Defeating Discouragement
2 Corinthians 4:16-18
Discouragement is taking a toll on Christians at a staggering rate, but Jesus Christ shows us a better way. One way that Jesus defeated discouragement was by choosing the right priorities. He didn’t focus on everything. He didn’t put everything first. He had clear priorities. What priorities has Jesus provided to help us overcome discouragement in Him?

-2 Corinthians 4:17- For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison.

-2 Corinthians 4:18- As we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.
