It's about growing together, becoming better leaders and learning how to play bigger in every area of your life. Now I want to talk about something that may ruffle some feathers and it's a myth that has been floating around in our industry for way too long is that you need a giant team to hit seven figures or in order to have a big business, you need this massive team. 

And the truth is you don't. You don't need 20, 30, 40, 50, or even 100 agents under your name. You really need systems. You need structure and you need strategy. So if you've ever, ever, ever felt pressure to build a massive team, a massive organization, or a massive company just to make more money, I think this episode might free you up. 

So today we are diving into the Solo Agent CEO method, the exact model I teach some of my clients who scale to multiple six and seven figures without the chaos of managing a massive team. So grab your notebook because this could be the one that could completely change the way you see leverage forever. 

You see, when I first built my big team many years ago, I thought success meant more. It meant more listings, more people, more signs in the yard, more of everything. And we grew fast, but I realized that I had created a monster that I had to feed every single day. I mean, I remember when we first started investing in Zillow leads and back then, in like 2011 or 2012, we were paying 15, 16,000. And I thought, Hey, why not go to 18 or 20,000 just for one source of leads. had built teams, have scaled businesses, and I have coached agents and leaders at every single level. 

And one thing I've learned is that bigger isn't always better. and bigger isn't always better for everyone. I've watched agents chase growth for the sake of just chasing growth and they end up trapped and handcuffed by what they've built. So I have to ask myself a question that I ask my clients is what if, just what if you could build a million dollar business, lean with less overhead, fewer headaches and way more profit. 

And the question started a movement in my coaching and my own business because when I started studying solo agents, quietly hitting seven figures with small tight operations, tight leverage, I saw a pattern emerge a framework any agent could install. And that's exactly what we're diving into today. We're breaking this down in four parts. 

So part one is clarity. Cause you know, I love tactics is I need you guys to define your model. You cannot scale chaos. can't scale confusion. And before you start adding people decide what you're actually building. Are you a solo agent with leverage or are you trying to be a team leader or rainmaker or producing rainmaker and build this team? Because those are two very different models. A solo agent CEO runs a company of one clear goals, clear roles and clear boundaries. 

So like one VA could handle the marketing. One TC can handle your contract and that's it. You don't need 10 people you're managing daily. So I want you to ask yourself if I had 10 X my closings tomorrow, what system would break? And now there's a high my friends. The answer is yes. My system would break is you want to fix that before you hire. 

So that leads me into systems, the invisible team leverage. Especially nowadays doesn't mean people. It means processes and it means technology. And it can also mean like automation, your CRM, your templates. Those are the team members that never sleep. I want you to use automation for your nurture when your client care, you could use templates for your offers and DMS and listing marketing. You can organize things. We do this in our agent CEO accelerator. 

They've got a dashboard of all of their business totally organized and when you organize your operations Guess what you remove friction and you free up mental space mental capacity For what actually grows revenue and one of our agents inside of play bigger closed over a hundred deals last year with one assistant very simple business because systems did the heavy lifting and that's leverage. Next part would be brand and visibility because your 24 Salesforce matters, especially in today's economy, especially in today's market. Your content is your recruiter, your marketer, your first impression, your resume, all in one. Every post should either build trust. 

It should build authority or connection post with a purpose. I don't always believe in posting every single day. Just post something with purpose. Showcase your expertise, share behind the scenes, tell stories of client wins. They want to see proof over promise that I'd repurpose everything. One story can become a real, an email, a carousel, which are hitting right now, by the way, or a YouTube shorts. When you do that consistently, your brand becomes your sales team. 

I'll tell you, I have a few mentors that are not in real estate, not in our industry. They're in the digital space. They are coaches. They run service based business and they used to have DM closers. They used to have a whole sales operation. A lot of them got rid of them this year and they said that their business is more profitable and they started focusing on better content because when you have better content, you have better marketing, the sales does the heavy lifting. So I want you to ask yourself, if I stopped prospecting for 30 days, would my brand still generate business today? That's a kicker. I'm gonna say that again. If I stopped prospecting for 30 days, would my brand still generate business? And if not, guess what? You gotta think about building that visibility engine right now. 

The next part is profit and freedom. I need you to operate it like a CEO. Stop measuring success by just GCI alone. And a million dollar GCI team can net less than 600k solo agent who runs lean. So what matters at the end is what you keep and how you live. So build a business that you can run from your laptop, not an office full of chaos. 

Protect your time, like the CEO that you are, block your CEO hours for strategies, for decisions for growth, not busy work. And here's your exercise. If you haven't done this yet, is write down your hourly worth. Anything that you do below that number, I want you to delegate it, automate it, or delete it, because freedom isn't the absence of work. It is in the presence of systems that give you a choice. 

And here's what I want you to think about this week. Cause you know, I always love to give you guys questions is what are you over complicating in your business right now in the name of growth? What would your business look like if it were simple, profitable and lean? A question that I would keep asking myself is when I get into projects, when I get into partnerships is what would it look like if it were easy, right? It's almost the same thing. What would it look like if my business was simple, profitable and lean? And then the next thing is who or what can you automate today that frees up your time tomorrow? So I want you to pick one system that totally feels like manual work. 

Maybe it's your transaction tracking. Maybe it's your social posting and try to automate it this week. Just one. And then watch how much capacity and calm you gain. So if you're ready to stop feeling like you have to build a big team to make big money,
