Hello Inky Thinkers and welcome to the 21st episode of the podcast 

This time around we are diving into a different aspect of the tattoo industry than we might normally focus on, the admin side of things. 
But before you skip or find a pillow and think this will be a snooze fest, tattoo admin is actually a growing and pretty cool part of the industry. 

Just as we have artists struggling to get by at the moment, we also see studios and artists that are on the other side, and others yet again that breath new life into their business, all by giving up control of the admin side, to someone who is trained to do it and enjoys it. 
Indeed, listening to Erica explain what it is she teaches people, so that they have the skills tattoo artists can benefit from to sustain and possibly grow and improve their business, is pretty inspiring (and she does it all without selling some get rich quick scheme to people).
