Do you ever wonder what is happening with humanity? I mean, do you ever sit there and think, have we gone mad? Are we just going to constantly be. In conflict with each other? Can we not find a middle ground? Why do we have to create so much drama? I do. And we are right now in Gate. 15, the gate of extremes in human design. And if you've been feeling a lot. If you've been feeling highs and lows of emotion, if you've been getting all of these notifications on your phone and it feels like one moment you're fine. And you're watching sirens on Netflix and. The next moment you are wondering if we're gonna go to war, what's gonna happen next? Then this gate, this energy is calling you. It's giving you an invitation to be here. Understanding how we move through the polarity. Of the human experience, how we deal with extremes. And it also makes you look at whether you are in the shadow of. This gate, if you have it in your chart and you've actually been maybe pushing towards extremes in your life. So we'll be moving through all of this and more in today's episode. I'm Nicole Hernandez, the traveling hypnotist. All right, it's time to journey within and go beyond. This is the human design frequency Forecast for Gate 15, June 20th through the 25th, 2025. Here you'll be getting your energetic guidance. Via human design and some creative visibility. Prompts to help you show up in flow according to gate 15. If we haven't met before, my name's Nicole Hernandez and I am a clinical hypnotist as well as a success coach. Based in New York City. And if you didn't know, I have. Be a gift to someone else. All right, let's hop into the frequency theme. Gate 15 so the Sun Transit through. Gate 15 is the gate of extremes. It brings into focus our ability to. Stretch between the polarities of life and. Still remain anchored in who we are. And that little phrase of being anchored in who we are is really the. Highest frequency of this theme. Because the gate of extremes might bring in different energies here in. In this next week, where we're really. Looking at the highs and lows of human behavior and how can we remain centered in ourselves. Now, this is the energy of flexibility. It is diversity. And this deep rhythmic presence. It asks us, how do you respond to change? Can you love the differences in yourself. And others without needing to fix or control them? And what perfect timing, right? Because right now we're living in a world that's deeply divided socially, politically, and energetically. This gate arrives as a reminder to loosen our grip on sameness and saying. You need to be the same as me. You need to have the same values as me, you need to have the. Same outlook as me. And instead we can soften into our shared humanity. Gate 15 doesn't ask you to agree with everyone. It simply asks you to see them. As human as you learn to do. The same for yourself, to see yourself as human, see others as human, right? And the diversity that each one of its brings. On a personal note, it's really interesting because this past week I went to a dinner party, and if I'm really honest, I was a little bit nervous about going into this because I know that part of the party has a very different political view. And I didn't want to spend this whole dinner having political conversations. And I was like, all right, I'm. Just going to go into this and we're going to be in flow. And it was actually great. We started with meeting outside. We were just talking about our days. One of the women is pregnant, so we were talking about her pregnancy. And then we flowed inside to sit at this private table, and not once did the conversation about politics come up. And it was such a lovely evening of getting to be with people that. Maybe sit differently in their politics, where. We might make somebody wrong and say, oh, you like that? So you must be like this. And we can't be friends or we have nothing in common, but to find the commonality in the 90% of the ways that we are alike, right? So it was just an experience for me that I moved through, that I wanted to share with you as it relates to gate 15 here now, what. This transit brings to the party. Whether you RSVP'd or not, this transit moves us from the throat center, that. Place of expression where we have been for the last few weeks. If you've been listening in, we've been. Talking about the Throat Center a lot and all of the gates in the. Throat center into the G center, which governs identity, direction, and love. And this is a shift from I'm going to speak it to I'm going to embody it. So we're embodying this energy now, and you're being invited to, one, practice being present. Two, honor your rhythm, even if it. Doesn'T match the world. So if you need to go a. Little slower, you need to go a little faster, you know, if you have. Maybe a different system than other people. In your space, that's okay. It's okay to honor what you need. Three, reconnect with the beauty of the ordinary. And we're going to dive into this a little bit more later. And four, celebrate the weird, the wild. And the wonderful spectrum of humanity, because humans are freaking interesting, aren't they? It's so interesting to analyze why people have the worldview that they do and be in that state of curiosity. Now, if gate 15 is defined in. Your chart, you have the potential to carry a natural magnetism, not because you're the loudest in the room, but because you radiate safety. People feel seen by you. You don't flinch at their chaos, their contradictions, their quirks. You hold it all, and that's powerful. So your gift is in your adaptability. Your capacity to be with life's extremes without losing your center. But the shadow of Gate 15 is dullness. Now, the shadow shows up in a few ways. This is a belief that life must. Be dramatic to be meaningful. And then the second way it shows up is that you're somehow broken if. You can't maintain peace 24 7. So that kind of story that says, oh, I. I'm feeling these big emotions right now, and I'm gonna make myself wrong about that, right? Because right now there's so much happening in the world, and maybe you're feeling anxious or feeling worried, and maybe you've done a lot of inner work on that. And so now we're making ourselves wrong. We're playing a story of, oh, this means I haven't actually healed. No, you've been moving through these extremes, and now you're being called to go back to your tools and to reassess. And to maybe get some additional support. So that you can find that center again. Right? We've been tested, and now we're learning to Be in the big waves of the emotion and to come back to. Our center, our routines, the things that we need. Okay, this week, the sun transit reminds you your strength is in your range, your peace is magnetic. The frequency spectrum of gate 15. So on another personal note, I do carry gate 15 in my chart and I have the full 155 channel of rhythm. Now, this energy has lived through me. In beautiful and sometimes very messy ways. So I'll share a little quick story with you here. When I transferred from the University of. North Texas to Baylor University and went to North Texas for about a year and then went to Baylor, I was excited. I thought I was aligning with my family's legacy. My grandfather was a Baptist minister and a Baylor alum. And from the time I was really small, my grandfather would say, you're going to be a Baylor cheerleader and graduate from there. But once I got there, it was the polished cars, the monogram tote bags, and the khaki on khaki vibes. It started to feel a little stifling for me. I honestly, I miss the weirdos at North Texas. I miss that purple haired musician, the pierced poets, the unexpected blend of cultures and backgrounds and viewpoints. And that realization was my wake up call that I thrive in diversity. I feel most alive when contrasts exist, which is probably why New York City became my home. Now that's one way to look at this, right? The diversity is the gift here. So if you have the 15, you. Might find yourself wanting to be in places that feel diverse. And a second note here, let's look. At the shadow here. And in my romantic relationships, I used to equate passion with emotional chaos. And I, I do think that this. Is probably the consequence of watching way. Too many daytime soap operations with my grandmother and that my parents divorced when I was 14. They were separated off and on from. The time I was probably five. So I really don't feel like I. Had a strong understanding of what a. Solid day to day relationship looked like. I do now with my mom and my stepdad. They found each other. But I started to really believe that if there wasn't intensity, there wasn't love. So I'd look for drama, right? I'd look for my boyfriend to look at another woman or look at another girl. And then I would pick a fight. Oh, why are you looking at her? And so I'd start to test his loyalty. Because somewhere deep down I thought romance had to be intense. It took a long time and a lot of inner work to realize that a healthy relationship doesn't need drama. That safe can feel sexy. And that peace doesn't mean the spark is gone and that the real magic lives in the quiet. Those steady this imperfect love that lets you just be. And that is where I shifted from that low frequency, the shadow of 15, into the higher frequency of coming back to that centering calm energy of being there within that like no longer needing to create chaos and finding that steadiness inside. So just take note of where you are landing with your frequency as I go through the next few bullets here. Let's talk about the low frequency of gate 15. I want you to just take a little note here, okay? And point 1. Drowning in emotional lows and disconnected from your dreams because a part of you still believes that life should always be. Easy, happy and predictable. Oh my goodness, how many people, including myself at times have believed that we should not have to deal with the sadness. I don't want to deal with the anger. I don't want to deal with this not feeling good. And so we think, okay, I'm drowning in this emotional low and that means that life isn't working out for me. It means that something, right? So then we become disconnected from our dreams. Well, that's the low frequency of this. And the beauty of this is to know that life has range and we don't always feel happy and life isn't always predictable. And when we really get that, we can change this old story of I'm broken. Number two, holding extremist beliefs about how life should be and, and cutting off connection in the process. So this is really more about, I have a belief about this is the. Only way life should be lived. And because you are not living life this way, I'm going to cut off this connection. Right, so we can think about that. And even in terms of politics, I think that's probably the biggest example. You have this belief around your politics and therefore we have nothing in common. But actually the truth is that you probably have a lot in common in other ways. The last point here is feeling bored. Or restless in slow seasons and unconsciously creating drama just to feel something. So as I mentioned earlier, I was creating drama in my relationships and maybe that's you too. Maybe you've created drama in your relationships. In the past, or maybe you're doing. It right now because we want to. Feel something because that we think that intensity. Means passion. Or maybe it's the day to day of thinking life has been boring right. Now, so I need to go do something intense. I need to go do an ironman Or I need to do the hardest workout possible because it takes me out of my boredom. It takes me out of the ordinary, the average. And the truth is that there's so. Much beauty in the ordinary in the day to day. So let's move into the high frequency of gate 15. So, number one, we move through grief, fear, bliss, and joy without letting any of it define you. We just understand that all of those experiences are part of the human experience. But I'm not gonna be defined by my grief. I'm not gonna be defined by my fear. I'm not even gonna be defined by. My joy or my bliss. I just know that I have the. Ability to move through all these things. And this is part of the human experience. This is the extremes of the human experience. Right. Number two radiates calm confidence. Your presence alone is inspiring to others. And that, it really comes back to that example from earlier is that you. Can be with all the different types. Of people and still be yourself and still be anchored in who you are. Not making other people wrong. And there's something so magnetic about that. When we don't feel judged by someone. And we can just be in the space with them and be curious about that, you know, be curious about them and find the good in them, it really changes energetically how people feel about themselves. So your presence does become inspiring to others. Number three embraces your unique rhythm and. Trust, your ability to. Dad. So you know your own rhythm of. Moving through life, and you also know that the world is moving in its own rhythm. Right. There's always things happening, always a news notification happening, and we can adapt to those moments. And sometimes that means we turn off. Our notifications for a little while. It means that we have to step. Out of the drama for a bit. That's part of the adaptation. But that could look very different for you to. Number four, lives outside of the norm with zero apology. You know, the 15 gate really is about finding yourself. It's. It's about having that direction of who you are. It is being in the center of. Yourself and all the things. And sometimes that looks very different than the way other people live their lives. Gate 15 often is an entrepreneur because they sometimes don't like the structure of corporate life. And they need to be the person. That sleeps in late or the person that does all their work early in the morning. Just notice that and know that this could also mean, as you look at this gate, ask yourself, if I have gate 15, do I need to change how I structure my day? All right, Energetic tip of the week. Now, this week, I want you to do something a little radical. I want you to get curious. I want you to actually feel into the miracle that is your body. And I'm going to leave you a. Separate visualization for this week. So let's get physical. Gate 15 content prompts this week give. Your audience the gift of the range. Give them the extremes, right? Let's move through understanding the extremes in our lives. Gate 15 invites us to express the. Full rhythm and depth of our human experience. So I want you to use these. To share stories, reflections, or more on your own work. Number one, why I stopped fighting, slash. Glossing over my sadness. This could be sadness, anger, any of the emotions that you want to speak. To and chose to what instead. So blank instead. So why I stopped maybe fighting my. Sadness and chose to breathe through it. Instead might be an example. Number two, I used to chase drama to feel alive. And here's what I had to unlearn. And so you're gonna go into what you learned by that. What did you learn when you stopped chasing drama? Or maybe why you used to chase drama. What is the belief that was there? Number three, I used to judge X, but then I got curious and I discovered Y. Okay, I used to judge cat lovers, but when I got curious, I discovered that cats are so loving and easy. Right now I am a cat lovers. But I just wanted to give you an example here. Number four, loving humanity meant learning to accept this part of me first. So loving humanity meant learning to accept this part of me first. What have you had to accept about yourself, maybe in your full range of your humanity? Number five, today I slowed down and noticed this one small moment and it reminded me why I do this work. Now, it could be something like if you're an accountant, it might be today I slowed down and noticed that I had built up enough savings for my children's college fund. And this reminded me why I do this work. Because now my children get to blah, blah, blah, right? So you can have your own way of taking this and then using it. For your own work. Don't fight the energy. Stay in flow. So the final note here is that gate 15 is an invitation to align more deeply with our authentic selves and. The world around us.
