#14. My Eating Disorder Story
Join me as I share my most vulnerable episode yet: the story of my battle with Anorexia at the young age of 10.
In this episode, I share the full picture of my journey with an eating disorder, from self-starvation, strict exercise, and panic attacks around food to an in-patient program at the hospital and over a year of check-ins with doctors, nutritionists, and therapists.
I also offer the biggest lessons I’ve learned in the 16 years of healing and learning I’ve done since then. If you or someone you know struggles with disordered eating/exercising or another mental health issue (anxiety, depression, etc.), this will hopefully be an insightful and helpful episode to help you feel less alone and remind you of the light at the end of the tunnel.
Remember, you’re not alone. You’re never alone.
