Phil McGrane is the Idaho Secretary of State and came in to discuss what happened in Elmore County after the Nov 2025 election. It was uncovered post election that over 300 votes were not counted, and Phil came in to explain what happened, how Idaho responded, and why Idahoans should have even more faith now in the election process.
