Through her podcast and community, she supports individuals in navigating, defining, and normalizing a creative way forward that works for them, redefining tradition along the way. 

We touch upon topics such as making space for creativity, how many of us have a dream that we have pushed aside, the experience of building a life we thought would fulfill us, only to find that we needed to start over and re-create ourselves, and the dance of the masculine and feminine energies in the creative process.
