Welcome back to the Raquel show where we talk about playing bigger in business
and in life and in the way you show up for yourself. Today's episode is for every real estate agents that knows absolutely knows that they are great at what they do, but feels like they are the best kept secret in their market. Here's the truth. My friends, your business cannot grow if no one knows you exist. Being amazing at what you do isn't just enough anymore.
I think visibility, credibility are everything in today's market. And in this episode, I'm going to break down why staying invisible is actually costing you deals or costing you revenue in your business, how to build a brand that attracts clients on autopilot and the exact shift I made that changed everything for me and for my coaching clients. So if you've ever felt like, gosh, Raquel content is so overwhelming or you're tired of posting or you're wondering is my posting even matter or does my social, my presence online, does that really, really matter? Well, guess what? This episode is your wake up call. Let me start with a confession. I hate creating content. I hate content days. You can definitely ask my team. have to trick my mind to doing content days, content shoots. I feel like I'm constantly forcing posts out into the world, hoping they stick. And most of the times there are posts and stories that don't even get noticed. I see this with my coaching clients and I see this with a lot of agents every day. You're showing up on social media, on Instagram, on Tik Tok, on YouTube, posting some of those just listed just old, Hey, we do them from time to time, but it's not converting.
You're also working hard doing everything right in your transactions, but the referrals aren't coming in like they used to, or you're watching other agents get listings and wondering what are they doing that I'm not? The answer isn't more hustle. It's actually visibility and credibility along with systems. And in today's market, attention is currency. Man, can I tell you how often we scroll?
And then we stop on certain things and then we just keep going past. It gets faster and faster when I even when I watch my kids do it today. And if you are not intentionally building your brand, you're leaving money on the table. I'm getting ready to switch all of our social profiles from personal to strictly business and a little bit of personal because at the end of the day, I use Instagram to connect with people for our business. And I'm just talking about Instagram just as a whole. And when I was looking at my feed, a lot of it is all family stuff and you are probably wondering why. And I'm sure if you're not my client, people are wondering how can Raquel help me? You know, someone less experienced who's actually more visible will take the deal every time or get more clients.
And so I had a wake up call about a year ago when I actually was researching and looking at a lot of entrepreneurs that were building their brands. Some of them have been in my masterminds previously. And when we realized how much they had grown by doing certain things consistently, it kind of stung because I knew that I had more experience in business. I had better systems and I had better results, especially for my clients, because I believe that there are not a lot of coaches out there that can speak from experience and coach people, not just their business and the way they do their business, but coach other people to actually scale different models. And here's what I realized. Visibility creates trust before you ever meet a client. mean, how many of you guys have I met because of this podcast in person or are my coaching clients or have sent me DMS credibility makes them want to pay for your service without objections.
Together, we can create a magnetic brand through social media today that attracts your ideal client instead of chasing them. How do I know this? Because I have several private clients where we have built their brands. Now they have clients that are constantly going to them. I have a client that actually gets 600 leads a month just from YouTube. And I have another client that actually is now getting collaboration and sponsorship deals. So how do you make the shift? How do you go from being invisible to absolutely being the go-to person? Here's what I teach my clients. Number one is you got to build a content machine.
Stop guessing what to post and start with a system that positions you as the go-to agent in your market, shows your expertise without feeling salesy. I know for some of you guys, you don't want to feel salesy and works even when you're busy with clients. Two is I want you to film scroll stopping videos and it could be property tours, market updates, behind the scenes. These aren't nice to have. They're actually a digital open house to thousands of eyes that work 24 seven. So think about, and I've said this before, your single post is like a billboard. The more that you collect those assets and film some of those, they become bigger assets later on in your business. And number three is I want you to level up your brand. I want you to define a message that attracts your ideal client on autopilot. You're not trying to serve everyone.
I know for some of you guys, you want to be at a certain price point. So speak to that price point master the strategies that top agents use to stay visible and in demand. And with AI coming around, you'll be surprised on what these agents that are staying visible online and how they are feeding some of these AI tools. in the future, they're prepared when a consumer says, who is the best agent in Scottsdale, Arizona. You see, my friends, the goal isn't to create more content. It's to create strategic content that works for you 24 seven.
