Dr. Joel Biermann serves as Waldemar A. and June Schuette Professor of Systematic Theology at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, where he has taught since 2002. His work has focused especially on ethics, sanctification, vocation, the Christian life, and the proper role of the law for believers.
