Three Guys Around a Table and The Best Of…
We Honor Robert Duvall, Argue The Greatest Action Hero, And Laugh Through Olympic Chaos
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
The room’s cold, the takes are hot, and we open with heart: a salute to Robert Duvall at 95 that turns into an impromptu film school. We trade favorite roles—Tom Hagen’s calm power in The Godfather, Kilgore’s unshakeable swagger in Apocalypse Now, the warmth of Secondhand Lions, even a Twilight Zone deep cut—and try to name what made Duvall unforgettable. It isn’t volume or flash. It’s presence, the kind that sneaks up on you and won’t let go.
From there, we blast straight to the Winter Olympics. Hockey dust-ups, high-speed sleds, and ski jumps that dare gravity get a full breakdown, with a sharp detour into curling controversy: Canada vs Sweden, finger-on-the-rock accusations, and the awkwardness of being caught on video. We debate what makes a sport feel fair—stopwatches and tape measures vs the murk of judging—and why fans love clean wins, even as artistry keeps us arguing.
Then we throw gloves on for the Action Movie Star Bracket, courtesy of our fearless “Producer Dr. Mellon.” Tom Cruise slices past nostalgia, Keanu Reeves rides the John Wick legend, Harrison Ford reminds us he’s more than a fedora, Arnold flexes the Predator era, and Stallone drags the 80s into the present with Rocky, Rambo, and Expendables punch. The semifinals are brutal. The final—Cruise vs Stallone—tests precision against range. We crown Stallone, not because he’s flashier, but because his characters grow with us. The stories feel earned.
To cool down, we dabble in a 60 Minutes riff on ultra-processed foods and the infamous Olestra era, then stage a Canadian candy taste test: Coffee Crisp wins on texture and balance; Eat More becomes a dental event. It’s messy, human, and exactly the sort of left turn that makes this hangout sing—great films, wild sports, and the kind of everyday debates that bring friends back to the table.
If you had the final vote, who’s your greatest action star ever? Hit play, subscribe for more spirited showdowns, and drop your GOAT in a review so we can argue it next time.
Meet The Three Friends
SPEAKER_02Three guys around a table. By three guys, we're talking about three friends. A lawyer, an engineer, and a school superintendent.
SPEAKER_04And just like our personalities, our opinions vary, and we certainly don't always agree. Whether we're discussing the best of or getting our tips and tricks of things in everyday life, you're sure to learn something if you stick around.
Setting Up The Action Star Bracket
SPEAKER_04Action movie stars. We have a new bracket. Thanks to Professor Dr. Mellon. Doctor Doctor.
SPEAKER_02Producer Mellon. Doctor Doctor. Yep. Um course, since it's on a Google form, nobody can open it.
SPEAKER_03Who does Google Docs? What even is Google? Only education. Nobody else in the world uses Google Forms.
SPEAKER_04I try to open it. I'm like, oh, you must have Google Docs. I'm like, oh, let me think back when my kids were in school.
SPEAKER_02I I can open it on my work phone, which I do not have right now. I've got my personal phone and open it.
SPEAKER_04You know what's awesome? I don't know how to contact him on his work phone, and that is a good thing. Oh, absolutely. Otherwise, it'd be an unemployed work phone.
SPEAKER_03You know what's also awesome? It's not extraordinarily
Room Banter And Tech Gripes
SPEAKER_03cold in here today.
SPEAKER_02Well, no, it's a million degrees.
SPEAKER_03It's it's not warm.
SPEAKER_04I think it's like 67, maybe. Probably.
SPEAKER_02No.
SPEAKER_03I mean, I'm still under my blanket.
SPEAKER_04It's it's it's and you have a you have a heater on high under your feet. I don't see what the issue is. If there is a spark or a fire, I'll let you know.
SPEAKER_03I don't think it works.
SPEAKER_02It it works fine. It is actually plugged into an extension cord with two other things in it. So here we go. Here we go. There's no question.
SPEAKER_04You're gonna start hearing a fuse. Pop, pop, you're gonna blow a fuse in the basement.
SPEAKER_03A blanket over top of it to where it was just holded in. That would work.
SPEAKER_02So uh what else are we gonna talk about in addition to action movie
Robert Duvall Tribute And Favorites
SPEAKER_02stars?
SPEAKER_03The winter Olympics, because it's so cold in here, you could have it in this room. That's true. Rip root Robert Duval. Yeah, gotta talk about Robert Duval.
SPEAKER_02So we just found out that Robert Duval passed away today at the at the ripe old age of 95. What a life.
SPEAKER_0395. So so before we get into it, but what's your favorite movies with him in it? I got a few.
SPEAKER_02Um I gotta I got for me, I've gotta go Godfather one and two. I think he was just, you know, as uh as the concierge, uh Tom Hagan.
SPEAKER_04Tom Hagen, that's right.
SPEAKER_02Fantastic. Um he stole so many scenes in that. But but I've got another one that I'll let you guys go.
SPEAKER_04There's so many movies. I just named when he first came in. Days of Thunder and Days of Thunder. Those two are great. Second Hand Lions, which I think is one of the greatest family movies ever made. If you're out there listening, you've never seen it. It's uh Michael Cain, Robert Deval, um the guy from Sixth Sense, the kid from Sixth Sense, I can't think of his name.
SPEAKER_01Um the movie's so good. Oh, Haley Joe Osmond.
SPEAKER_04Yes, Hayley Joe Osman, good job. But I think um I'm gonna give you some I'll give you some lines and you tell me the movie. Okay. Because I actually, since my voice is still gone, I kind of sound like him. Smell that? But it was bad.
SPEAKER_02I was gonna go with apocalypse now. Yes.
SPEAKER_04Napalm. Yep. Napalm sounds like napalm the morning. You know what it smells like? You know what napalm in the morning smells like? Victory. Victory. Yeah. One of these days this war will be over. Yep. What a great movie. Oh, yeah. Kilgore fantastic. Kilgore was his name. Yeah. He goes, You will surf or you will die. I'll surf the son of a gun myself. Yeah. Such a good movie. Such a good movie. So Apocalypse Now is one of my favorites.
SPEAKER_02That's that was going to be the one I went with, yeah. What else? What do you got?
SPEAKER_03Days of Thunder and Gone in Sixty Seconds are so good.
SPEAKER_02You know, I've never seen Gone in Sixty Seconds. Oh, it's amazing.
SPEAKER_03It's a good movie. Brainless. Angelina Jolie drives me crazy in it, but but Nicolas Cage is good in it. He's great in it. Um the Days of Thunder's really good. Uh that's just his latest movies.
SPEAKER_04I mean, look, go back to his old, you know, we were just talking earlier about.
SPEAKER_03I could laugh watching him in Days of Thunder forever. I mean, seriously, he's wanting to come in and get new tires on his car. Tom Cruise is. He says you can't right now, we're eating ice cream. And so it's not.
SPEAKER_02Isn't that where he says something about like bumping his race in? Yeah, rubbing his racing rubbing his racing, yeah, yeah. Um I'll tell you, I'll give you one that's not a movie, but a TV show. And it's one of the lesser-known ones, but it was from season four of Twilight Zone. It was an hour-long episode called The Miniatures. And Robert Duval plays this guy that he lives with his mother, and he goes to the museum and he sees this miniature house with this little little doll, and he falls in love with the little doll.
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_02And then later on, you know, he they send him to the insane asylum, and he gets infatuated with this doll, and at the end, he becomes he he enters the and so he becomes a miniature with with her.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, it's it's a really good one, yeah. Remember him being in the natural? I do.
SPEAKER_03Uh I think I did.
SPEAKER_02Max Mercy. It's when the train stops and they get out. Max Mercy. He's he's throughout it. He's after that. Yeah, and uh and throughout he's the one that discovers that uh that he was the one that struck out the whammer. Oh yeah. Great. Joe Joe Kidd, we talked about that one. Louis Chamber. I'm after Lewis Chamber. What have been what was he in the MASH movie? Oh, yeah. Was it Burns? Was he Burns? He was Frank Burns. I thought so, yeah. In the in in MASH. Yeah. He was in bowling true grit. And by the way, just a trivia question from that, I guess. I guess we could say that it could be a fun fact. Who played Hot Lips Houlihan in the MASH movie? Who also just recently passed away? Loretta Switch No, that was in the TV show. Who was in the movie? Sophia Loren. Sally Kellerman, who also played the professor in Rodney Dangerfield's Back to School. Yes! Yes. Oh, fun fact. Fun fact? Okay, here we go.
SPEAKER_04And in the movie Dirty Dancing, Kellerman's is the summer camp they go to.
SPEAKER_02Well, I don't know.
SPEAKER_04No correlation, I just went with Kellerman.
SPEAKER_02I've never seen uh Dirty Dancing either.
SPEAKER_04I've seen it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I like it. It's good.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's fine. Well it's a dove. That's the other one that's got to get a shout out for that. Long movie, but he's really good in it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, my wife, uh my wife loves that one. I've never seen it.
SPEAKER_04It's good. Yeah, it's really good. And again, he was in true grit, which is one of my favorites. So all right.
SPEAKER_02Olympics or do we want to go to Olympics now?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02All right.
SPEAKER_03So what's been your favorite part? Hockey for you?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Hockey has been great. Uh no fighting in the Olympics except Tom Wilson said, Yeah, I'm not gonna listen to that. Got into a fight yesterday with France. What do they do when they do that?
Duvall Deep Cuts And Trivia
SPEAKER_02Uh say don't do it again?
SPEAKER_03They basically they put them in the pendul db.
SPEAKER_02That's true. Well, so um with uh, you know, with with Tom Wilson, um Team Canada, they just say, you know, don't do that again. The guy that fought for France, the French Olympic committee today booted him for the rest of the of the of the time. Here you go. Yeah. Said it's it was against the spirit of Olympic competition. Uh they obviously don't watch too much hockey in France. So but no hockey for sure. Uh what about you?
SPEAKER_04I like all the skiing. I don't care. I was watching Super G. I was watching the women's downhill, um, the men's downhill. It's and then of course we were watching uh big hill jumping when we came in. I just I like all the skiing events. Still can't do the ice skating. I tried, I tried, I tried, I can't.
SPEAKER_03Janie and Hallie love watching the ice skating. But I really like watching dancing or whatever it is. Can't do it. No, so we usually watch that at night. But look, if it's anything racing, I can watch it.
SPEAKER_04You know what I enjoy? I really watch the Australia. I like watching the Australians and the Canadians yell at each other over curling. Don't be a cheater. Don't take your finger and push the rock afterwards. And then call him out of it. When you let go of it, don't touch it again, bruh. Yeah. We called him out, and then the guy got just automatically defensive.
SPEAKER_02I think it was Sweden that called him out, wasn't it?
SPEAKER_04Oh, they were in yellow. I thought it was Australia.
SPEAKER_02I think it was Sweden because the guy had a you know it's bad when Sweden came out. We videoed it. We show you after a match.
SPEAKER_04Sweden. I'm gonna type in Canadian cheaters.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Uh and that guy lost his mind. Started cussing the guy out.
SPEAKER_03Well, I mean, I I totally support his response.
SPEAKER_02Yes, I believe that you would.
SPEAKER_03But I mean, it I I I could get behind exact saying the exact same thing. Uh, but don't be cheating. You're right.
SPEAKER_04It was Sweden, but here's the thing can Canada's curling. We'll show you the video. Yeah, we show you a video. Accuses Sweden of filming violation. They got mad because they filmed it. I mean, don't cheat. That's great.
SPEAKER_03Isn't that great? It's stupid. We may have cheated, but you filmed us. And you shouldn't have filmed us. I mean, that's that sounds like Ohio State, Michigan. Absolutely. Right. Exactly.
SPEAKER_02I kind of I kind of agree with Greg, really. And any of the racing things have been great. I'm not really huge on anything where there's judging.
SPEAKER_03Subjectivity, we don't like it. Yeah. I mean, look, I can use the stopwatch to see who wasn't bobsledd.
SPEAKER_02So, like, we've been watching the the big hill super uh ski jumping tonight.
SPEAKER_03Whoever goes the furthest.
SPEAKER_02Right. And so, but now they add this element of judging into it. So, how did you land? How were you, you know? I'm saying if you land and don't die, you deserve a medal.
SPEAKER_03If you fly through the air to uh one and a half football fields, yes, you've accomplished your.
SPEAKER_04I mean, seriously. I kind of go along with that too on the on the swimming in the Summer Olympics. If you don't drown, you successfully swam.
Shift To Winter Olympics Highlights
SPEAKER_04That's true, right? That's true. Let's think about it. What other sport is avoiding dying? Swimming. Swimming.
SPEAKER_03Um I think they should put sharks in there with them. That's a bit entertaining. They go faster, I bet you.
SPEAKER_02I think the uh all the world records with the uh the sledding uh events, all of them have been really good. I haven't seen any of them. I've missed them all. Yeah, the skeleton and bobsled and you know um Yeah, I watched I watched two-person bobsled today.
SPEAKER_03That's um how does one figure out if they're good at that? I don't know, but I'd love to try it.
SPEAKER_04Here's the deal. I'm gonna lay on top of you and we're gonna go.
SPEAKER_03No, that's I'm against two-person lou. That's what you're doing.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's what bobsled, they both get in the car. One of them like drives the other one, I don't know what the other one does. Yeah, they just bend to leans forward, leans forward and gets out of the wind.
SPEAKER_04The thing is, if you notice the thighs on those people, because they're pushing that thing as fast as they can. I'm like, personal god.
SPEAKER_02So the guy from uh Saturday Night Live that does weekend update, not Michael Che, but the other one, Colin Yoast. Yep, that's awesome. Colin Joast, Yost, whatever Joast. Um, he he did a uh a bobsled. He did the two-person bobsled with the the one of the steering guys. Yeah. And I watched the video of it today. It's the funniest thing because all he does the entire time is scream. Oh my god! And afterwards he said it was the scariest thing he's ever experienced.
SPEAKER_03The two-person bobsled today they got up to 82, 83 miles an hour at the bottom. I totally do that. I'd get in it right now.
SPEAKER_02That's cooking.
SPEAKER_03Now, I wouldn't start the running to push it, yeah, but just let me sit in it, let's just go.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Let's better lean. Hey, look, when they say lean, you better lean. Yeah. I mean, that that's got to be some serious G's when they're pulling, you know, in those curves and everything. Speaking of lean, whatever happened to O-lean? Remember O-lean? Olestra? Yes.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, whatever happened to that.
SPEAKER_02Uh I think it's uh like 60 Minutes said last night, it's an ultra-processed food. Do you remember that, Greg?
SPEAKER_03What One did it made you go to the bathroom?
SPEAKER_04No, no, what was the term they used? I don't know. Anal leakage. Yes. Okay. It was bad.
SPEAKER_03It was bad.
SPEAKER_02And the chips just weren't very good. Uh I can honestly say I never tried one. Yeah, just give me the give me the regular fat.
SPEAKER_03I want regular kettle, kettle corn. If I'm gonna eat chips, I'm gonna eat chips. Give me the grease.
SPEAKER_02It was really interesting 60 minutes last night. I don't know if you saw any of it, but um they've uh they did a whole show.
SPEAKER_03Look, I'm not as old as you, so I don't watch 60 minutes of research. What was it about?
SPEAKER_02Well, it was all about processed food. Oh and ultra-processed food, I should say. And that one thousand. RFK, they interviewed him, he was on there. Hey, how good does it taste? Well, RF
Curling Controversy And Judging Rants
SPEAKER_02RFK basically said, I don't think I think it's rude.
SPEAKER_04He's got a medical condition. You're making fun of it. That is rude. He's got a medical condition, you're gonna be that way.
SPEAKER_02But no, I I thought the the points that they made were really interesting. Did they bring up Olean? No kidding. No, they they it was all about all of these things that that uh yeah are making people obese and you know, all those and how they're a spoon. Basically eating. Basically, what they were talking about is if if there's more than four or five ingredients, if there's anything in an ingredient list that you can't pronounce, don't eat it. That's what they were talking about. Everything. What are you gonna eat?
SPEAKER_03I mean, that means that means you're just eating fruits and vegetables and steak and chicken and that are not grown or processed or whatever.
SPEAKER_02But for Chris, it's like even on the ones where it's like, you know, potatoes, oil, and salt are the only three ingredients, he can't pronounce potatoes because in his lingo it's potato. Right.
SPEAKER_03But the word the servants can pronounce it. So I mean, he he does have a food taster before every meal. So it's weird when we go out and eat dinner because there's this third guy, there's this third guy. I must try daddy food.
SPEAKER_04That's just in case someone's trying to poison me.
SPEAKER_02That's true. Uh, by the way, uh, shout out, thank you for entertaining our friends this weekend at the uh Larrickin uh distillery. We um uh we have I've never been there. It was a really good time. Um all right, we had some friends in from Cleveland that uh Cleveland Rocks, yeah. Or the mistake by the lake. Old friends of ours that uh and uh so if they listen to this, shout out to Craig and Annie and also to our new friends, Rachel and Matt, that we met with them. They did all of the distillery tours, it was a lot of fun. All of them, good yeah. They gosh, so that day they went to uh all of them. All of them. Yeah. They went to Buffalo Trace, then Four Roses, then Larrickan, and then Woodford Reserve. And they had special things to say about Larrickin afterwards. Really, really enjoyed the experience. They were like, it was it was so much better than one of those canned tours when we got to you know, get to hear about the different bourbons, try everything. Yeah, they they really they really enjoyed it. So I was the designated driver all weekend for them. So it was it was a blast for me. So I bet you got nowhere fast then, did you?
SPEAKER_03I can't I can't believe we're having a podcast on Monday night. I don't know.
SPEAKER_02You just got in just a minute ago then you can't drive 35. Isn't that the truth? Ain't that the truth? And then Sunday they went to Bartstown and did all those over there and Loreto, they did, you know. So yeah, they did a good time. It was a good time. Good. All right, so where are we at here with uh producer Mellon?
SPEAKER_04So producer Dr. Mellon sent us a uh a wonderful Google Google.
SPEAKER_03Sit on that piece of wood.
SPEAKER_02Look how scary that is. No offense.
SPEAKER_03I'd I'd sit on the wood, I just wouldn't get off of it. I wouldn't. Because I first I wouldn't climb out there to it, and second, I didn't know if I could get off of it. So I asked my I'm not doing it.
SPEAKER_04Let's put it this way, there'd be a suction hole in that board from where I sat.
SPEAKER_02And again, just so for the listeners out there, we are gonna shift to video at some point this year. Uh, we're watching the ski jumping right now, where they they they crawl out onto the little wooden plank about 300 feet up, and then they go down. Skis are so long, too. Look at that. And by the way, why do they have the is that to slow the people down the little or is it to also measure what distance they do?
SPEAKER_03The lines of the distance that's to slow them down.
SPEAKER_02The little things that look like trees that stick up out of the room.
SPEAKER_03Like little cacti.
SPEAKER_04All right.
SPEAKER_02Okay, yeah, sorry, go ahead. Doctor, doctor.
SPEAKER_04Dr. Producer Mellon sent us uh action movie stars, uh bracket action movie stars.
SPEAKER_02By the way, I should before you get started. I should give a shout-out to digressing so much as 1000. But I gotta give a shout out to Rick Mellon Consulting and Doctor LLC. Doctor, doctor. Yes, he has his uh uh new LLC.
SPEAKER_04So I know why that is. Can I say it or should I not say it?
SPEAKER_02It's it's about Texas. Texas. What's Texas got with it? I like Texas. What's Texas got to do with it? All right, go ahead.
SPEAKER_04All right, action movie stars.
Sleds, Speed, And Sheer Terror
SPEAKER_04Um he put some some thought into some of these. Some of them I have to question his sanity.
SPEAKER_03So is it a bracket? We're choosing one out of two.
SPEAKER_04I hit it. Okay. So we're gonna start with the number one Dr. Doctor Tom Cruise versus Steven Seagall. Oh, easy for me.
SPEAKER_02Tom Cruise a million times.
SPEAKER_03I think it's Tom Cruise.
SPEAKER_02I think it's Tom Cruise, too, but you gotta get it.
SPEAKER_03I mean, what's Stephen Segal been in besides um Courage Under Five?
SPEAKER_04No, what was that? Under Siege, he was in Under Siege and all those back in the 80s. I think it's 99s.
SPEAKER_03I mean, but Tom Cruise has been a gazillion.
SPEAKER_04Steven Seagal, last time I saw him, he couldn't walk in that door either.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04He still had that stupid ponytail, though.
SPEAKER_02And all the Saturday Night Live guys say that he was the worst ever Saturday Night Live host.
SPEAKER_04So that's good enough for me. Tom Cruise moving on. All right. Wesley Snipes, Jason Statham. This one's easy for me.
unknownI don't know. Jason Statham.
SPEAKER_04You've seen him before. He was in the Expendables. Um He's in Gone in the 60 Seconds. He's in the uh the uh Fast and Furious franchise. He's the guy with the reddish he's awesome. Yeah, I go Jason Statham here. I will go with Jason Statham.
SPEAKER_03I don't know who he is. Two fun facts. I'll go with Wesley Snipes, just for because I don't know who he is.
SPEAKER_04Wesley Snipes, thank you. That's too. Wesley Snipes was in what famous baseball movie? Major League. What was his claim to fame in Major League? Willie May say he's fast. He was so fast. But in all reality, he was really slow and they did everything in slow motion.
SPEAKER_03Correct, to make it look fast. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04My second claim to I like when they did the credit card. Don't leave home without Don't Steal Home Without it. Other uh fun fact, Jason Statham.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_04Prior to becoming an actor.
SPEAKER_02He was a uh street hustler. He was a professional diver. Oh. Like high dive. I thought he did street hustling too, like where he did like three card trick and.
SPEAKER_03I don't know who that person is.
SPEAKER_02You'll see you see him. Yeah, he has hairs similar to mine. I highly recommend the Expendable series, by the way. Those are pretty good. They are really good.
SPEAKER_03They're just old school fun put it on. Are they in color or black and white? They're colored.
SPEAKER_04Oh, it's got Dolph Lundren, Stallone, Stallone, Jason Statham. Yeah. Yeah. You know who he is. Yeah. He's awesome.
SPEAKER_03I recognize him now that I see his face. Okay.
SPEAKER_04Alright. Keanu Reeves. Whoa. John Wick's hard to beat.
SPEAKER_03Chuck Norris. Oh.
SPEAKER_04Chuck Norris. This is a really difficult one. Chuck Norris versus Keanu Reeves. Whoa.
SPEAKER_03I'm gonna go with Keanu Reeves because I think the John Wick series is so good. Whoa.
SPEAKER_02I'll let you pick. I have never seen any of the John Wicks. They're so good. I gotta break the tie if you go Chuck Norris because I'm going Chuck Norris because Chuck Norris is What's he in that's really good?
SPEAKER_03Everything. Delta Force.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. It it doesn't stand up to Keanu Reeves.
SPEAKER_03Uh Keanu Reeves is gonna be moving on.
SPEAKER_02He is because look, Chris, I cannot believe you haven't seen John Reeves.
SPEAKER_04You know the greatest Keanu Reeves movie? Awesome. You know the greatest Keanu Reeves movie?
SPEAKER_02The replacements? Uh no, not even close. All the John Wicks are better.
SPEAKER_03And and the devil's advocates better. What about Speed? He was in Speed.
SPEAKER_02Speed
Ultra‑Processed Food Tangent
SPEAKER_02was, yeah. I mean, look, I'm a big Bill and Ted guy, too.
SPEAKER_03Hey, you they killed his dog in John Wick, and he kills everybody. Oh, it's yeah, I mean, he kills he kills everybody. And the way he kills. He's good in the matrix, too, by the way. He's good in the matrix. Whoa. And I finally felt some warm air.
SPEAKER_04That's on my hand. That's uh that's the dog breathing on him.
SPEAKER_02I'm getting ready to take my clothes off in here because it's about 83 degrees.
SPEAKER_03But we're not paying you this time. All right. All right, moving on. Uh so Keanu Reese beats Chuck Norris. I totally support it.
SPEAKER_04Whoa. All right. Dwayne the Rock Johnson versus Matt Damon. And I'm sure the action movies. I'm sure this is coming from the Matt Damon um um born identity movies.
SPEAKER_03I haven't seen any of them.
SPEAKER_04I saw one.
SPEAKER_03Uh look, I would put Matt Damon as a better actor, but as an action movie actor, I gotta go with The Rock.
SPEAKER_02I have to concur. I have to conclude. What action movies have you been in? The Rock? Besides the franchise, the gone the Bast and Furious, uh Jumanji. That's an action movie? Yeah, I would say it's an action movie. There's action. Uh yeah. Uh well look, him uh every darn gang. Yeah, I the Tooth Fairy.
SPEAKER_04I love the Tooth Fairies. That is so good. He's the king.
SPEAKER_02Joe Kingman. Look, if it's going to be a wrestler, we're most likely going to go that way. Dwayne the Rock Johnson, moving on. All right. Doink the clown versus the big show.
SPEAKER_03Doink.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Harrison Ford versus Jean-Claude Van Damme. This one's easy for me. Harrison Ford. Harrison Ford. Harrison Ford. Yeah, come on.
SPEAKER_03The only one I could think of for Jean-Claude Van Damme is like blood sport and stuff. Which is really good. Yeah. But it was 84 or 85.
SPEAKER_02The Asian guide, it was enormous. Harrison Ford's got some really underrated movies.
SPEAKER_04Absolutely does.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Patriot Games is one of my favorite movies. I like it was the uh One Armed Man. Uh The Fugitive, yeah. My goodness, he's good enough. I didn't kill my wife. I don't care.
SPEAKER_04You know what movie he's really good in that I don't know how critically acclaimed it was. I don't remember, but I truly enjoy watching it every time is the one where he gets shot um finding um no um Nemo. Oh, remember he gets shot and then he can't remember and he can't talk, and he was such a jerk to start with. And then he draws the cracker box. Um I have no idea what you have to look it up.
SPEAKER_02Uh it's not like remembering Hare Henry or something or something like that. Something Henry, yeah. Yeah. Great movie. Forgetting Henry, forgetting Sarah Marshall.
SPEAKER_04Yes, we're we're getting there.
SPEAKER_02All right, moving on. By the way, which is a fun, fun movie.
SPEAKER_04So Harrison Ford moves on. All right. Sylvester Stallone versus Will Smith. Oh my god. Can I please go first?
SPEAKER_02Terrible. Give me Sly all night, baby. Come on. Let's go.
SPEAKER_04Over the top.
SPEAKER_03Over the top's good. Look at Rocky in as an action movie.
SPEAKER_04Looking for the greatest one ever done. Nope. One. Hands down. The Expendables.
SPEAKER_03I like four. Uh I actually like three. Two's my least favorite. Well, five's my least favorite.

SPEAKER_02Oh, no kidding.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. So a skier goes down, they start blowing, and then they stop.
SPEAKER_02Okay, like I can't do that. Like I if you can see watched one of the old videos from like the 1930s when they did ski jumping. They didn't have tracks to go down. They had regular skis. SPEAKER_03I'm Liam Neeson. Yeah. I'm Liam Neeson. I mean, I've not watched any of the Fast and Furious. So I'm gonna I'll I'll I don't know anything else Vin Diesel's in.
SPEAKER_02I'm not gonna The Pacifier. Um look great movie. Triple X is a fantastic action movie. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Is it Doris Blind has the goggles?
SPEAKER_02No, no. No, that was like uh it's like a sci-fi kind of a thing. Weird triple X he plays a like a skiboard, you know, snowboard guy who does all these little things, but then he's recruited into the the like this um special agency of the American government to go be a spy, basically.
SPEAKER_03So I like Vin Diesel and I turned it off for you because I still have my blanket. I got you.
SPEAKER_04Did you notice the lights got higher in here when you turn it off? The meter, the meter crypt now.
SPEAKER_02I like Vin Diesel as uh Dominic Toretto. I I loved him in that movie Triple X. He he came back as in the third one. He wasn't in the sequel. That was Ice Cube was in that one. It was terrible.
SPEAKER_03Look, you you all are not thinking of the number one factor. Yeah. Who's Liam Neeson dating right now? Oh, I don't know. It's my terrible right now. Oh, yeah. Pamela Anderson. Back in the day. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Oh, even now, I'd still say she's still fine. She just doesn't put on makeup.

SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Terrible. Danny DeVito at 5'3 or 4'10 or whatever. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I gotta go with Arnold.
SPEAKER_04Arnold. All right. Moving on. Yep. Tom Cruise. Jason Statham. Tom Cruise. Tom Cruise. Tom Cruise. All right. Whoa. Keanu Reeves versus The Rock. Keanu Reeves.
SPEAKER_02Keanu, baby. Whoa.
SPEAKER_03I don't even get that, but it's funny.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, he does that in every movie. Whoa. Every movie.
SPEAKER_03I thought you hadn't seen any of them. Whoa.
SPEAKER_02Whoa. All right.
SPEAKER_03Look, in John Wick, uh when he The total number of murders in John Wick's makes it worth watching. People keep asking me if I'm back.

John Wick is not the boogeyman. John Wick is the man who you hire to kill the boogeyman. Yes, absolutely.
SPEAKER_03Never seen it. Look, it's worth watching. Yeah, truly is.
SPEAKER_04How many is there?
SPEAKER_03Four, I think, yeah. Whoa. But you know what they all are? He gets pissed off, kills everybody. Yeah. And you I mean, you know. Everybody's trying to kill him. So is he a bad guy or a good guy? He is very likable. He's a very likable bad guy. Whoa. All right. So kind of like Negan in The Walking Dead.
SPEAKER_02Dog killed. They killed his dog. They killed his dog. That's it. I would kill if someone did anything to Kingdom. All right.
SPEAKER_04The ring and the ring. Harrison Ford versus Sly. I gotta get Sylvester. I gotta go Sylvester.

SPEAKER_03Wait, I need to follow that. Surprised. I mean, in a gated community area, I'm not surprised you've been there.
SPEAKER_02Yes. Yes. Astoria reminds me of my home.
SPEAKER_03Of my second home. The Waldorf Astoria. All right, you ready? Is it Wall? Did you leave off Waldorf before?
SPEAKER_04Waldorf was the old guy I used to sit next to in the balcony at the moment. That's a good thing. That weapon's terrible. All right. Moving on. Tom Cruise versus whoa.
SPEAKER_02I gotta go Tom Cruise there. I mean, he's just I mean, all the missions are possible.
SPEAKER_03I mean, he's gonna win, dude. All right, do I?
SPEAKER_04One more time. Whoa. Actually, Sly may take him down. All right. But it's close. Yep. So we got Sylvester Stallone versus Schwatzenaga.
SPEAKER_02That's a really tough one for me, dude. I'm going sly. I'm going sly.
SPEAKER_04Have you seen the movie The Escape uh Escape Plan with him where they're on, they don't know where they're at. They're in this maximum security prison that you're not supposed to be able to get out of and come to find out they're on a boat in the ocean.
SPEAKER_02I'm going with Arnold just to be contrary. I understand Sly. So yep. Tom Cruise versus Sylvester.
unknownMan.
SPEAKER_04It's a tough one. Take Mission Impossibles out of it. You can't.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_03Take every action movie out of it. Take Rambo, Rocky.
SPEAKER_02In other words, uh, let's just do the one where he plays the perverted Jeffrey Epstein-like character. Uh I cannot believe you went there. Yes.

SPEAKER_02They all stole the backpacks? Steel. I'm going to go with even though I went against him for Sylvester Stallone, or for Arnold Schwarzenegger, I'm going to go Stallone. I will go Stallone.
SPEAKER_03But then it doesn't matter. I'm going to be marketer. I'm going to be contrary to the city.
SPEAKER_04Are you going to sit there and finish your coffee?
SPEAKER_03I'm enjoying my coffee.
SPEAKER_04I think I have to go with Stallone because if you look at the, you know, Cruz, most of his movies, his action movies, had been kind of the same character. Yep.
SPEAKER_03What about Top Gun?
SPEAKER_04I love that. I like Maverick better. Yeah, it was great. But I think I go to Stallone. You won't again, Rambo to Rocky to the Expendables, too. It's not, you know what I'm saying? He he's they're both so dynamic, and it would be a toss-up most of the time, but I think I gotta go with Stallone.

SPEAKER_02That's why it's called Eat More. Wow. Yeah, eat more and have your teeth fall out. It's good. That's what it should be called. I like it. It's growing.
SPEAKER_04It's expanding in my mouth.
SPEAKER_02Uh, I'm gonna go two on this one. I would not recommend eating more of eat more. Give me that coffee crisp back though. I want some more of that.
SPEAKER_04You can't swallow it because it's like it keeps stretching.
