Jamie Utz and Chris Yarbrough are part of Idaho Fish and Game and came on to talk about the work they do with beavers. Problem beavers present unique opportunities to both resolve an issue with a native species that is causing problems for residents and to increase surface water storage. Beavers are known world wide as animals that help structure environments, and IDFG is working with Idahoans across the state to manage and place these iconic animals. Enjoy!

It’s also home to many law enforcement agencies, like Ada County and Canyon county Sheriff offices, Idaho State Police, Eagle Police Department, Meridian Police Department, and many more. The school systems in the area are also quite diverse. Boise school district and West Ada School District, though right next to each other, are quite different. Ada County is also home to our state capital and many of our elected officials.
