Welcome back to the Raquel show. This show is for entrepreneurs who want to play bigger in business and in life. And I cannot believe we are almost halfway through the year. I've been on a ton of coaching calls lately and honestly, this is one of my favorite times of the year. Why? Because now you have about six months of real data in your business.
That means this is the perfect time to take a pulse check on what's actually working and what's not and what needs to shift so that you could hit your goals faster and more productively. Now, maybe you are not feeling great. Maybe things are tracking and you are ahead of plan, or maybe the market has shifted on you and you thought you'd be further along. Either way,
This episode isn't about motivation or hype. It's about strategy. It's about leadership. It's about execution. And we're diving into where your business actually stands right now, what's working and where the opportunities are and what needs to be adjusted, not just doing the busy work, but driving real growth.
So, grab your pens or your notes or just sit back and soak it in. Cause you know we are going to get tactical. I'm going to be honest and let's go. Here's what I see all the time. Most people sprint through Q1, they get distracted or lose momentum in Q2 and they wake up in Q4 scrambling to save the year. Sound familiar? But that's not how top agents or top CEOs run their business. You know, the elite CEO operators, they audit, they adjust, and they act in real time, not when it's convenient.
So here's my first hard question to ask yourself. Is my current strategy built to create outcomes or is it just keeping me busy? This episode is your opportunity to pause, audit, and upgrade before the second half of the year starts running you. Let's break it down into three simple but powerful checkpoints. I want to start with where were your goals in Q1 and Q2? Now let's compare what your goals were to your actual numbers. And this is where you get real. Did you hit your numbers? Did you hit your targets? Or are you making excuses for underperforming? I got too busy or I needed to take care of my family, all the things, right? We say all those different statements to justify our results.
So just be straight up, look at the numbers, look at the data and go, what was my goal and what were my results? Then I want you to ask yourself, am I actually running the plays that match the outcome I said I actually wanted? And if the answer is no, this isn't the time to shrink your goals. It's the time to upgrade your strategy and your systems and your execution. So let's talk about infrastructure. What systems are actually working for you right now? Where are you still doing manual work that's slowing everything down and what's bottlenecking your growth?
Is it your sales? Is it your leads? Is it your team flow? Here's your move. Get absolutely ruthless about what you need to optimize, automate, or eliminate. Because if you do not build for efficiency now, you will burn out trying to scale later. And this part is about you. How are you showing up as a CEO of your business and your life. So ask yourself, am I leading from pressure, from stress or from priorities? Am I making clear decisions or am I just responding and reacting all day? Trust me when I tell you that I can be on email and Slack all day and react all day without blocking out the noise and get totally distracted and lose my focus. So I have to be aware of that.
And the next question I want to ask you is my team, whether it's your real estate team, your business team or your support team, is my team clear on what matters or are we stuck in maintenance mode? And for those that have known me for a really long time, I absolutely hate maintenance mode. If you're serious about growth, you will do a weekly review rhythm, quick focus, repeatable, because pros do not wing it, they actually engineer their growth. So let's simplify what needs to happen from here. Here are your five tactical moves to install this week is number one is recalibrate your Q3 goal. Just one priority gets super laser focused.
I have some clients that are just saying make 20 contacts on the team and report it and track it. Or I have other clients that are saying, I just want you to add five new people to your database. Number two is rebuild your calendar like a CEO. This is a time where I love to shift my calendar around to match the energy and the goals that I want to accomplish. So time block what drives revenue and impact. And number three is simplify, your team communications, get clear, on your communications, your KPIs, your meetings, your strategy, and just keep them short. Sometimes we block on our team for an hour meeting, but if we're done in 30 minutes, there is no point of us staying on. And number four is I want you to think about who you're serving in your business. Are you clear on social or in your marketing? Is it timely? Are you consistent with your messaging?
And last but not least, number five is upgrade your personal operating system. I want you to build in your revenue routine and your weekly reviews that keep your execution sharp. So let's quickly recap. Number one is review your numbers and don't sugar coat them. Number two is audit your system cut with slowing you down. And number three is pick one mission critical target, or focus for Q3. And number four is install a powerful routine that supports your revenue and not noise. And last but not least, I want you to lead like your future operator. You've got big goals.
So I want you to ask yourself, who do I need to become? Or how do I need to show up for my future goals as if they were already accomplished? You don't operate from the person you were six months ago. So the second half of the year doesn't need more goals. It just needs cleaner decisions and faster execution.
