You don't need any more free PDFs. You just need a powerful community, a great event, and a decision to go all in. Hey friends. Welcome back to another episode of the Raquel Show. Today's episode is extremely close to my heart. We are just weeks away from some of the most powerful events that we will host this year, which is elevated Nashville, a few VIP Intensivess, and yes. You heard it right? Something is coming to Huntington Beach, California, and I've been reflecting on something that has impacted my life and business more than any ad, any strategy, any funnel, any course, and even any mastermind. And that is proximity, being in the room, getting around people. Who call you forward, and if you've been feeling stuck or you are plateauing or stagnant or secretly wondering, is this for me? This episode might be the wake up call you need. Let me ask you guys a question. When was the last time you walked into a room and felt your future like you saw someone on stage or next to you and thought, that's it. That's the next level version of me. That is me. Every time I go to a high level event. I didn't walk in as the biggest producer. I didn't always have it all together, but I walked out of events and rooms with more belief, more clarity, and more fire than I ever had. And it wasn't because someone gave me a secret blueprint. It was because I saw what was actually possible. I heard the stories. I had real conversations in the hallway or even at lunch where I met someone who shared something that shifted me on the spot. And you don't get that from a podcast. I'm sorry. As much as I would like to say that you don't get it on YouTube and you can Google a lot of information, but you actually get. That feeling or sometimes even a playbook when you are actually in the room. Here's what happens when you are in proximity with people who are playing bigger. You get to borrow the belief before you build your own. You realize that your too crazy dream isn't crazy at all. Matter of fact, in some rooms I felt like I was the smallest fish. Most of the time, your standards start to rise naturally, and when your standards rise, your actions also rise. Your systems rise. Your results. Rise. This is why they say you just don't attend events. You activate something inside of you. And I've watched people walk out of our events and within days they have a new team member, they have a new strategy. They double or triple their production. They hire that team member that they've been scared to bring on. Or they finally say yes to speaking, to investing, to setting a boundary that they were too afraid to set. And that's what proximity does. I wanna talk about tactics.'cause you know I'm all about tactics. So here's five tangible shifts you can walk away when you get in the right room. Number one is you get a simplified action plan. We don't get overwhelmed. You can have lots of ideas, but you can leave with more clarity and a roadmap that actually aligns with your lifestyle and not somebody else's. You can use the do delegate and delete method in real time when you audit your business, and we walk through a lot of these exercises live. Number two is you have income clarity. Yep. Revenue. A big question I get asked in our workshop is, where's your next 10,000? 20,000, a hundred thousand next million dollars coming from? Like where is it really coming from? And most people are doing busy work, and so we identify core revenue, needle moving drivers that are pivotal to your business. It could be as simple as your revenue routine worksheet that you get to map out. Number three is systems that buy back time. If you're doing everything yourself, you are the bottleneck. And at our events we get to show you how you can build or improve your lead gen, your follow up your delegation systems so that you have plug and play examples. We give you our system stacking frameworks so you can decide. What am I gonna automate? What am I going to have a template on, and what am I actually going to eliminate? And number four is you get real time feedback from the people around you.'cause you're gonna be surrounded by so many high achievers, high standard entrepreneurs who definitely don't sugarcoat things and they will support you. So I would say bring your challenge so that we can talk about 'em because we do these things called hot seats where you actually get feedback in real time. It's like coaching on the spot. And number five is accountability and collaboration opportunities. Of course, we have that at all of our events and people come in solo, but I'll tell you, they walk away with accountability partners, even business partners, podcast swaps, or even. Swapping to speak at their events. So let's say you did take a leap and you got the ticket, you blocked out your calendar and you're in the room. So now you're like, Raquel, what do I do? I wanna give you a couple tips. When you are attending events that you make the most out of 'em, I want you to set your intentions before you arrive. Don't just show up and say, let's see what happens. Ask yourself, what's the breakthrough that I want right now? What system, strategy or mindset do I need clarity on? Who do I wanna meet? And that's probably a really important one. And then two is I want you to not clinging to comfort. It's so easy to sit with people, you know, your friends, or hang out in the back or blend in, but growth doesn't live in comfort. It lives in connection at these events. So sit at a new table, introduce yourself first, ask thoughtful questions because you might just be, you might just be one bold conversation away from your next collaboration or your next breakthrough, and I want you to ask better questions when you're at these things. Great events Have q and a, have workshops, breakout moments, and I just want you to come prepared. With maybe a business challenge. You want help in solving a key system or offer that you would love feedback or a social post that you would love feedback or your brand. I want you to bring a notebook. And maybe title it with hot seat wishlist. And this is a list of the things you'd love some insight or coaching on. And of course, I want you to be fully present. This is not your time to check Slack, to email, to scroll on Instagram stories of people not in the room. I want you to block time to be off your phone and be fully present. Like my mentor Sharon says, is be where your feet are, because presence creates real breakthrough and distractions delay them. I'm gonna say that again. Presence creates real breakthroughs. Distractions, delay them. And last but not least, I want you to schedule time to implement immediately after you're done with events and you look at your notes. Is. You can get a lot of information, but what I want you to work on is the transformation and really think about what is it that you've learned that you can act upon, Maybe before you fly or drive back, I want you to sit down, highlight three action steps from your notes, and book a time in your calendar and start executing. Some of us might be executing while we are waiting for the plane, and I am so guilty of that. There have been times where I knew that I was going to a mastermind or I knew I was going to an event and I was gonna stay half a day. Later so that I can just go through my notes and start implementing and start telling the team of like what our new initiatives were. See events don't just change your business. What you do after them does. So if you are investing in getting into a room, invest in showing up, like the version of you who's already playing bigger, and I know what you guys are all thinking. There's a reason not to come to different events because maybe it's not the right time. Uh, you're not making enough money. You wanna wait till you make enough money so that you can invest or you feel guilty leaving your family. But here's what I know. You don't rise to your goals. You fall to the level of your environment, and the fastest way to change your environment is to get into a room that upgrades your vision. You don't need any more free PDFs. You just need a powerful community, a great event, and a decision to go all in. So here's your sign if you are craving. Community.
