Speaker 1:

Welcome back to Lacey's lineup. It's your girl, lacey, and I am ready to dive in to everything. Week 13 through it, us and man did they throw us a lot. But I'm excited. I don't know if it's just December and kind of new ideas are forming on how I can improve the podcast, but I decided to go today and have people actually ask me questions that they want me to answer or want me to talk about. So today's episode is gonna be different. Again, I'm really excited about it because I'm excited just to see what questions you guys want me to talk about and kind of some topics so that I can help improve my podcast. So today's gonna be all about you, your listeners, what you guys want to know about my opinions on certain things. So I'm excited to dive right in. So let's get going and answer your burning questions in week 13 kickoff right now.

Speaker 1:

Alright, so what I did this week is I kind of pulled and I was asked a lot of people what questions they want to hear. So I got some really good questions that I can't wait to answer or at least share my opinion on my thoughts on the questions that you guys are asking. And I'm excited because the first questions and I got a lot of Dallas Cowboy questions and you guys already know that's my favorite topic to talk about and right now they are a hot topic. Let's start with the Cowboys winning on Thursday night in a thriller of a game beating the Seattle Seahawks, which I think are an underestimated team, and they gave us all they had. They wanted this win more than anything and Cowboys were able to hold their own at home and deliver a 41-35 thriller victory, coming down literally to the final moments. The questions that you guys want me to start with is is Dak showing he deserves to be MVP? The answer is yes, right now.

Speaker 1:

Right now, in these last four weeks, dak is showing that. I don't know if he's saying, show me the money because he wants, you know, his contract coming next year. Is he finally realizing his potential and regaining that confidence, coming off of his injury to where he's mobile again? But the guy is playing at a very high level. He is taking this team because, as we were talking, literally through the first 10 weeks of the NFL, it's been all about the defense defense, creating turnovers, defense, scoring more touchdowns in the offense, defense giving a short fields, our struggles in the red zone, you know, kicking more field goals. Well, this has turned, and it solely is because of the way that Dak is playing. He is scrambling, he's extending the drives, he's distributing the ball, great, like we now are involving Gallup, we're involving cooks, which you know. That's why we brought him in to be, you know, a give, I guess, cd some relief and find him and show that he is a top receiver as well, and the fact that he's finding CD I mean CD is our, you know, wide receiver one, and now he is playing with it and people are really starting to talk about CD lamb and give credit to him. He deserves to be talked about.

Speaker 1:

I mean, the guy is unbelievable. Not only is his catching abilities but his run. You know his run after the catch, his yards after the catch, but Dak is starting with it. I mean the ball touches his hand first and he is throwing very accurate. He's confident, like you can see, that he's, I wouldn't say, forcing the ball, but he's more confident in throwing those high level throws.

Speaker 1:

I mean, though, just the plays with Ferguson. I mean Ferguson has come out of the woodwork. I think he has potential to be our next Jason Witten, but he's finding him the play that they're loving to run right now is just that straight up the gut, over the show shoulder pass and they've converted and scored touchdowns off of this play by itself. And that's all about Dax placement, his timing and putting the ball where it needs to be. We've gotten so much better in the red zone. I mean, dak has thrown over 300 yards, some 400 yards with three, four, five touchdowns. His stats are unbelievable right now, like no one can touch his stats in the league. So if he can maintain this, not only is he gonna get his team where they want to be at the end of the year, but absolutely, with his last four weeks of performance, you cannot not consider Dak Prescott as the league MVP in this moment.

Speaker 1:

The question to me, back to you, is can he continue what he's doing or is he gonna plateau? This is December. We're coming closer to the playoffs season. I know he has that big, you know elephant in the room on. If he can get far into the playoffs, at least get into, you know, the championship game, if not the Super Bowl. But this is the year to do it and Dak right now, if he plays at this level, he can get his team where they want to be. Yes, to answer your question, he absolutely is deserving of the MVP at this moment.

Speaker 1:

All right, the next question you guys have still on the Cowboys. I had to narrow it down because you guys actually sent me a lot of cowboy questions and I love that, because you know I love talking about the Cowboys. But the next question I wanted to address is are the Cowboys the team to beat right now in the NFC? I do think they are the hottest team in the NFC right now. I you can argue that they haven't played. You know Seattle was the first test and they're about to enter into their hardest stretch of the season. So can they withstand those games coming up when they're facing? You know, the Eagles this weekend, the Bills, the Dauphins like this is hit their big, big test, which I kind of like, because if you can play these at the end and pull out a win, think about the confidence going into the playoffs after beating these teams that you're probably going to have to face. I mean, especially on the AMC side. One of those teams are gonna make it to the Super Bowl, so it'll be interesting. Are they the team? Are they the team to beat right now in the NFC? I don't think so. I still think it's the 49ers. The 49ers came in and not only embarrassed us in week five at their home, but they just went into the Eagles home and embarrassed them the exact same way. I still think the best team in the NFC right now is the 49ers, but the hottest team is Dallas. If Dallas can play this way, I welcome the matchup with San Francisco in the postseason, but the Cowboys are hot.

Speaker 1:

I mean, defense is struggling a little bit right now. I don't know what is happening. I know Duran Bland got a lot of publicity last week and, or, you know, in the week before and with all of his pick sixes, and he struggled even though he got his you know another interception in the Seattle game. He was getting burned left and right. I'm not really sure why they put him on the matchup with DK Metcalf. He's a better second receiver and he's good at reading, but you can't, with a DK Metcalf, jump the ball. I mean you better be getting it if you're gonna do it because, as we all saw, if you watch that game, he jumped it, he missed, and what a DK Metcalf do? He ran it for 73 yards, I believe for a touchdown. So there is some holes in the defense and we gotta see if we can clean that up.

Speaker 1:

Run game is starting to come back a little bit. I still don't think it's to a playoff type run game. They still gotta find ways to utilize Pollard better and get him involved more. But I will say in the Seattle game they showed composure and they just waited and didn't abandon the run game, which is something the Cowboys did in the past when they felt the pressure and there was some panic and they went away from the run game and tried to win it in the air. And they didn't do that. They stay composed. They let the run game still be effective and then they were able to beat you at the end in the air. So that shows a lot of maturity.

Speaker 1:

I'm glad that we are showing that, even with our run game not being as dominant as it has been in the past. But again, just to reiterate Cowboys, the team to beat right now in the NFC. Again, they're the hottest. But I still think the NFC team to beat right now is the 49ers because they're proven to have beaten all the teams in the NFC right. So Cowboys are hot. I still think they're respected. But the team to beat right now is still the 49ers and the last Dallas Cowboy question that you guys have asked me is will Dallas beat Eagles at home this Sunday night? I'm feeling really good about this. Not only are we really good at home this season, I mean we've beaten teams by over 20. We're undefeated at home. It's just been a really good showing at home. Kudos to the fans. I feel like we're bringing in a lot of energy and a lot of just fun atmosphere and putting a lot of noise and affecting the other teams.

Speaker 1:

But think about when we went to Philly. That game I mean those are one of those games you wish you could get back. It was a game of inches. We had the game, we were in control of the game and we just made those little bitty errors at the end, like stepping out of bounds, little things like that that cost us the game. So we were in that game the entire time in Philly in a hostile environment. So I think coming home and them coming to us coming off of a bad beat which I guess could go either way it either really humbled them and they're coming for blood now because they want that number one seed and they want everything to run through Philly. And this is a big defining moment because I think if Philly can pick up this win this weekend with their schedule because this is kind of the end of their gauntlet schedule it will go through Philly, which will be a lot tougher to do. So this is a big game for both.

Speaker 1:

But I feel like Dallas is hot. Philly has been very lucky and I've stressed that a lot. I feel like a lot of their wins have been closed. They haven't had any blowout games. Their defense still has a lot of question marks. I know they just signed Shaq Leonard, but his back injury, what he brings, I don't know. I don't even think it'll be that effective there's. I don't think he's gonna be very effective for this game particularly, but we'll see if that brings in help for them. But defense is struggling.

Speaker 1:

You know you have Hertz who was hurt with his knee. He hasn't been as mobile. He started to be mobile again and then in the 49ers game last week he had the concussion or they thought he did. He had to go through their seizures. So we don't really know what his status is and how he is performing. So I don't think you have a healthy Jalen Hertz. So, cowboys, this is your chance. This is a must win. You're at home, you're playing really good football. This is the game that you guys have to take and it's gonna kind of set the tone for the rest of the season. Grabbing this, you're gonna add more momentum, you're gonna have more confidence. You're going into the toughest part of your season. I do think Dallas wins and I think they actually win by 10 on Sunday night football. All right.

Speaker 1:

Moving on, another game that I got a lot of questions pouring in from was the Broncos versus the Texans. Now, if you would have told me, let's say we go back in time and I knew I was gonna have a questions episode and a lot of questions were gonna be asked about the Broncos Texans game in week 13. I would have laughed at you guys. There was no chance that the Broncos and Texans would have been a big game and it would have been kind of who is separating themselves to make. I didn't think either one of these teams would make the AFC playoffs and now they both have potential to be there and it was an exciting game. Texans end up winning 22-17, which gives them the nudge up on making a playoff run. But the first question that you guys asked me are which team will make the playoffs out of the Broncos or Texans? They're both playing a lot better. Russell Wilson, you know Sean Payton, their connection is better. They're getting more people involved. Up in Denver they were hot up until this game. So we'll see if they can bounce back from this, because before that they had won their last five. I Still think that the Texans are my favorite team to make the playoffs. You can't deny it.

Speaker 1:

Cj Stroud is playing Really really good football. He's doesn't look like a rookie. He's very matured, he seems composed. He still makes rookie mistakes, don't get me wrong. There is sometimes where he forces some stuff and he's trying to be more of like a showman and Win the game because that he, you know he wants that win so bad. So he's not really taking the time to go through all his checks, his progressions and he's forcing some stuff. But he's got athletes that can go out there and do that for him. But right now, how can you not say it's the Texans? You wouldn't say that at the beginning of the year, but right now you have to say it. They are showing that they are the team to beat in the AFC and, like I said, with the Cowboys and the NFC, they're the hot team right now. They lost, you know, a really close game with the Jackson Jaguars before and that was a heartbreaker, I'm sure, for them. But they bounced back and this was another big test for them against a hot Broncos team and they respond it and they got the job done and they won. So, yes, I do think right now the Texans Will make the playoffs possibly both, but for sure I think we'll see the Texans at least go to the first round of the playoffs.

Speaker 1:

Next, you guys asked are you impressed with CJ and do you think a rookie can make it to the Super Bowl? I feel like I just kind of answered that yes, I'm impressed with CJ. He's so fun to watch you can't not watch him. He's brought in a lot of attention because of what he's doing in his rookie year. So I am very impressed with him, very. I mean he's showing he should have been number one. You look at his season compared to Bryce Young season. It's completely different seasons. I'm not knocking Bryce Young, but I think you know they thought he was gonna be a lot better than he was and they just didn't have the people around him. But we could have said the same for CJ Straub. But he came in, he's got people involved and he Is really showing that he could be a franchise quarterback for the Texans moving forward. So, yes, I'm impressed.

Speaker 1:

Do I think he's gonna make it to the Super Bowl? No, the odds of him making it to the Super Bowl are just Very slim for me. Yes, they're Cinderella teams. Could they be that Cinderella team? I guess anybody. It's any getting any given Sunday right that anyone could get beat. So I don't think it's gonna be that lopsided. But the experience you know the experience, you know the people on that team, even though they're very impressive, I just don't think they have everything to make it to the Super Bowl. But I wouldn't be surprised if they did make it to the divisional round. I do see them upsetting somebody in the first round and I do see them making the playoffs, which in that in itself, I think is a huge goal met for the Texans, who didn't think that they would be anywhere near that this season. I think they were looking for that to come in the next couple of seasons. So I Do think we'll have a rookie in the playoff. I just definitely don't think it's gonna be in the Super Bowl this year.

Speaker 1:

The last question with this game and it tends to be all for the Texans, but here I am answering y'all's questions it says what do I think of the loss of tank Dell? Is that the end of the run for the Texans? Tank Dell is a huge loss, like I feel so bad for these type of players who have come in, made a name for themselves, having a stellar season, you know, kind of coming out of the woodwork and showing, like, how impressive they are, and that is tank Dell. Tank Dell was on the rise. He was becoming CJ Stroud's favorite ride receiver and he was singling, handling, winning games. He reminds me of like a Jamar chase for the bingles, a step on dick. You know, like those type of players, like he was slowly becoming that for the Texans. Yes, it's always gonna affect when you lose a talented receiver, especially one that was so impactful in all these games. But does anyone recall a guy named Nico Collins? I Think Texans are just fine. Nico Collins, he is unbelievable. I think he was kind of getting a little under, you know, under shadowed behind a tank Dell who came out. But now this is Nico Collins team and he can step up to the assignment. I don't think CJ Stroud is gonna have any issues. He loves Nico too and Nico is gonna show up for him. So the loss of tank Dell is bad, but you still got Nico. You still got other players, but Nico is gonna step into that role and I think it's. The Texans are gonna be just fine.

Speaker 1:

Next question goes back to the NFC and this is regarding the Detroit Lions. Your question is Lions. Did the Lions hit a wall and starting a decline? I Can see why you guys are asking that question, because it was. They were the hot team. They were. You know golf was playing at a very high level. You have La Porta. You know so many st Brown gives. I mean, they have a lot of weapons on that team, so it was becoming a very dominant team and guys, they still are.

Speaker 1:

I know last week they started out against, you know, a not very good New Orleans team and they jumped up early. But they let this New Orleans team come back and they only ended up winning. What was it? It was 33, 28, which anyone that watched that game, you would be shocked, because a lot of people probably turned it. If you're not a fan of those, you realize. Oh, this isn't a game. You know, the Detroit Lions Just ran away with this and then they started the comeback.

Speaker 1:

So there is some flaws happening with the Detroit Lions. But to think that they're starting a decline, I don't know. If you guys look, they're still nine and three. That's an amazing record. They're still very much in the running for the NFC. They're still performing at a high level. Yes, they've had some bumps in the roads, but who doesn't in the NFL? I don't know. They did start off hot. They're starting, but they're still winning right now. They're just closing the gap a little bit more. They did lose really bad, you know, on Thanksgiving day, which was a little worrisome for any Detroit fans, but I don't think they're starting a decline right now. I think that they're still nine and three. I think they're still healthy. I think they have a lot of weapons.

Speaker 1:

I, in fantasy football there's a guy that has every player on the Lions and he's currently in first place because of the people, the numbers, I mean. What team puts up numbers with four different players on that team? They're well-rounded. They have, you know, they can run with Gibbs. They have St Brown on one side. They have La Porta on the other side. They're as long as they stay healthy, no, they're not declining. They're gonna be there. And it's not the Detroit Lions that we remember in the past. They are a contender. It's not anyone you can take lightly. And no, they're not declining. I think they're still on the rise.

Speaker 1:

Golf is gonna be the biggest question. We saw, you know, golf in his prime. We saw golf in his decline. He's tried to come back, but he's kind of showing us both right now. Is he the golf from his prime or is he, you know, the golf from his decline? So he's gotta keep playing at a high level and I think the guys around him are gonna keep him elevated. So, no, I do not think they hit a wall. They're still very much alive. They might not be peaking as fast as they were in the beginning, but they're still peaking, just like the Eagles right, they're still finding ways to win. No, lions are just fine. Lions are somebody that you don't wanna face come playoff season, as long as they stay healthy, because they have so many weapons on that field.

Speaker 1:

Moving on and this question, I just say the Dolphins Commander's Game. It wasn't much and this was just a Dolphins question. But you guys asked who would I pick to win the AFC right now, the Dolphins or the Bills? This one's hard. You guys might think I'm crazy because I'm sure a lot of people didn't even hesitate and say the Dolphins. But to me the Dolphins are very inconsistent.

Speaker 1:

Their offense I mean Tyree Kill is the reason. That's probably bad of me to say, because two was doing a good job. There's a lot of good players on the Dolphins team but Tyree Kill obviously is just the one standout. I mean, what he's doing, how fast. I think he had three touchdowns last weekend. I know it was against the Commander's team, but the guy is explosive and he creates a lot of explosive plays. That really energizes the Dolphins team and they kind of rally around him and match his energy, at times Even him doing his. I think it was a roller coaster in the end zone after a touchdown, like the whole team ran and did it and they had it all worked out. It's like they practice these things at home. So I just think he brings a lot to that team and which is keeping them at like this high level, especially on the offensive side. Defense to me is a very big struggle. Jaylen Ramsey coming back does help and I know he creates a little bit of confusion on the defense, but defensively I just don't think they are a playoff caliber team defensively.

Speaker 1:

But Bills Bills are such a question mark Like if you are a Bills fan, I feel like your frustration is almost like a Cowboy fan, as far as you never know what team you're gonna get. Josh Allen, he's like I say it all the time right Like he is his own worst enemy and when he tries to overdo too much he leads the leagues and turnovers, but when he is on he plays so well. The Eagles game let's go back to that Like the Bills should have won that game. I'm mad that they didn't win that game, but Josh Allen played a really, really, really good game and he took that game over and it's unfortunate the way that it ended. But Bills, on paper, have everything. Their record does not reflect on who that team is. It's always been their problem on why they choke in the postseason, but they're choking early right now and I wonder if that's gonna kind of catapult them into a big playoff run. I know that's his goal.

Speaker 1:

Josh Allen wants to be in the Super Bowl more than anything, and I really think he has the team to get him there. It's just what is keeping them from doing it? Is it Josh Allen? Is it his turnovers? Is it frustrations? They keep firing. You know their offensive coordinator, stefan Diggs, is wanting out. Then he's okay, you know he's not getting his targets.

Speaker 1:

It just doesn't seem like a good cohesion of like brotherhood on that team. No one's really playing for each other. It's kind of like you have really good athletes and they're all playing for themselves. You've seen that in any sport when you have outstanding players but they don't wanna play as a team. Well, teams win championship, not individuals, and that's what's happening with the Bills right now.

Speaker 1:

So who would I pick to win the AFC right now? I guess, if you had to make me pick right now, I would have to say the Dolphins, just because the Bills have not shown me that they can play as a team. So Dolphins, because of their explosiveness, because of their energy, they have what it takes in that momentum to get them through the AFC. Bills, though, I think, are gonna be that sleeper. I cannot count them out. I feel like they are gonna come in strong in the end. They have to. Josh Allen wants it more than ever and he's gonna find a way to win.

Speaker 1:

All right, I got a couple more questions I wanna answer before we end the episode, and the next one comes from the most anticipated game of the week, which was the 49ers and the Eagles. This was a rematch of a bad taste really, from the 49ers last year to go to the Super Bowl. But your question is do you think the Niners would have went to the Super Bowl last year if it wasn't for the injuries? Absolutely you. They went through. They didn't even have a quarterback in that game. They were already on their four string because this was, you know, the Brock party, because everybody had went down and then to lose Brock party in that game and I believe they lost Debo as well, or he was injured. There was way too much happening. They were very depleted and that was not a reflection of what that game should have been.

Speaker 1:

The better team I mean again the Eagles luck getting a team that was Super Bowl bound have these unforeseen injuries and cost them their trip to the Super Bowl. So they were coming for blood for this game. They were showing that hey, with us if we are healthy. This is not even a game, and we should have been at the Super Bowl last year. Yes, I do think that they would have went to the Super Bowl. They were healthy. This time. They went up against this team and they smoked them.

Speaker 1:

Eagles fans giving the Cowboys so much trash talk about how we lost to the 49ers and we did. We deserve that. We got our butts handed to us, but we were also in San Francisco. You guys were playing at home, sitting at the top of the leaderboard and showing that oh, you know, we can beat anybody out there, winning these flute games leading up to it and the 49ers came in and embarrassed you. I mean, they embarrassed you. This was never. I mean you could say it was a game, but it wasn't. Like I know, the score was tied 13 to 6 at half time, or not tied, but 13 to 6 at half time but it wasn't a game. I mean they had control of this the whole time. Brock Purdy is playing. He's got all his weapons back and, yes, I completely believe that the 49ers would have been in the Super Bowl if it hadn't been for those fluke accidents.

Speaker 1:

Next is the Chiefs Packers game on Sunday night. Whoa, was anyone expecting that in Lambeau Field highly anticipated yet again. But you had Mahomes against love and I think everybody put their money on Mahomes and it didn't happen. Packers win that game twenty seven nineteen.

Speaker 1:

Your question to me is is Mahomes frustration growing because he has no wide receivers that can catch a ball? It has to be right. The one thing we say about Patrick Mahomes he cannot throw and catch. And he is throwing and he's trying to make plays, because that's who Patrick Mahomes is and he has nobody that is stepping up to the plate. I think the refs really missed a big call once again and you know my frustrations with the refs and that non pass interference call where the guy was literally piggybacking him before the ball even got to him. But yes, he has to be frustrated. He is throwing balls to his wide receivers in their numbers and they are just flat out dropping it.

Speaker 1:

You guys also added do I think the Chiefs will make the playoffs? I do think they will make the playoffs because you have Patrick Mahomes. Travis Kelsey isn't playing the way he was before. I think he's in love now, right, and I he's already questioning his injuries and kind of questioning his future with the NFL. So it's the first time we've heard him talk about that. So he's not the player that he once was, and he's still a big target for Mahomes, and I think that's why they are able to win the games that have been close, but I think they'll make it to the playoffs because you have Patrick Mahomes, so he's going to find a way to play in the postseason. I do think, though, we will not see a repeat of a Super Bowl. Very impressive last year that they made it, but this year it's just not clicking. They don't have anyone that can be an explosive player for them. They had some injuries and I think they could be out first round, all right.

Speaker 1:

Last two questions come from the Monday night football game Bingles versus the Jaguars. We were all excited about this from the beginning of the season because it was gonna be Lawrence and Burrow matchup on Monday night, and that just wasn't the case. We all know that Burrow suffered a season-ending hand injury and was not in this game, nor will he be with the team for the remaining season, but Bingles found a way to win and they won 34-31. Your question to me on what do I? What are my thoughts on Jake Browning as the quarterback for the Bingles? I like him. I mean he shows a lot of heart, he's mobile, he seems like he's composed. There's some panics there, which is expected from a backup quarterback, but I think the team is rallying around him. I think they're starting to see, hey, we can still make a run. You know, after they were picking up the pieces of their hearts being broken when Burrow went down.

Speaker 1:

But you see Chase being more involved now and that's something big for them that Jake Browning can find, chase the ball and deliver these big throws that he's used to getting from Burrow. And Jake Browning's doing a good job. I mean, I don't have any bad thoughts on him. It's a terrible situation but you have a legitimate, good backup quarterback who can get you at least to the postseason and when you have these type of injuries, that's really the goal for the season. Right Is just to make it as far as you can and rally around the next man up and that's Jake Browning and he has accepted the role. He is rising up and I thought he put on a great performance in that game and he was doing two minute drives. He you know there was all the confidence in the world in him and he was fired up. So my thoughts on him. I'm happy for him. I'm happy he's getting this opportunity and showcasing that. You know he can play in the NFL and he's doing a great job. I mean, with the circumstances, with the Bengals, they couldn't be more excited with the performance they're getting from Jake Browning.

Speaker 1:

And last the devastating five minutes to go in the game, trevor Lawrence goes down with an ankle injury. What do I think about that injury? It sucks. I mean you could see the frustration and for the fact that it was his own player I know he didn't do it on purpose, but the fact that he stepped on his own player's foot and then I'm surprised that it wasn't a worse injury the way he kind of bent over, I was worried that it was going to be more than an ankle. It looked like a possible knee. But when he tried to stand up and couldn't, then you saw the frustration, him slamming his helmet.

Speaker 1:

That's just a big blow with a Jaguars team that was on the rise again. You know they were finding Calvin Ridley, trevor Lawrence was playing really good ball and they had a lot of things going for them and I think ultimately they would have won that game with Trevor Lawrence not taking anything away from their backup quarterback. But you look at it, that backup which he was cold and he hadn't been practicing where Jake Browning was, but there was a lot more confidence in Jake Browning than there was with, I think, with Beth Ard. And then I mean the big momentum right, you have Trevor Lawrence go down and then you go in to kick a field goal which was like a 42, not crazy far and you miss the field goal. That's when you just knew, watching, that the Bengals were going to win this game. But it's big High ankle sprain. I haven't heard exactly how long he's out, but I mean high ankle sprains usually can go four to six weeks, so that could be the remaining of the season. So it's a huge blow, terrible timing, especially where we're at in the season and Trevor Lawrence is a big part of that team and now they're without him. So I think this is the decline of the Jaguars. I don't think they can get over that threshold without Trevor Lawrence. I truly believe that.

Speaker 1:

Well, that's my week 13. I hope I answered some of your questions. I know there was a lot that came in and I appreciate the response and you know your inquiries and questions. I hope to do this more because I love hearing what you guys want me to talk about and I love talking about it too. So keep, we'll do more questions like this. If you have any more, you're welcome to send them into me on my Facebook, or? I really enjoyed this. I hope you guys did too, and I can't wait to be with you guys again next week. But before we go, you know, it's that time where Skyler is going to give us predictions for week 14. Thanks, and I will see you guys next week. And I was excited to see Skyler actually had someone write him and ask him a question. So, skyler, before you start your predictions, I do have a question from our listeners, and it asked you how do you come up with your predictions? Do you just guess or do you do research before you do your picks?

Speaker 2:

I do go with my gut when I'm picking these teams to win, but I also watch every single game on NFL on Sunday and I researched the talent on the team that won and I go off of how they, how they did on last week. So that's how I get my predictions and I pretty much go my gut. Now being said, let's get to my week 14 predictions. First, thursday night football Patriots versus Steelers. Patriots are looking so bad this year so I have to go to Steelers by three Now on Sunday, probably the best games that you'll ever see. The ones that I'm excited for are first, jaguars versus Browns. I'm going to have to go with the Browns by two. Next, texans versus Jets. Texans got a really good win against the Broncos last week, so and they're in the playoffs probably. So I'm going to go to Texans by seven. And now for our three o'clock games.

Speaker 2:

This is where it gets really interesting because these are rivalry games. The first rivalry game is Seahawks 49ers. I'm going to have to go with the 49ers by 12. They beat the Eagles. And now for the Americas game of the week Bills versus Chiefs. Chiefs lost to the Packers, sadly, on Sunday night football last week, but I'm still going to go with them by five. And now, the game that probably everybody's going to enjoy watching it is Eagles Cowboys the best rivalry in the NFL. I'm going to go with the Cowboys, of course, by 10. They're going to whoop them. Finally, to end week 14, monday night football double header. The two games that are happening is Packers Giants I'm going to go with the Packers by three, and Titans Dolphins Dolphins by 17. And that is week 14 predictions for you. See you next week for week 15 predictions. I'll be back unless you line up next week, schuyler out.
