Welcome back to The Raquel Show. This show is for entrepreneurs who want to Play Bigger in business and in life. This is episode number six in our six part series, the agent CEO system, build your empire, live your legacy. And it was a highly requested series from all of you guys. And so this is the first time we are ever doing a series.
And I want to speak to the agent who maybe just stumbled across this episode. Here's the truth. In the next four months, you're either going to one, keep functioning the way you are reacting over working stuck on the crazy up and down roller coaster ride of commissions, or you're going to make massive shifts that set you up so that when you look at December, you can look back and say, this was the year I took control of my business, my time and my life. You just have to decide.
So in episodes one through five, we tackled three traps that keep agents stuck, the systems that break them free and ways to expand their income well beyond closings.
Today, I'm putting it all together in the agent CEO blueprint, the exact six part framework that I teach inside of our agent CEO accelerator to help agents go from reactive and overworked to a profitable, scalable, freedom based business, which I love.
So whether you've listened to every episode or you're just tuning in for the first time, this blueprint is your roadmap. And when you apply it, you won't recognize your business by the end of the year.
So step one is the mindset shift. You are the CEO. You are the CEO of your business and you are the CEO of your life. Most agents think to themselves as salespeople or top producers. You work with clients, you close deals, you get paid. But if you really, really, really, really want to build an empire, you got to stop thinking like an agent and start thinking like a CEO because CEOs, they protect their time. Like it's the most valuable asset.
They make decisions based on data, not emotions or drama, and they invest in systems and people to help grow their company. When you make this CEO mindset shift, everything changes because you stop asking, how can I get this done? And then you start asking who or what can get this done for me. So I remember the day I stopped calling myself just an agent and started introducing myself as the CEO and founder of our real estate company.
That tiny shift changed how I showed up. It changed how others treated me and it changed the kind of opportunities that came my way.
So step number two is I want you to build a predictable lead generation. No more feast or famine. You need a lead engine that runs whether you are on a showing or on a vacation, or in bed with a flu. So as an example, a predictable lead generation system is one core inbound strategy, which is attraction marketing or Instagram, social SEO websites. You are getting inbound leads and one core outbound strategy like targeted outreach, events, prospecting, like cold calling, door knocking. That's all outbound.
So the other thing is that adds to your lead generation system is a follow-up sequence that nurtures leads automatically until they're ready. And inside of our accelerator, we help agents install a 24 seven lead machine. So you never wake up wondering where the heck is my next deal coming from.
Step number three is core systems that help you scale. Your business needs the right system to run without you micromanaging every deal. Yes, I'm talking to some of you. The five core system categories that every agent CEO needs in their real estate business.
- Number one is you got to have a vision and you have to have some type of accountability system. It's goals that are tied to either KPIs or weekly reviews, some type of tracking system to measure your performance.
- Number two, brand and marketing systems. What is your positioning? What's your niche? What does your marketing calendar look like? Open house system, listing systems, client systems, pre and post close.
- Number three is people system, hiring admin roles, hiring income producers, and then onboarding and training processes.
- And number four is technology and automation systems. Now with the beauty of AI and CRM automation and transaction management software is out there is why don't we just get it all set up for you so that you never have to worry about it.
- And number five is growth and wealth systems. That means referral networks, vendor partnership or investment systems. One of our private clients implemented just some of these systems and we're now bringing it into our accelerator. They had a post-closed client care and automated lead nurture, and they've generated five additional referrals in the last 30 days without working extra hours.
And step number four is leverage. Leverage is that multiplier that turns a job owner into a business owner. And inside of our leverage piece, there's three leverage pillars, which is people leverage, process leverage, and technology leverage, where you automate everything that's repeatable and use project management tools to track your progress without you.
So step number five is multiple income streams because we know how vital and important that is to not just rely on just a hundred percent of your commission. Commission income is just the base, but stability and building wealth comes from adding different sources of income, whether it's referral fees, team income, vendor partnerships, rev share, or real estate investments. Even one additional revenue stream can take some pressures off your closing and allow you to be more selective with clients.
And step number six is lifestyle and legacy integration. Your business should feel the life you want now and build the legacy you want later. Legacy doesn't happen someday. It's built in your daily decision It's in the systems you put in place the people that you actually mentor and the assets you acquire so by December What will you wish you had started today?
