Lauren:

Let's pull a tarot card for the week of November 17th.

Frank:

You know what they say about November 17th?

Lauren:

What do they say?

Frank:

Nothing.

Lauren:

They say it's almost Frankie's birthday.

Frank:

Oh, that's right. They do say that.

Lauren:

Everyone does. You know what they say about age? It's just a number.

Frank:

You know what? Lauren and I keep talking about over here. Stop saying you're getting old. Stop saying, oh, I'm not. Oh, I'm getting old. Nope. Nope. No. Turn it around.

Lauren:

We don't do that. You're you are telling your body and your brain to age faster than you need to. Your 30s, your 40s. You're not old. Even your 50s, guys. Stop. Even your 60s, your 70s, your 80s, your 90s. Okay, you're getting into your 90s. We're pretty old. Listen, if you're like 90. You can say it.

Frank:

You can say it. No, tell me. You know what? I'm gonna walk something back. There was that 90-year-old that was doing like marathons still. I can't I can't do a marathon right now. I'm not doing great. But I'm not old. I've just made choices. Spirit guides.

Lauren:

You hear us?

Frank:

Can you Are you there? Did they do that?

Lauren:

I did. How can we walk into the week of November 17th with a zest for life?

Frank:

We've got the Five of Wands reversed. As usual, we have referred to the good book, Fearless Tarot by Dr. Elliott Adams. These homies on this card, you know what they're doing? They're just kind of a couple punks, right? They're being very comparative. They're arguing with each other, the comparing sticks, no innuendos there. The whole thing is that they are trying to fight for supremacy, right? And that comparative practice that we don't we just don't like that comparative practice.

Lauren:

No.

Frank:

And are we comparing ourselves to other people in any capacity? Listen, we're talking about youth here.

Lauren:

Yeah.

Frank:

But it's not just youth and and vigor and and vitality here. We're also talking about, I don't know, it could be money, it could be cars, it could be what could it be?

Lauren:

Perceived happiness.

Frank:

Yeah, perceived happiness.

Lauren:

Yeah.

Frank:

Instagram's a lie, we know it.

Lauren:

None of it's real. None of it's real.

Frank:

The thing that Dr. Elliot says just because you compare yourself to somebody today and you feel better about yourself, Mar, you're gonna do the same thing and feel worse. You're someone else's young person.

Lauren:

You're your own young person 10 years from now.

Frank:

Right? How many times have we been like, oh, please don't take a picture of me? Like, I want to lose 10 pounds before the portrait. Yeah. And then, and then 10 years later, you're like, damn, I looked really good.

Lauren:

Yeah. What a bummer. Look how cute I was. I was hoping I weighed less or I looked better or I had more makeup on. And you see that picture and you're like, I was so cute. Stop comparing yourself to other people.

Frank:

Don't be these nerds. Look at these punks. Come on.

Lauren:

Yeah. Go into this week. Have a zest for yourself.

Frank:

When did you get so hot?

Lauren:

Have a zest for you.

Frank:

Have you seen this? What are you? Are you in the movies?

Lauren:

What have you been doing? Look at that.

Frank:

I'm falling in love all over again.

Lauren:

Who are you talking to?

Frank:

Everybody.
