You might not be doing enough. Yep. I said it. And I know that sounds backwards. You're probably thinking, but Raquel, I'm exhausted. I do so much. I get it. I've lived it.

and I'm gonna walk you through something that could be the exact thing that gets your energy, your momentum, and the clarity back fast. So let's start with this. The two kinds of burnout most people don't realize exist. Me too. I had no idea that there were two types. So burnout type one is the obvious kind. You're overloaded, you're saying yes to everyone.

You're doing 14 different things and roles in your business. Your nervous system is fried and your calendar doesn't even allow you to breathe. We know that one, but there's also a second type and it's the sneaky one. If you've ever felt tired or a lot of brain fog or just foggy, distracted and unmotivated, not because you're doing too much, but because you're actually avoiding what really matters.

The burnout is emotional, it's psychological, and it's the weight of avoidance. And believe me, when I tell you I've been there, let me tell you what this looked like for me recently. I had such a long day. I was emotionally drained from dealing with my mom's care, new caretakers, new nurses, new CNA, new episodes of high sugar, all the things, infections, all the things.

Then I also had a to-do list that was so long and I told myself, I am just going to go to bed early. But then my business partner, Kelly sent me a text about our retreat and one of our agents had a big retail deal that needed me to review his offer. And another one of my agents had a listing contract come in that I needed to review. And just like that, I was on. Why? Because it wasn't about more work. It was about aligned work.

And every time you resist, whether it's making that phone call, doing your follow-up, recording the videos, or having those hard conversations, you create emotional debt. And it stacks.

until you're not tired from doing too much, you're tired from the weight of all that you were not doing. So how do you know if it's burnout or resistance? And I want to share three clear signs that I've discovered. Number one is you're tired and you're not producing results. Your calendar is full, but it still feels like you're not doing enough or you're not moving fast enough towards your goals.

Number two is your overthinking instead of executing. You've made your plan. You've made some of your canvas graphics and now you're tweaking the font instead of hitting publish or you've had a long conversation with lots of chat GPT prompts and now you're wondering what action should I take? Number three is you're avoiding the one move you know will shift everything.

and you feel worse every time you push it off. It's like you're letting yourself down and that's not burnout. It's inner conflict, my friends, and it's a hundred percent solvable. So here's how we're going to flip the script and get your power back. Number one is audit what you are resisting. Ask what's the one thing that I keep putting off that would move everything forward and two is shrink the resistance instead of trying to finish the whole project.

Commit to maybe 15 minutes, start the draft, film the first take or create the outline. And three is take one aligned action a day. This isn't about doing more. It's about doing what matters. That one actions builds trust with yourself. It creates wins and the momentum creates its own energy. Remember energy doesn't always come before action. Often

Action is what creates the energy. I've seen it in my business. I've seen it with our coaching clients. And if you are listening right now, it's likely true for you. So let's recap. You're not burnt out from doing way too much. You're actually weighed down by doing what you're avoiding and what you call burnout might actually be resistance and what feels like exhaustion may be a lack of clarity, alignment, and not capacity.

This is not your breakdown. You are not failing. When you see these signs, you're just being invited to step up. And yes, it's a little uncomfortable, but that discomfort, that's the invitation to go play bigger. So today do the thing, start small, start messy, start now because everything you want is on the other side of action.
