Lauren:

Let's pull the tarot card for the week of October 20th.

Frank:

Collective. I have a question. Have you noticed that in this season of thinning veils, that the shadow work is coming to you instead of you seeking it? I'm having a hard time.

Lauren:

The the lessons are rapidly moving through.

Frank:

It's also just like, you know, you think, oh yeah, I covered that, I covered that, I did that. I did that hard work. I processed that emotion. And then no, you didn't. I didn't.

Lauren:

Here it comes back up again.

Frank:

Or like it's just part of the journey. Like you just keep having to do it. I don't know how it works. I'm just here experiencing it and talking about it, maybe too much.

Lauren:

What's this?

Frank:

During this period of time.

Lauren:

What's going on?

Frank:

We've talked about the veil. You know, we got the 3D over here. We got the, I don't know, whatever D, the bigger D.

Lauren:

Jesus Christ.

Frank:

During this time when things are meshing together, whether you like it or not, what's the advice we need that's going to help us drive a wooden stake into the heart of our shadows? I don't think that's how it works.

Lauren:

No, I think you integrate it into the city.

Frank:

It's definitely you integrate it. I was just trying to like be seasonal. During this period of time, what is the thing that we should focus on that's going to help us navigate our um maybe resurfacing shadows, insecurities, whatever it might be, that's making us feel a little uncomfortable? A card has been selected.

Lauren:

Oh. The Ten of Cups, friends.

Frank:

The Ten of Cupies. As usual, I have referenced the good book by the one and only Dr.

Lauren:

Elliot Adam. And he says this is all about paying attention to color.

Frank:

In the context of our question, when you are in that phase of internal upheaval, everything is very, well, it's black and white. You are just in your head and it's all you can focus on. Everything, everything, your entire world is colored by your discomfort. If you were to get outside and go enjoy your space a little bit more and still appreciate the fact that like there's a beautiful world out there, even though what's going on in you maybe doesn't feel great, but that knowledge that it's gonna pass and there's a whole world out there to support you while you're doing it, it's not so bad, is it? We're here.

Lauren:

Hi.

Frank:

Hi. But you know, get out there, get out of your head, maybe get into your head at appropriate times, but that's that find that balance, you know what I mean?

Lauren:

But also like he he mentioned like wearing colors that kind of like make you feel good. And I I like that I've been trying to wear less black. This guy over here influenced me to wear I need to step away from the black, channel some Persephone, flowery, flowy, flor floral vibes. If you can wear a color that helps you integrate your shadows, but helps you feel more alive. Do that.

Frank:

I think what Tara was saying is brighten up buttercup. Get out there, put on the blouse that you love, make yourself feel good. Don't don't don't ask me about colors.

Lauren:

Get out there, babies. Bye. Love you. Love you.
