I think the hardest part about trying to conceive (and especially when you’ve been on this journey for a while) is that it completely takes over every aspect of your life.

You slowly realise that trying to have a baby controls everything...from what you eat, to how you spend your money, to all the plans you have for your future.

I felt like I lost myself a thousand times over on my fertility journey.

Some days I didn’t even recognise myself anymore.

So how do you get through this chapter of your life without going completely insane?
