In this episode, we'll decode how to lead with clarity, not control and finally, feel safe being seen and using your voice to create abundance for yourself and your community. I'm Nicole Hernandez, the traveling hypnotist. All right, it's time to journey within and go beyond. This is your human design frequency forecast for gate 45 June 8 through the 13th, 2025, and I'm Nicole Hernandez, your top clinical hypnotist in New York City, as well as your success coach, utilizing human design in my high frequency success method. All right, so the frequency theme, gate 45 Well, hello, Your Majesty. Gate 45 is this big. Sit in your throne. Energy. It's really about claiming your role as a leader, not by dominating but by distributing power, resources and prosperity in a way that uplifts your entire community and at its highest, this gate holds the energetic blueprint of the benevolent ruler. You lead with clarity, you guide from Grace and you teach others how to claim their worth by how you model it. But if you are disconnected from your inner authority, this gate can drop you into that let them eat cake territory really fast, because where power becomes performative, the money becomes the mask. And so I just want you to be aware of how the low frequency can drop in really fast to take in that ego energy. What this transit is bringing to the party, whether you RSVPed or not, it's okay 45 it's anchored in the throat center, and we have been here in the throat center for the last few weeks. We are really being called by universe, by the energy to speak, to voice. And this energy also wants to speak. It wants to declare. It wants to direct and activate prosperity through communication, through education and delegation. So here's the sole prompt is, are you thinking like an owner? Are you still playing like the worker bee? Because this energy is going to remind you that leadership is not about doing it all. And I know a lot of my clients get into this mindset that they need to do it all in order for it to be right. This energy is going to remind you your role is to orchestrate with intention. So it's time for you to ask yourself, How can I use my voice, my money, my platform to empower others and myself? How do I create opportunities for everyone. Now, if this gate is defined in your chart and it is defined in mine, you are the money voice people are going to look to you to make financial decisions, to create structure and to speak abundance into existence. Now I'm going to caveat this and say if you are now in true ownership of the skate, and you're not in the low frequency of it. So if you are, then own it, and if you are not, we're going to talk a little bit later about how to begin to transition that. So this gate is the sun transit right now, which means if you don't typically have it in your chart, you are going to get this boost of energy from it. You're going to feel this guidance towards it. And there's a lot of talk right now about resources and money and tariffs and all the things, right? So this is a good time for this skate to show up, because it's asking us to get really clear on our money and our resources very important right now. So get your financial house in order make moves, think investments and think long term. This gate 45 connects with gate 21 in what's called the channel of money, and this is the bridge between gathering resources and managing them like a boss. The frequency spectrum of gate 45 this gate wants long term wealth and equity, but the ego loves to twist this power into something transactional. So here's how that plays out. The low frequency of gate 45 Is about number one, hoarding wealth or refusing to share information that could help others. Rise number two, staying financially disempowered because you believe money isn't spiritual. Now this happens a lot, especially for those of us that grew up going to church, and maybe there was like this belief that we started to connect having money is making us greedy, and I really want you to start to think about disconnecting from that old belief. I have done a lot of work around money myself, but it's not that money is the sin. It is what we do with it. So if we are using money to be benevolent, to help others, to bring money to communities where we haven't had a lot of it amazing, it's acting as a wonderful tool for you. And then if we hoard it, or if we're greedy, or if we're trying to take and manipulate, that's when it really, truly becomes the sin. So just thinking about the intention of money and how we're using it as a tool, number three, letting someone else manage your money because you are avoiding responsibility for your money. And this is a really big one. I know a lot of people allow their spouse to control all of their financial matters, and then there's been cases where someone dies and then they have no idea what's going on or what to do with it, and you've just put yourself in a place of chaos in a time that's already challenging. So how can you begin to actually enjoy taking responsibility for that money. Number four, overspending to prove your value, your status or your worth. Oh, that's a big one that comes up a lot. So are you overspending? Are you buying all the latest things that you see on Tiktok and Instagram, and going to buy things just because they're on sale instead of because you actually need them. Are you buying excessively into cosmetic procedures to try to make yourself look young and youthful? Because underneath that, there's a fear that if you don't look a certain way, that you won't be worthy, which indicates we need to do a lot of work on our self worth. Number five, manipulating your community or audience for gain. So hello Ponzi scheme or these false promises in our marketing. Number six is obsessing over social status and wealth accumulation Well, disregarding the actual wellbeing of those around you. And we see that a lot right now in different corporations and in different businesses where there's one person, the owner, the boss, who is happy to make a great living for themselves, and yet they are really stingy about allocating more of those resources and taking care of the people that take care of their business. So just notice that, and then the high frequency of gate 35 if, number one, creating these, these Win, win systems where wealth circulates and everyone benefits. Number two, leading initiatives that gather people and channel resources into meaningful change. Now think here about nonprofits or scholarships or thought leadership, like, how do we create opportunities for everyone to rise and start to get ahead? Number three, owning your natural ability to direct, to delegate and to make executive decisions. So again, this is a leadership gate, and if you have this naturally in your chart, then it should remind you that you are meant to lead. You are really meant to own that leadership quality and to start to delegate and direct and so if you are not in this high frequency, let's do something about that. Right? Let's start to make the change and own this part of you, this gift number four, making smart investments and letting your money work for you. Okay, energetic Tip of the Week. Are you leading your money, or is your money leading you? So I want you to start here with these couple of questions. Do you know what's coming in and out of your accounts? That's really important. I have what's called financial Friday. So every Friday, I look at my spending on my credit cards. I look at my little accounts where I put some extra money. I'm also looking at just maybe paying things off, like any expenses for the week, and doing my accounting. So if I have invoices that need to go out, I'll check on those. It's also time for me to look at my. Expenses or work on my expenses if I haven't taken care of those. And the second point here is, are you investing or unconsciously spending? So it's really here thinking about your future self versus the now. We need to have fun now and do things and embrace experiences. But how do we also make sure that we are preparing for the future and for our best selves in when we're 6070, or 8090, years old or even 100 so one align action item. Step here that I just wanted to recommend to you is to use micro investing apps like acorn. I use acorn personally, and it just gives you the ability to round up your spare change. So let's say you had a purchase that was$2.38 it's going to round up that change to $3 and put that into an investment for you, I have been so shocked by how much money I'm just starting to put into an investment just through this one little thing. Now I do have other investments, but this is just a fun way to take the extra change and create more resources. And this is really about being a leader in your own life around financial matters and making it easy making your money work for you. Now this is what we might call a sovereign behavior, because we make small choices that snowball into wealth without hustle. All right, let's get visible gate 45 content prompts. So this week, as we're looking at gate 45 I want to urge you to stop asking, What should I post, and start asking, How can I lead them towards an outcome that benefits their lives? So let's try these. Number one, I kept waiting to be chosen until I realized I already had the crown. So the idea here is to disrupt this pattern of waiting for validation and speak to visibility as a divine assignment, or speak to your service as a divine assignment, or speak to your being you being here on this planet as your divine assignment. So if you have been waiting for validation, whether it's in a relationship, in a job, or you're just simply holding yourself back online or in the spaces that you want to be in. Let's choose differently, right, and help your audience understand that for themselves. Number two, I stopped micromanaging everything and started directing like a king, a queen, a boss, and that's when x changed. So I left you a space there to add in the thing that changed for you. So this is where you're going to invite your audience to trade control for conscious leadership. Speak to what showing up like a true leader changed for you and your family, your team, etc. Number three, I used to be bad with money, until I let go of and put in parentheses here this old belief. This is how we can demonstrate the impact of beliefs and how a simple mindset upgrade can totally change the game for us. Number four, what if your next level doesn't need more hustle. It needs clear direction. So this is where you can help your community to shift from this mindset of doing all the things, all right, so don't fight the energy. Stay and flow. As a final note, the gift for gate 45 is synergy. So each day, notice what happens when you focus on creating Win Win opportunities, where wealth circulates and everyone benefits.
