Welcome to the Raquel show. This show is for entrepreneurs who want to play bigger in business and in life. People want guidance from someone who focuses on coaching agents, how to scale smarter.

 And here's what I know. You didn't start your business to work 24 seven. You didn't build it to miss family dinners, sports games, answer emails at midnight and to feel guilty every time you take a vacation or feel like you have to be answering all the things while you're on vacation. I know that you've built it for freedom or for flexibility, but here's the truth. The hustle that got you here, won't get you to your next level. 

And for over two decades, I have coached so many agents, actually hundreds of agents from solo agents to some of our biggest names in the industry. And I've scaled multiple businesses and built a life where my business supports me and not the other way around. And now I'm teaching high performing agents, just like you had a scale smarter. 

Build a business that does not require you 24 seven and create a life that you actually can enjoy. And in today's episode, I want to break down the agent CEO method, my four part framework to help you grow without burning out, without managing a massive team and without missing the moments that matter most. So I have to tell you that I have been blessed because I have had the front row seat in this industry, not only of building our own teams, I have coached so many different agents from solo agents to small teams to some of the biggest names in our industry. 

And I have seen every business model I've seen the chaos behind the curtain. And most importantly, I have seen the numbers. The truth is not every big business or some of the ones that you see on stage is a profitable one. And here's what I've learned. I can tell you within a few conversations with the rainmaker or the agent, how fast they will scale. I can hear it in their language. I can tell you what's holding them back. Even just after a few coaching calls. People ask me all the time, Raquel, how have you helped scale so many different businesses and create a blueprint that actually works for the CEO, the founder, the visionary, the agent? And my answer is always the same. It comes from experience and not theory because I've been there overwhelmed, overworked and feeling like your business owns you.

I know what it's like to start from zero, to scale fast, to pivot when the markets shift. I remember the REO days and to build models that create freedom, not just more work. And I've also been there where you feel like you want to burn it all to the ground. And here's what I believe, there isn't just one way to scale in real estate today, but there are business models that create more profits and that are more sustainable and that they don't require managing 50 agents. 

And yes, I've said it with the rise of AI and more powerful marketing tools, I think there is a sweet spot in our industry that most agents haven't tapped into yet. And if someone could just guide them there, I know that every agent would want this model for their business because here's what I see over and over of years of coaching is agents love real estate. They love the income. They love that they can create their own schedule to a point, but they hate that if they stop working, their business stops working too. They also hate the wild and the up and down income swings when the market shifts or when they have a transaction and then they don't have a transaction for several months. And they hate feeling guilty when they're with their family because their phone is ringing nonstop or getting messages from their clients. 

I've built and scaled multiple businesses and now I'm teaching agents how to create scalable businesses that doesn't cost them the most important things, which is their health, their family time, and of course, their peace of mind. So I wanna give you guys, because I'm always tactical, the agent CEO method that we have been working on for months. 

Pillar number one is operate like a CEO. This is where my friends, you stop being the bottleneck. You gotta get out of the way. We design systems and structure that makes your business run without you 24 seven. I want you to think about automation, workflows, delegation, your business becomes a machine that works even when you're sleeping, even when you're on vacation, even when you're not working. So ask yourself this, if you disappeared, for two weeks, would your business survive? Would people know what to do in your company? And if not, this is where we start. 

And number two is the visibility engine. Your personal brand, and I cannot emphasize this enough, is your ultimate leverage tool. I've seen it over and over, especially in these last six months as I've coached some of my private clients how their visibility engine has mattered more than anything else because it positions you as the authority in your market. It's your 24 seven marketing machine that attracts your ideal clients. So you stop chasing leads and you get to choose who you want to work with because visibility and authority are no longer optional in our industry. They're the difference between being a secret agent and becoming the agent clients are searching for. 

Number three is I want you to lead like a CEO. I think that scaling isn't always just about strategy. It's about identity. This pillar is about shifting from your hustler to your leader from doing everything yourself and trying to be superhero and superwoman and Superman to thinking and acting like the CEO of your business. Because if you don't change the way you lead, you'll always stay stuck running everything yourself. 

And number four is design your business, live your life. At the end of the day, success, and I've seen this as well, means nothing if your business consumes your life. This is where we align your business model with your lifestyle goals so that you can have both success and have the space in your calendar for what matters most. So I want to ask you all, my friends, is what's the point of scaling if you're stuck in the grind? 

Your business doesn't have to own you. You can build a model that works for you, a business that grows without requiring you 24 seven. And we have been working, like I said, behind the scenes for months on something special.
