Bindia

Seema Chetal came to the US about three decades back in her 20s. She is currently Managing Director at JP Morgan Wealth and Asset Management and is married with three adult children.

Seema’s soft-spokenness belies her principled ambition, a wide bandwidth to live a multi-dimensional life, and captures well her humility and calm thoughtfulness. Having immigrated from India with a professional education and armed with ambition and the competence to fulfill it, Seema charted a path for her success by reinforcing her education at Columbia Business School, and then starting a career as an investment professional and staying with it in spite of the challenges of parenting three children. And she is cognizant and appreciative of the support of her husband, which has helped her live a fulfilling personal and professional life. But Seema isn’t done yet. She continues to aspire to give more, and hopes to find creative solutions to help on a global scale with education and meaningful teaching.

Seema’s life of self-disciplined growth, strength and idealism makes her truly an exemplary representative of the Indian American community.
