Hey friends, welcome back to the Raquel show. This show is for entrepreneurs who want to play bigger 

in business and in life. And if you are building a business, navigating through your next move or scaling your brand, you are at the right place. Today's episode is going to hit a little bit different because we're talking about a concept that came up from a very powerful coaching call this week. It's simple, but it is everything. And here it is. 

Your discipline is your product. Your name is your brand. Your habits are your investments. 

Let's break this down because if you've got big goals, if you're the kind of person who sets the bar really, really high, this episode is a wake up call and your permission slip. You don't need more motivation. You might just need more alignment. let's dive in. This week I was on a coaching call with one of my private clients. 

someone who's extremely talented, driven and a visionary. She has everything it takes, but she was quite honestly frustrated. She kept asking, why isn't this happening faster? And I'm sure some of you guys are thinking the same things when it comes to your goals, especially the fact that we are mid-year right now. So I asked her, if you were to reverse engineer your results from the last 30 days, what would you see in your calendar? 

What were your actions? What would your follow-up system look like? And there was such a long pause. Then she admitted something that I think many of us could relate to. She said, I know what to do. I'm just not doing it consistently. I'm waiting to feel motivated. And honestly, I'm a little burnt out or I'm tired. And that's when I told her this truth. When you're the boss, discipline is choosing your future you. 

over the feeling you have right now. And let me say that again, discipline is the product. It's not your backend system. It's not your funnel. It's not your calls. It's not your CRM. It's not your content calendar. Those are just tools. The real product of your business is the vision of you who shows up when no one is watching. If you're inconsistent with your Lead gen, if you're inconsistent with your follow-up, 

content or even delivery, you're selling a product that lacks reliability and clients could actually feel that. But when you're rooted in discipline, your clients trust you because they feel the stability in how you lead, how you market and how you deliver. So ask yourself right now, would you hire the version of you who showed up this week? Ooh, that stung a little. I'm going to say that again. 

Would you hire the version of you who showed up this week? Now let's talk about identity because your name is your brand. It's not your logo. It's not the color palette. It's not the different numbers. It's not your font. It's not your latest Instagram reel. It's your reputation, your consistency, your character. And when someone says your name in the room, what do think they say? Do they say she follows through? 

He's someone who plays bigger. He's someone that over delivers every single time. She's someone that continues to keep showing up or do they say she's all over the place? She's always stressed out. She has low energy or he starts strong, but then fades fast. She has potential, but I don't know if she's ready yet. So here's your reminder. People 

are always watching, especially when they're not clapping. Your name is your brand, so I want you to guard it, I want you to build it, and I want you to honor it. Every decision you make compounds. The extra scroll on Instagram, that's a withdrawal. That 15 minutes of intentional follow-up, guess what? That's a deposit. It's so easy to chase the big wins, but what I've learned after building so many different businesses, 

investing in real estate and coaching high performers. You don't rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your habits and systems. You want to build wealth? Well, check your habits. You want to be a sought after speaker or realtor? Check your habits. You want to scale with peace, not pressure. Check your habits. Your habits are the compound interests of your future life and make sure you're investing. 

it in the right direction. So let's make this actionable because you know that I love to give action steps. Take a moment and pause this episode if you need to and ask yourself if I asked the future version of me, the one who hit my income goals, the one who had the freedom, the one who made the impact, what did her habits look like? How did she operate? What did she stop doing? That's your roadmap, not another strategy. 

not another freebie download, not another masterclass, not another zoom call, but becoming the operator that can carry the weight of your vision because no one is going to do it for you and no one is actually going to save you, but you and you are more than capable. You are definitely more than capable. And I have to say that again. So every time you feel like doing the thing, posting the content, following up with the lead, 

preparing for the next speaking event, I want you to pause and ask, am I choosing this temporary feeling or am I choosing my future? Discipline isn't a punishment. Discipline is choosing alignment. It's saying I've got the future version of me that I'm absolutely obsessed with and I'm going to become her or him through these next small daily votes. So let's stop making discipline mean pressure.
