Family Dynamics: Different Roles and Different Needs

We recently saw a video on social media where a variety of men were asked the question, "mom, wife, or daughter?" Men were then to choose which of the three was a higher priority and state why. The answers varied- some chose mom because she gave birth to them, cared for them, helped and supported growing up. Others chose wife, stating she is his life partner. Still others picked daughter, because she needs her dad to care for, support and love her. 

Today we meet with Mark, a friend and elder in our church who shares his experiences as a husband, son and father. Mark shares the differences between his sons and daughters, and how he and his wife raised four children, working as a team and recognizing the difference between each child. Mark shares intentional ways men can pour into their daughters and sons, as well as how to navigate relationships between parents, spouses, and children.
