
Speaker 1:Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every sickness in their synagogues preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every sickness and every disease amongst the people. Now I'm going to say this again, I want you to catch this. Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel in the kingdom and healing every sickness and every disease amongst the people. But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion for them, because they were wearied and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. Then he said to his disciples the harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Now look at this here in verse 35. It says Jesus went about all the cities and the villages. What did he do? Taught and preached the gospel of the kingdom in their synagogues.
Speaker 1:This is temple ministry healing every sickness and every disease amongst the people. Now look, I want you to catch this here. This is very, very important. A lot of people this is what we focus on. We think this is success in ministry, but it's not. The Jesus healed them. He set them free, he taught them and preached to them, but they still did not have a shepherd. They did not have somebody growing them and developing them. He said that he was moved with compassion because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. So think about that for a minute. He already had. He already taught them, he healed them, he healed their diseases, which is what temple ministry does.
Speaker 1:People get healing, they get delivered, they get breakthroughs. All these types of things happen, but we want to shift you from crisis living. Come on to Christ living. That's what we want to do. We want you to be able to live in the power of the Holy Ghost in every day in your life. I told my church. I said I want you to go from being in a healing line to becoming a healing line. I want you to go from needing a house to buying someone a house. Come on somebody to not just having your debts canceled but then having the ability and the power to cancel somebody else's debts.
Speaker 1:This is the reality, ladies and gentlemen. This is what teaching and preaching and discipleship does, and I told people this. I said if you will get under the discipleship and mentorship, within one year you will not recognize yourself. You will see yourself completely different. Do not solely depend upon Sunday and Wednesdays. Find somebody that meets with you, that invests into you, that iron can sharpen iron, that they can pour into your life, that they can develop you, that they can correct you if needed. They can cause you to go from one level of glory to the next level of glory.
Speaker 1:Wherever you are, god will meet you. When you link up, one puts a thousand, but two puts 10,000 to flight. He said if any two of you are gathered in my name there, I will be in the midst, which means if you are alone, there are certain things you don't get in the midst, which means if you are alone, there are certain things you don't get. That's the reason why I am not a fan. Unless absolutely necessary, do not live for the live stream alone. It is one of the most detrimental things that has happened to the body of Christ. People are staying home like never before. Why? Because Jesus is so concerned about the one that he left the 99 and went after the one.
Speaker 1:Somebody might be listening to me right now and that's watching that you are one of the ones that is isolated and apart, no longer attending service, no longer serving, no longer doing the things that God has called you to do, and you are robbing yourself of blessing. And let me tell you why. Because if you are not doing your part in the body, there are some blessings you will not get because your giftings, your abilities, are being robbed from the body. Now, whoever said that going to church was just about you? Whoever said that going to the church was just about you getting your stuff? What if it's about you being able to help somebody else? I got to be home, I got to get my word. Well, wait a minute. When do we go from a point where we need a word to giving a word, where we need a word to become the word? There needs to be that maturation that begins to happen.
Speaker 1:And so what happens to a lot of people? They feel I don't need to go, I don't have to go to the. I don't need to go to church in order to know the Lord, but let me tell you this there are things you are defrauding God of and his people because you are not there. Because the Bible says when you start studying on the gifts of the spirit in first Corinthians, chapter 12, you will see that every joint is to supply, and so when you're not doing your part, there are certain gifts in the body that go without your gift and, as a result, there are things you will not get, because what you have failed watch this what you have failed to make happen for others, has robbed you of the ability for God to make happen for you. I'm going to say that one more time what you have failed to do for others now has blocked your ability for God to do for you. When I am a blessing to the body, god will in turn begin to bless me. If I don't bless the body, god has no obligation to bless me. But when I because it's very, very simple Genesis, chapter 8, verse number 22, as long as the earth remains, seed time and harvest Hallelujah, what you make happen for others, god will in turn make happen for you. What you fail to make happen for others. It may be blocking God doing for you, and I believe that many people don't get this.
Speaker 1:I don't need to be in church to know the Lord. Well, yeah, but you need to be in church to share your gift with somebody else. You need to be in church in order to bless somebody else. You need to be in church in order to get poured into. There are some breakthroughs. Now watch it. There are some breakthroughs that will not happen until you commit to the body. There are some things you will battle with that. You will struggle with that. The devil will eat you up and down if you do not get connected to the body. But when you are connected to the body, there are breakthroughs that will begin to happen in and through your life. Look at this here.
Speaker 1:But he was moved with compassion because they were weary. There are some of you right now that you're weary and scattered, which means they were not a part of the flock. They were everywhere. They were not together with the flock, like sheep having no shepherd. They were weary.
Speaker 1:If you are weary right now, I want to encourage you. A lot of it's because listen, god refuses. I'm going to change my own statement. God refuses to make a life for you that makes himself unnecessary. Now watch this and God will also refuse to give you a life that makes his body unnecessary. God is in love with his bride. Jesus is in love with his bride and the reality is you need to be a part of the bride. Jesus is in love with his bride and the reality is you need to be a part of the bride. And if you aren't helping the bride, there are certain things that will not happen. And there are nutrients Watch this. There are vitamins, if you will. There is energy you do not receive. There are some things you don't get until you get connected to the body, until you serve in the body, until you are pouring into the body, until you are tithing and giving into the body, until you are investing into the body, and until then, if that doesn't happen, the body is under no obligation to invest into you. But when every joint supplies what it needs, I have never seen anybody that has poured into the body of Christ, that has been poured into, that has not grown and developed.
Speaker 1:I tell everybody this, I'm going to say it to you all week long, if you will walk with myself, our ministry, even if you're out of state, out of town, out of country. If you will walk with somebody in our ministry to grow you and develop you, within a year you will not recognize yourself. If you will make one year commitment to have somebody pour into you not even a whole lot it could be one hour a week and you commit to the teachings and the trainings, your development will skyrocket. You will become a stronger giant than you've ever been before. You will be more rooted and grounded than you ever have been before. You will grow, you will be stronger, you will leap. You will grow in leaps and bounds like you never have before.
Speaker 1:And some of you that are weary it's because you are disconnected from the body and there's nothing flowing into you. You're not going to get it by watching Christian television. You're not going to get it by just calling in on a prayer line. You're not going to get it just by tithing to somebody. You need somebody to invest into you individually, to grow you and to develop you.
Speaker 1:That's why, even in the natural, with the physical body, you go and you get a personal trainer, not just a trainer that and they and they don't do it in groups, they take you by yourself. Come on, and they'll take you from one place to the next. They'll ask you, they'll look at your body, they'll check your. What is it? Your BMI? I think it is your body mass index, I think it is to see how much fat index that you have. And then they'll check your waist and they'll say, okay, here's the workout regimen for you. Then commit to this, this, how many days? And then they check your diet and all of a sudden you begin to see your body get lean and mean and you become a fighting machine because you've been developed and you had a personal trainer. Come on, not a group trainer, not multitudes. That's another thing too. Look here in Matthew 9, verse number 35.
Speaker 1:Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every sickness and every disease amongst people verse 36. But when he saw the multitudes, the crowds, he said listen, people get healed and delivered and set free. All in the crowd. That's fine, but making disciples happens personally. It is a personal development that we all must engage into, and I believe there are people listening and watching right now that you are stuck. You are stuck right now and you can't get unstuck. And I am sending this message to you because if you are not careful, you will not have oil in your laps, you will not have love in your hearts. And what can happen and I'll talk about this later on you can misinterpret, watch this things in your life because you don't understand nor have the wisdom to deal with the storms and the trials and tribulations that come and you'll make bad decisions and bad choices because you don't have somebody to give you wisdom beyond your current experience. Yeah, but I prayed. But Jesus said go and make disciples. He said go and make disciples. Now look at this here and I'm almost done. I want you to go with me real quickly over to John, chapter 21. John, chapter 21. This is the only place in scripture, starting in verse number 15, the only place in scripture where I see Jesus ask somebody. To my knowledge, unless I've made an error, but I don't believe I have ask somebody three times the same question. John, chapter 21, verse number 15.
Speaker 1:So, when they had eaten breakfast, jesus said Simon Peter, simon, son of Jonah, do you love me more than these? He said to him yes, lord, you know that I love you. He said feed my lambs Verse 16. He looked at him again, said to him again the second time Simon, son of Jonah, do you love me? He said to him yes, lord, you know that I love you. He said tend to my sheep. In verse 17, he says a third time Simon, son of Jonah, do you love me? Peter was grieved because he said to him the third time do you love me? He said to him Lord, you know all things, you know that I love you. And Jesus said to him feed my sheep. In his closing remarks to Peter, he said please feed my people, minister to my people, pour into my people, feed my people, grow my sheep, grow my lambs. That's why you said it three times, said this is the most important thing to me.
Speaker 1:You want to know why I think churches are so stagnant nowadays and why we are so impotent, even though we have bigger, more beautiful sanctuaries and more people that we have. We have more Christian television and music than we've ever had before. It's simple Christian television and music than we've ever had before. It's simple we have fallen in love with the multitudes and we have loved the crowds, but we have despised the people, the individuals, the one-on-ones, and I am convinced with everything that's within me that there are many of you listening and watching right now that you're wondering why you're not going to the next level, why things are not changing, why things are not developing, wondering why you're not going to the next level, why things are not changing, why things are not developing, why you're not growing, why things are not breaking through, because you have never been discipled.
Speaker 1:Jesus asked Peter three times please feed them. Please feed them. Because he understood if you don't feed them, if you love me, if you love me, why did he say, if you love me? He said if you really want to show me, ladies and gentlemen, where you can give to your spouse what you would like. For example, if I was to do something for my wife, I could take her and, man, I could take her out and buy her a bunch of things and do a bunch of things, and not that that wouldn't mean anything to her and she would love that. But nothing replaces me spending time with her. She loves when I initiate time with her. See, I'm a gifts guy. You don't have to spend time with me per se. If you want to spend time with me, bring me a gift. I'm a gifts person. That's my love language. And why am I saying this to you? Because you can do for God a lot of things that ain't important to him and he could say that really isn't that important to me.
Speaker 1:Jesus said three times feed my sheep, feed my sheep, feed my lambs. He asked why. He said, peter, if you really love me. What he was doing he was saying Peter, please don't forget this, please, please, everything that's within you, please don't forget this moment. My people are so important.
Speaker 1:I remember seeing them. They were like sheep, moved around and scattered without a shepherd, and I don't want my people I didn't die for my people. I didn't give up my life for my people to become impotent. I didn't give up my life and die on the cross for my people to be anorexic spiritually and to be emaciated spiritually, and I have no power in their walk. Will you please feed them, because they won't grow on their own and I won't be here to do it. Would you please feed them? Jesus is expressing to Peter how important his people are, how important it is that they be fed.
Speaker 1:God has put a mandate on my life to don't worry about the crowds, but to grow. The people develop, the people invest into the one. You notice, jesus' greatest miracles were always about the one. His greatest miracles when he was dealing with the one. The greatest ones are when he was moved with compassion. What makes his heart touched is his sheep.
Speaker 1:And, ladies and gentlemen, that's the reason why I'm taking the time to say if you really want to grow, jesus wants to grow you, he wants to develop you. You don't have to be emaciated, you don't have to be weak, you don't have to be tired, you don't have to be struggling. God wants to help you get there. But you will not get to your next level without discipleship. You will not get there without mentorship. You will not get there without somebody investing into you and if you're willing to allow the Holy Spirit to grow you and to develop you. The sky is the limit. Now listen, I have a whole lot more to share with you, but time seems to have failed me again. I hope that you have been blessed today and I wanna pray for you before I go, and I believe even throughout this whole week.
Speaker 1:The call to action is going to be do you got discipleship? Do you got mentorship? Do you got coaching? Do you have somebody in your life who are you meeting with on a consistent basis to pour into your life, to deposit grace into you, to speak into you, to give yourself an opportunity for God to flow through a vessel into you, to feed you and to develop you, that you can become what you could never be on your own. Because, let me tell you something you will never get there on your own. It will not happen.
Speaker 1:Look at any of God's choices servants. They all had mentorship, they all had coaching, they all had discipleship. It doesn't matter who you are. Each and every one of us have somebody that needs to be poured, that needs to pour into us, and as time goes on, I'm going to talk to you how you need to pour into somebody else as well. So let me pray for you, father, in the name of Jesus.
Speaker 1:I thank you for every person that is listening today. I thank you, father, god, for their heart and Lord, I pray that Lord, if these words are for them, which simply means, if they do not have somebody that they would recognize that and they would have somebody that they would submit their lives unto. And, father God, it may not be their senior pastor, their lead pastor, it may not be one of their other pastors. But, lord, as long as there's a leader that has been pointed out, that has been authorized to disciple them, may they go in open, and I sense this with my spirit right now. It may not be the person you choose, it may not be the person that you want, but something will be hidden within them, and God always hides his greatest valuable assets inside of places that you don't want to go.
Speaker 1:Do not look on the outward, but look on the heart, and God says if I have validated them, I will send them to you, and as you are walking with them and under them, I will use that process to grow you and to develop you into all that I've called you to be. So do not look for the top person, do not look for the bottom person, do not look for the middle person, but look for the person that I have sent saith the Lord, bottom person, do not look for the middle person, but look for the person that I have sent saith the Lord, and I will pour into you and you will be full and you will be satisfied, and you will see that man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God and I will remove the personality cult that has been placed into your mind and heart, saying that only this person can help me and only that person can help me. For God says it is me that put every gift into every person. And I have known you from your mother's womb and I knew you had approved you and ordained you to be a prophet to the nations. And yes, as you stand up in the place that I've called you to be and as you walk with the people that I send into your life, you will see development, growth, and you will never be the same. And so, father God, I thank you today for blessing your people, anointing your people, filling your people, even right now, from the top of their head to the sole of their feet. And, father, we thank you, giving you the praise, the honor and the glory. In Jesus' name, we pray Amen, amen, amen, hallelujah. I hope that you've been blessed and listen. I'll be back here tomorrow with more dimensions getting ready to pour into you.

We will do what we can to feed you and to pour into you.
Speaker 1:Matter of fact, I'm getting ready to start very soon an online ministry for those that can't seem to find the church. They want that, want to get connected, that they want to have that, but they're away and they don't have a church that they can attend and they want to get connected and be a part. We are going to do some way that you can have fellowship. There may be people in their homes. We encourage people to find a church and to get home, to find a home, but if you can't find one, we're going to do that for them.
Speaker 1:We're going to start our online membership to be able to invest into you and to pour into you near and far. We're going to invest into you and grow you and call you to be all that God has called you to be. So don't forget as well.
