Chronic homelessness remains a persistent crisis across the United States, with a growing number of individuals forced to live in cars, parks, and on sidewalks. Katrina Knight and Liz Carbone of Good Shepherd Center lead efforts to combat this issue through a comprehensive approach to housing and support services. As one of the region’s largest providers of homeless services, Good Shepherd Center offers low-barrier shelters, permanent supportive housing, and critical resources to help individuals transition out of homelessness.
