And I have been blown away by the messages, the feedback from agents who had said it had shifted the way they see business. So in this episode, I want to take you deeper into something I've been teaching and living for years. Why it's so important for agents to grow in community and build systems that give you freedom. Because the truth is you can sell more homes, you can stack up commissions, but if you don't have community and you don't have systems, guess what? Your business will always run you instead of you running it. So let's start with the biggest mistake I see agents make. They think freedom comes after they have achieved success. Once I close 10 more deals, Raquel, once I hit a certain GCI, once I finally hire XYZ person. But here's what happens when you hit that milestone. 

Guess what? The chaos doesn't go away. It just gets bigger. More clients, more stress, more late nights, and then talk about adding team members on top of that because you think they're going to give you leverage. The reality is freedom doesn't come from more closing. It comes from changing how you run your business. And that's where community and systems come in. I want you to think about every single major breakthrough you've had in your life. Chances are it didn't happen alone. Community collapses time. You learn in that one hour what would have taken you months to figure out. 

Community gives you that accountability when you see peers implementing. You don't want to be left behind. And community raises your standards when you are in proximity to big thinkers, you start playing bigger automatically. That's why CEOs don't grow in isolation. They put themselves in rooms where growth is the expectation. Now let's talk about the other side, systems. 

If your business depends on you, guess what? You do not own a business. You own a job. And too many agents, even high producers, are stuck here. But when you actually install systems, everything changes. From lead generation systems so that you always know where your next client is coming from. Client experience systems so that every buyer and seller feels like they're taking care of without you chasing all the details. And then your revenue routine systems, which we've talked about in this podcast, so that your calendar reflects your priorities, not just your inbox. And then last but not least is your financial systems so that you know what's coming in, what's going out, and what you're keeping. When systems run your business, you can finally step back and be the CEO. 

And here's the most important piece. Systems don't take away from freedom. They create it. So let me give you an example. I've coached agents who are closing 40, 50, and even 75 deals a year, all the way to the multiple hundreds. But they could be exhausted. There's no vacation, there's missed family moments, phone in hand 24 seven. The moment they implemented the right system, their business didn't just grow, it became sustainable. They could double their income, they could actually take time off because the business didn't fall apart without them. Freedom, my friends, isn't just financial. It's being able to pick up your kid from school, take them to practice, go on that trip or even take a Friday off without fear that your income is going to dry up. That's the gift of systems. Here's the magic community and systems don't just add up, they multiply. And when you're in community of agents, all implementing the same systems, you're not just learning, you're applying. 

You see, real time examples, you swap ideas, you push each other to level up. And it's like going to the gym with a workout partner. You'll always be pushed further and stay more consistent and actually see results. It's probably why I joined F 45 and I have another place where I actually have to sign up for classes. That's exactly what's happening right now inside of the Agent to CEO Accelerator. 

Agents are not just learning theory. They're actually putting it to practice altogether. So my friends, I want to leave you with this. If you want freedom in your business, stop waiting for the someday. Freedom isn't a finish line. It's a built day by day through systems and through surrounding yourself with the right people. Community accelerates growth. Systems will give you your time back and together they'll unlock the lifestyle that you've always wanted.
