The Endurance Factor Podcast
Greg Surratt and Chip Judd want to help more people have healthier lives. In each episode, listeners will hear stories, successes and failures of two men who are simply doing the best they can and who over the years, have found what they believe to be a good path toward "living well and finishing strong." With the experience they both have in guiding others spiritually in the Christian faith as Pastors, and with the addition of Chip's extensive professional background in mental health and psychology, each episode sets out to give concrete and practical steps to encounter the love of God as well as mentoring toward better mental health practices.

02 - Heading in the Wrong Direction
[These conversations are based largely on The Endurance Factor Book, co-authored by Greg and Chip]
Over ten years ago, during a successful (and very busy) season of life, Chip Judd personally drifted from the healthy practices he taught others and paid a huge price, finding himself in a severe bout with anxiety and panic disorder. He tells his story and what he learned during this season of struggle and recovery. Both him and Greg Surratt also share insight and guidance on how one can recognize when he or she is on an unhealthy path of not living well, thus having great potential of not finishing strong.
