AI is here to stay. It's not a fad or a passing trend. It's a tool that can completely transform your real estate business. If you knew how to leverage it. Welcome to the Raquel Show. This show is for entrepreneurs who want to play bigger in business and in life, and I have been learning a ton around ai. I'll never forget when I introduced it to my mastermind three years ago, some of 'em laughed and chuckled. Some of them were saying things like, I don't think we're gonna need that. Raquel. I don't even know why we're learning that today. There's not a day where I don't use it in my business or for my mom's health or asking questions as if it's a therapist to what should I cook this week and here's what I have in my refrigerator. I joke with Brad and say, he's my boyfriend. I guess I should name it. I'm just fascinated on how fast things have developed over the years. Now there are several. Ais that we use in our own business, and it has been an absolute game changer. So in today's episode, we're diving into why AI is absolutely critical. If you wanna scale your real estate business in 2025 and beyond, I think AI is changing the game across. All industry and real estate is no exception. If you're not using AI to boost your productivity, streamline your marketing, or improve your client experience, then guess what? You're already falling behind. So let's break it down exactly how you can leverage AI to grow your business and why it is so important. Right now. First, let's talk about why AI is so important for real estate agent entrepreneurs. Right now, the world is changing faster than we've ever seen before, even in the last week and months. AI is everywhere. AI tools are on your phone, in your email, everything that you touch that is tech-based or operated by text. I believe that the developers are always working on some AI companion, whether it's a chat GBT, machine learning software, or AI driven CRMs that can predict which leads are most likely to convert. And the agents who embrace this technology will always have a competitive edge. And here's the thing. I think AI allows you to do more in less time and even have less employees with greater precision. I'll never forget where I had a hire back in the days, a social media manager, and then I also had to hire a person that would repurpose. Our podcast into social clips, and now as a real estate agent, your time is so valuable that you can actually juggle all of that and juggle lead generation and marketing and follow ups and showings and negotiations and so much more. So why not dive into something like AI that can help you streamline processes and focus on big activities? High impact or revenue generating activities. I think it's worth exploring. You see, agents who use AI effectively are seeing higher conversion rates, better client satisfaction, and more predictable growth because. AI can help you anticipate your client's need before they even voice them. Imagine having insights that allow you to send a personalized message at the right moment or predict which leads are worth spending your energy on and beyond just productivity. AI is making waves, of course, in marketing and branding, of course, in all these social media platforms, from content creation to personalized. Ad targeting AI is transforming how you reach your ideal clients and keep them engaged now. Let's dive into the tactical side. How do you use AI to enhance your real estate business today? One, I think you can use it for lead generation and nurturing. I know that there are several tools out there that my clients use when it comes to lead generation, when it comes to their CRM and nurturing leads, but let's just take. Chat GPT for crafting engaging email sequences that are personalized to you. No more of those generic 33 touch or eight by eight that everybody is using. You can also use it to nurture campaigns and your social media content. You can also use AI for predictive analytic tools to help you identify high potential leads just based on, you know, what they're searching, their behavior, their engagement. And we're actually right now as we speak, working on a system that has our customized AI bot to help us with nurturing our own clients. Two, you can use it for marketing, AI driven content creation tools like Jasper or Write Sonic to help produce blogs, listing descriptions, captions or video scripts. You could even go into chat GPT today and explore other GPTs, which I think is so amazing. You can also create personalized video marketing using AI tools and even create human-like video messages without you even touching the camera. I think. There are so many things that are going to change in these next couple years, and it's worth it to actually start learning about them. Number three is client communication and follow up. There are automated chat bots that can handle inquiries 24 7, ensuring that you never miss a lead. I believe, even AI driven CRMs that enhance follow ups with tailor messaging based on client behavior. Number four, you can use AI for market analysis and predictions, tools like Zillow, AI driven estimates or predictive analytics software to forecast pricing trends. You can also use AI to identify the best investment opportunities so much quicker with greater accuracy. And number five, why you wanna use. AI and how it can help you is because of content creation and branding. I don't know about you, but it takes me a while and it takes my team a while to create content from Absolute Scratch. So getting some ideas from AI tools and we use several of them and leveraging them to repurpose content from your podcast, webinars, interviews into blog posts, social media clips, or newsletters. I mean, even Cap cut and IG has their own built AI tool in it. you see, the possibilities are endless. It's about using AI to, as a partner, to enhance what you are already doing. Not replace your expertise, but amplify it. Okay. We've talked about why AI is critical and some practical ways to implement it. Now let's talk about growth. If you wanna grow your business in 2025 and beyond, AI needs to be part of your strategy. One, it can scale your marketing efforts. AI tools can help you reach a wider audience with less effort by automating ad targeting, creating content in bulk, and repurposing some of your best pieces. Two, it could personalize communication at scale. AI lets you customize messages for hundreds and even thousands of leads. Imagine nurturing relationships without sacrificing. Authenticity. And last but not least, automating your backend process. Things that we hate as agents from transaction coordination to follow up to scheduling AI can handle routine tasks so that you focus on revenue generating activities. The key here to growth is. Efficiency. AI allows you to focus on things that actually move the needle in your business. And when you focus on the right activities, growth becomes inevitable. And to wrap it up, AI is here to stay. It's not a fad or a passing trend. It's a tool that can completely transform your real estate business. If you knew how to leverage it. So here's my challenge to you. Start experimenting, whether it's using chat GBT to help you craft your marketing content or explore predictive analytics to enhance your lead generation. Find one area where you can start implementing AI right now.
