I haven't even shared all the behind the scenes that's really happening both professionally and personally. It's just one of those seasons where you're doing a lot.

productivity lie we've been sold is that success comes from doing everything. Well, guess what? It doesn't. I used to think that way when I built my first team, I was working nonstop and proud of it. When we built this coaching company, I was hustling, grinding day in and day out long days from five o'clock in the morning till almost midnight.

with very little of sleep. And I used to think that that was an accolade. But here's what I realized. Success doesn't come from doing everything. It comes from doing the right thing. Willpower is like your phone battery. It obviously runs out. You don't need more time. You just need to manage your energy. And lately I've been saying I'm tired and I've reversed that to

or reframe that to, I need a manufacturer energy. And here's how I do it. Golden hours, my first two hours of the day, absolutely sacred. This is where I create, I plan, I think, and the siesta zone after lunch, believe it or not, that's where I try to put most of my calls, the admin work, the reviewing of our content, of our editing, of all the marketing, the calls.

So my action step for you is I want you to audit your day and ask yourself, when am I most alert? When am I most creative? And when am I most in flow? For me, it's the morning. And when do I need to step back and recharge? Because guess what? You cannot be on all day. So stop expecting yourself to be. And now let's talk about your to-do list. The never ending

40 item beast. Yep, I said it. That thing that just keeps going. Here's what changed for me. I stopped making to-do lists. I started making success lists. I actually broke up my to-do list into my priority, my 10X items for my top three needle mover and then just normal business tasks, normal personal tasks, and then calls I needed to make or DMs I needed to do or emails I needed to write.

So this is what I call your 80-20 rule in action. About 20 % of what's on your list actually moves the needle. So here's the move. I want you to write it all out. I want you to identify the top two to three things that actually matter. And I want you to just ditch the rest. I know it sounds scary, but ditch the rest or delegate it to somebody else. And you want a pro tip?

switch from daily to weekly planning because it zooms you out and forces you, believe it or not, to prioritize what actually matters. And next step is multi-tasking. I know the biggest productivity scam out there, because every time you switch task, your brain resets, you lose time, focus and flow. And believe me, I want to go and check something on social or a DM.

I get distracted. So I have to find different ways for me to actually even remind myself to try to stay focused. So here's what works better. I want you to theme out your days. Monday could be for content. Tuesday and Wednesdays, believe it or not for me, is coaching days and meetings. Thursdays is for strategy and Fridays is my flex day. And I also have it where my Monday mornings is a do not disturb

It's a block that doesn't get on my calendar because I really have to reflect on our goals on the companies and the performance, the results to really strategically think about how do I want to set up my week? Here's the thing. I want you to batch it, block it and protect it. That's how I get eight hours of work done in four. No exaggeration. Last piece. And this one's a big one.

is you're not broken if a habit doesn't stick with you for 21 days. That's a myth. Science shows it actually takes 66 days to fully wire in a habit, not three weeks. So whether it's you waking up earlier, you protecting your mornings, or you sticking to your success list is give it time, consistency over intensity. The other thing

that I'd probably start with, especially if you're an entrepreneur that's growing and scaling is start with your revenue checklist. Because if you can figure out your two to three things every single day that moves the needle that creates revenue in your business, you'll be surprised where you'll be in even after 30 days.
