Jessie Mundell is a Canadian Fitness Coach and Kinesiologist (BPHE, MHK, P.Kin) specializing in Pre/Postnatal & Pelvic Floor exercise. She is also an educator to fellow Fitness & Health Professionals, training them to effectively and safely coach perinatal populations. She has coached thousands of parents and pregnant folks globally to improve their strength, pelvic floor function, physical comfort and body confidence. Her coaching is explicitly non-diet, with zero before/after photos, weighing, measuring, or fat loss focus. Most importantly, her company and coaching is built on the beliefs that bodies and business are political, ALL bodies are valued, and fitness is fat-positive.
