You hear this time & time again when you’re TTC:


"Just stay positive!" 

"Just keep trying!"

"I know it’s going to happen for you!"


And it gets to the point where you feel like you HAVE to think positively in order to manifest what you want.


But that’s not how it works. And to be honest – it’s not even possible to think like this all the time.


So on today’s episode, we talk about what you should do instead.
