So today, we in day nine, day nine and it's all about recovery. Recovery is the word of the the century, you know, because we all in recovery from something okay. Recovery is not a substance, it's a, it's a mindset, yeah. So day nine hope is belief that I am able. Do you think you're able? Why? Why don't you? Because you are. You have another day to get it right. So you have this opportunity. You have this very moment to remember you are able, you can get it done. You know what I'm saying. Nobody can do it like you. Okay, don't let them tell you nothing different today. Walk in there with your chest out, knowing that you can do it, okay.
01:16
So today, the word of the day is hope, cause I got hope, I'm telling you, without doing this work, you got to have hope for the people. I'm not doing this just because I want to look good. I do this because I believe, I believe in hope. I have hope that you're going to get it right today. I have hope just for today, just for this next second, this next opportunity, this next situation. I hope you get it right. I'm praying with you.
01:42
Yeah, so hope is belief that you are able. You got to believe. I mean you got to believe. Okay, it starts with you. You can't make me believe it if you don't believe it first. Okay, remember that. Hope, yes, having only positive expectations, get it. Okay. Of course, negativity lives, it thrives, that's part of life. But it's you. You are in control of your emotions. Today. You are in control of everything your thought process and man. It started with believing in yourself. Yes, believe in yourself. Man, recovery is possible if you put in the work. You got to put in the work.

I love that app. I met some great people on the app day nine. Remember, guys. Hope, because I'm a hope dealer. I deal in hope, I deal. That's just the main source of the whole recovery journey. For me is letting you know we can do it, because I did it. I seen it being done by others, right, so I'm hoping today that's the word of the day. Hope, yes, I hope that you understand what I'm saying. I hope that you get it right for your sake. Ok, until next time, make sure you're taking care of yourself as you take care of others.
