Heather Molloy is the CEO of Speedwell, where she invests in established companies in the legal cannabinoid market and advises select clients. Previously, she led corporate development at TerrAscend Corp., driving U.S. market expansion through strategic acquisitions and capital raises. Heather also founded ulu capital & consulting, guiding cannabis businesses and investors across multiple states since 2014. With a background in capital markets at Swiss Re and leadership roles in finance, she holds an M.B.A. in Finance from NYU Stern and a B.S. from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
