Tucker Carlson & Catherine Austin Fitts – This Video Explains a Lot About the Elites Who Want You Dead - YouTube
All of the views and opinions expressed by me in this audio are in no way a reflection of any of the individuals named above. They are referenced for context only as it was their views and opinions which prompted me to think an alternative perspective may add to the topics they were discussing.
This is Jen. Today is Sunday, August 16th, 2026. It is 1124 a.m. Central Standard Time. I just listened to a couple different things that people had posted. One was a my zone like a 28-minute video that Hawk put out about a conversation with a couple people that were having about the people that were killed by ICE in Minneapolis or in Minnesota and investigations into those killings by the feds or Department of Justice or whoever's in charge of that. And then the second one was a short, like a 10-minute clip of Tucker Carlson's latest episode, I think, that has Catherine Austin Fitz on it. And so I just wanted to come out here and add my two cents or my voice to kind of what those two things were speaking to. And I'll uh put links to those videos in the description so you can go listen to them if you want, if you haven't already, just to hear about the context for what they're talking about. I'm not going to speak to anything specifically to what they said. I just want to make it, I want to kind of present a generic sort of um energetic explanation for situations like this that are both of those situations that um are happening. But speak to the state of existence, if you will, of the people, all of the people involved in both scenarios that were talked about. In a sense that from my perspective and how I understand myself to operate and what I have learned through life experiences. And uh disclaimer, I'm not a mental health professional. This is all just stuff that I figured out on my own. Um, so take that for what it's worth. Don't um, you know, everybody is responsible for their own decisions and their own actions and all of that stuff. It's been my observation that when someone is triggered by something or has a certain feeling that they carry within themselves, and that feeling is uncomfortable, they will try to negate or balance that feeling by taking certain actions outside of themselves. Right? So if I'm in traffic and somebody's tailgating me and it starts to piss me off, right, I have a couple choices. I can get irritated, I can let it irritate me, I can break check them and hope they figure out that I don't want them so close to me. I can um try to ignore the situation. In all of those things, I'm trying to balance the irritation that I'm feeling in any one of those situations. That's what I'm trying to do is to get that feeling of irritation to go away. Sometimes people don't have the skills available to understand how to balance that internally without acting out, and so again, my perception, my observation, people that are acting out in certain ways, taking certain actions, making decisions, and asking people to do things are trying to balance themselves at an internal level. Whether those decisions are international based and they affect multiple groups of people, or if it's like the example I just used where it's somebody sitting in traffic, or somebody in traffic, it's the external action that they are trying to use to balance the internal environment. Like when you've got a lot of energy and you just feel like you need to go do jumping jacks or run or move or jump up and down or something to alleviate that ex that feeling of I need to move. It's the same thing, but it's emotional. Trying to decide what else I want to say. Because that's pretty much the point. That's the point. It's not super um in-depth or complicated, it's just people behaving in a certain way is an attempt by them to help alleviate a specific emotional state that they're experiencing. And I guess I'll add this in. Again, observation, personal experience. When you've done work on yourself and you've looked at and tried to identify those things that create triggers within you, or create states of existence where you feel uncomfortable within yourself, and you look at those things, and you try to understand why do I feel like this and where is this coming from, and how do I get rid of it? How do I create balance within myself? The more of those states that you can balance, right, without using external force on somebody else, the more of that stuff that you can identify just adds to your own level of balance and peace and security within yourself. And that state is important because everything, it's the foundation for which you experience the world. Everything you experience, you run through the filter of yourself. And if the filters that cause, right, belief systems, experiences, traumas that have not been healed, those things are typically, again, my opinion and perception of what creates those uncomfortable states within the internal environment. When you can balance that and you don't experience the world as an irritation or a frustration, you no longer have a desire to act out externally to create the opposite effect of what you're feeling. I hope that made sense. It made sense in my mind as I was visualizing it, but nobody, I don't know how you process stuff, and for and maybe it didn't make sense. The external, the action that is being taken outside of an individual is in an attempt to balance or to create the opposite energetic state to balance the internal environment. That's what I was trying to say. If you think about it like a positive and a negative equals zero, like they cancel each other out. That's what people are trying to do. Whether that is the leader of a country or the guy next to you in the car who's having a bad day and is irritated. Or a person behind you, I guess, if we use the tailgate example. Things are breaking down, there's a lot of chaos, there's a lot of external action being taken by individuals in positions of perceived authority. That a majority of the planet, I think, feels like is not necessary. Not only not necessary, but not moral, not the best way to go about doing things. And there are things being done intentionally to create states of unbalance within people, right? If you look at the cost of living these days. That's an example. People putting people in a state of despair because they don't have enough money to provide for their basic needs. Inside, we're looking for balance inside. Everybody is trying to achieve that, whether they know it or not, and they're going about it the wrong way, and that's why it continues to perpetuate, that's why the cycles continue, that's why the wars continue, that's why the genocide and the atrocities and the killings and the overuse of power. That's why all of it continues, is because we're we're not approaching the situation from the right place. We're trying to create a world around us that will provide a state of balance within us. And that's not how it works. And it doesn't matter what country you're in, it doesn't matter what demographic you find yourself in, it doesn't matter how much money you have, because it's all about your internal state of existence and how you experience the world. And trying to force your will onto those outside of yourself and create situations outside of yourself to help balance how you feel inside you is never going to solve the problem. It's only going to exacerbate it. It's just going to make it worse. You're literally going to keep doing that until you self-destruct. And understand how, right? There's a couple different aspects to it. One of it is observation. You have to start with observation. You have to learn how to observe your state and understand how energies move through you and what causes those emotions to arise and where do they come from? Where specifically within the space you take up do they come from? What's their physical location within your being? Same thing with thoughts. Where do those thoughts come from? And observe it, it watch it. Don't necessarily identify it with it. You don't have to grab it and go, oh yeah, because that appeared, it's mine. It must be me. Nobody tells us that when we're kids, that we don't have to identify with every single thought that moves through the space between our ears. Or every single emotion that arises. Because it's been, again, my experience, my perception of how I operate. Sometimes those things are not the I am not the originator of those things. They're coming from a different place, even though I'm experiencing them. So then I have to decide do I want to own that or not. Do I want to let it pass through me and move through and not grab it and own it? That's the first part of the whole thing. And after you do that for a while, you can begin to observe and understand different types of interactions create different types of responses. And there are things that you experience that maybe is of a cause of a different nature. Maybe it's a wound, maybe it's a trauma, maybe it's something that happened a long time ago that needs to be looked at. Right? You first have to you have to get past the the initial noise of the environment, all of the sensations, all of the feelings, all of the emotions, all of that, all of the thoughts, if there's any sort of incessant mental chatter, that is all observable. You can watch all of it. I think that's what you know the whole mindfulness movement is about. And I don't like that word because to me it's contradictory. If you think about the word mindful, it makes me think that my mind is full of stuff. And I don't want my mind to be full of stuff. I want it to be empty. I want it to be able to just be silent and quiet. So that when things come in, I'm able to identify where they're coming from and whether or not it's something I want to entertain. I don't know what word I would use for that state of awareness, but mindfulness is not it. Anyway, um that's just my opinion. That's my perception, that's how I see the situation based on what I've experienced within myself in trying to find what it means to be balanced. That doesn't provide solutions to anybody immediately. Or into the fact that people uh, you know, this will be lost on a lot of people, or people will not even hear it, or um take what I'm saying as realistic and attempt to exercise or do the practice or go through the steps, I guess, of trying to find that or trying to even start and observe. It's all about balance. That's what we're all looking for. And that's not what we have right now, right? On so many levels, there's there's not balance externally and with uh resources and getting needs met and things like that, it's not balanced. And all of those problems are solvable, right? There's which is a different conversation about um individuals and their ability to use their energy and their creativity to do things, and then associating that back to what they're then compensated for that action of their energy and their creativity and their doing. That's a different conversation, but it's all sol all of it is solvable, everything is solvable, it just is feeling super chaotic right now because I feel like the energy is shifting on the planet and the people that are that have not do not have a sense of awareness about themselves or self-awareness to identify how they're behaving and acting, and the place from which all of that is occurring are uncomfortable by the change in in the energy. And so it's it's stirring things up inside of them, and so then they're acting out in a certain way to offset that feeling or to feed it, right? Depending on what the nature of the feeling is, which is me, I already said that, I'm repeating myself because I'm not sure what else to say. Um, so I guess I'll stop, I'll keep this short. My name is Jen. That is just how I view the situation, and the more people that are able to experience internal balance and stability and security, the better, because it will help stabilize stuff on the planet. Again, this is Jen. I will talk to you later.
