Morning, happy, day 12. Let's get this party started early. Yes, it's a beautiful day to talk recovery, to think recovery, to breathe recovery. I don't know who needs to hear this, but, yes, you can do this, this can be done. Okay, so I'm very excited for you.
Day 12. Talk about emotions today. Yes, because emotions make us sad sometimes, and that's okay. It is okay not to be okay. Okay, so emotions is the word of the day.
Regulating our emotions brings freedom. We got to learn how to be more emotional, intelligent with ourselves, yes, us ourselves. Yes, Journaling. Journaling is a great way to unlock those dots. Yes. So day 12, emotions, the acronym for emotions. Energy movement obtained through intelligence over negativity. Yes, it should be done just like that. Energy movement obtained through intelligence over negativity. That's what emotions are all about.
Make sure you take some time today. Why are you journaling? What does that mean? Mean to you? Okay, it's all about you. Okay, and make sure you share this with somebody, man, because I'm telling you, sharing is therapy as well. Having the opportunity to be heard is therapy, yes.
